The main problem, which RTK have to vercome, is thenecessary to have a reference station(RS) when using RTK should be generally no more than10km on average, which is ignificantly diferent from DGPS, where distances to RS canexceed several hundred kilometers. The accuracy of today's RTK is limited by the distancedependent erors from orbit, ionosphere and troposphere as wel as station dependent influenceslike multipath and antena phase center variations.For these reasons, the author proposes Network based GPS Carrier Phase DiferentialPositioning using Multiple RS which is detached from user eceiver about 30km. An importantpart of the proposed system is algorithm and software development, named DAUNet. Themain proces is corrections computation, corrections interpolation and searching for the integerambiguity. Corrections computation of satellite by satellite and epoch by epoch at eachreference station are calculated by a Functional model and Stochastic model based on a linearcombination algorithm and corrections interpolation at user eceiver are used by area correctionparameters. As results, the users can obtain the cm-level positioning. GPS의 3차원 위치결정은 코드파와 반송파를 이용한다. 하지만 이동체에 대한 cm수준의 정확도를 획득하기 위해서는 정확한 기지점의 성과를 이용한 GPS 반송파 상대측위,즉RTK-GPS기법을 수행하여야 한다.이 때 두 대의 수신기 사이의 거리가 증가할수록 기선장에 따른 오차가 증가하여 기준국과 사용자 수신기의 거리를 10~20km 정도로 제한하고 있다. 따라서 사용자는 깊은 내륙, 연안 해역 등과 같은 기준국과 이동체의 이격이 수십 km로 증대되는 지역에서는 기준국 설치의 문제를 포함하 고 있으며 독자적인 기준국을 설치하여야 하는 인력 및 장비의 부담을 가지게 된다. 이를 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 네트워크 기반의 GPS 반송파 상대측위 방식을 제안하였으며 GPS 네트워크 처리 프로그램인 DAUNet을 개발하였다. 기선장에 따른 오차보정량 산출을 위해 선형보간알고리즘 방식에 기반한 함수모델과 통계모델을 제시하였으며,오차보정량의 보간은 면보정매개변수 방식을 제안하였다.기존 단일기준국 방식은 기선장에 따른 오차를 소거하지 못하였지만 본 연구에서는 사용자 수신기 와 평균 30km 떨어진 3대의 기준국을 이용하여 기선장에 따른 오차보정량을 소거 혹은 감소시킬 수 있었다.따라서 사용자는 네트워크 기반의GPS 반송파 상대측위 방식을 이용하여 이동체에 대한 10cm 이하 수준의 정확도를 획득할 수 있었다.

Perhaps, this is the first attempt which applies the wavelet transform to the fundamental vibration mode for damage detection in a beam. Contrary to most existing detection methods on mode shapes, the present method directly works only with the fundamental mode of a damaged beam: no vibration mode shape of a undamaged beam is necessary. Applying the concept of vanishing moments of wavelet functions, we show that wavelet functions are effective damage detectors. Both numerical and experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the present method.

The results obtained from bacteriological examination of a number of different kind of samples totaled 420 that is 120-pasteurized milk samples, 50 dried milk, 200 hard ice cream and 50 canned meat collected in market during four monthly period from May to August 1976, in Seoul and Chuncheon-city, are as follows; 1. In the results from bacteriological examination of 120 pasteurized milk samples, the enterococcus were found in 25.8% and E. coli were found in 27.5%. 2. The detection rate of enterococcus and E. coli were respectively 64.0% and 4.0% in 50 dried milk samples. 3. The detection rate of enterococcus and E. coli were respectively 42.0% and 34.5% in hard ice cream. 4. The detection rate of enterococcus and E. coli were respectively 36.0% and 26.0% in canned meat. 5. From the results given above, it seems that enterococcus has the utility for the standard or index organism for the examination of the bacteriological contamination of the food.

콜레스테롤 투여 흰쥐에 있어서 유산균 발효유의 식용결과 (II)

This study was performed to investigate the term effect of fermented milk in drink on rats fed by cholesterol diet. 150 to 5-week-old male rates of Sprague-Dawley strain weer divided into six groups according to diet and content of fermented milk in drink. The first group served as normal control group fed by synthetic pellets of standard diet. The second , cholesterol control group, was treated with standard diet containing 1% of cholesterol and 500000IU/100g of vitamin D2. The other four groups. fermented milk groups, FM-25,FM-50 , FM 75 and FM-100 were treated with the cholesterol and vitamin D2 diet and supplied with 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of fermented milk in drink , respectively. The animals were sacrificed for analysis in 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Weight gain, diet intake , and drink consumption were significantly different among groups. Fermented milk reduced serum cholesterol to a significant effect (p<0.05) and significantly increased the ratio of high density lipprotein cholesterol to total cholesterol(p<0.05). Serum triglycerides were reduced to a smaller and less significant effect in fermented milk group. The aorta and liver of fermented milk showed slighter medial calcification and necrosis and milder fat degeneration than did the cholesterol control group. Supplementation of fermented milk may have a helpful effect on hypercholesteremia and atherosclerosis.
