상호금융기관의 ESG 경영활동이 조직몰입, 내부고객만족,고객서비스지향성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 기업의 다양한 이해관계자 집단 중 핵심 이해관계자인 직원을 대상으로 상호금융기관의 ESG 경영활동이 조직몰입, 내부고객만족, 고객서비스지향성에 미치는 영향 관계에 관해 규명하여 실무적인 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 상호금융기관 중 하나인 새마을 금고 직원 244명을 대상으로 직접 및 배포를 통한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 상호금융기관의 ESG 경영활동 진정성과 조직몰입의 관계를 검증한 결과 사회, 지배구조부분은 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상호금융기관의 ESG 경영활동 진정성과 내부고객만족의 관계를 검증한 결과 사회, 지배구조부분은 내부고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입과 내부고객만족의 관계를 검증한 결과 조직몰입은 내부고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입과 고객서비스지향성과의 관계를 검증한 결과 조직몰입은 고객서비스지향성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 내부고객만족과 고객서비스지향성과의 관계를 검증한 결과 내부고객만족은 고객서비스 지향성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed to investigate the impact of mutual financial institution's ESG management activities on organizational commitment, internal employee satisfaction, and customer orientation among key stakeholders, particularly employees, who are essential stakeholders among various stakeholder groups of the enterprise. A survey was conducted targeting 244 employees of MG community credit cooperatives. The results of verifying the relationship between the authenticity of mutual financial institution's ESG management activities and organizational commitment showed that the social and governance aspects had a significant positive impact on organizational commitment. The verification of the relationship between the authenticity of mutual financial institution's ESG management activities and internal employee satisfaction revealed that the social and governance aspects had a significant positive impact on internal customer satisfaction.
선택적 세로토닌 재흡수차단제들이 만성 경도 스트레스 후의 백서에서 수동적 회피학습에 미치는 영향

The study was designed to evaluate the significant roles of SSRI in rat of depression model. Chronic exposure to mild unpredictable stress has been found to depress the consumption of sweet 1% sucrose solutions in the Sprague-Dawley rats. We applied the variety of 11 types of stress regimens and identified depressive behaviours(developed by Willner) in 70 Sprague-Dawley rats. Rats in experiments were stratified into 6 groups, ie ; 3 kinds of SSRI(paroxetine, fluoxetine, sertraline), clomipramine, choline and saline control. Memory function was evaluated by passive avoidance learning and retention test. The authors determined how long memory retention would remain improved with 24 hour, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks at training-testing interval in depressive states of the Sprague-Dawley rats. The results were as follows ; 1) There were no significant differences between the 6 groups at the 24 hour training-testing interval. 2) The paroxetine treated group showed significant differences from the control group at the 1 week and 2 weeks training-testing interval. 3) The paroxetine and the fluoxetine treated groups showed singificant differences from the control group at 3 week training-testing interval. 4) The paroxetine and the choline treated groups showed significant differences from the control group at 4 week training-testing interval. In summary, paroxetine had an effect on long term memory processing from 1st week to 4th week. Also, fluoxetine(at 3rd week) and choline(at 4th week) had effect on long term memory processing. Sertraline, clomipramine were ineffective on memory processing during 4 weeks observation. Possible explanations why paroxetine had early effect on memory processing than the other selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are rapid bioavailability, which is the characteristics of pharmacokinetics of paroxetine. In clinical situation, author carefully suggest that SSRI would be beneficial to improve the memory function caused by depressive neurochemical changes.

A PCM is a substance that stores or releases heat through the physical transition process from solid to liquid state to liquid to solid state. Due to the high heat capacity using latent heat and the Time-Lag phenomenon, heat transfer of the structure is slowed down, and in the process of accumulating and releasing latent heat, the energy saving effect of the building and the effect of reducing the peak load can be expected. In particular, PCM has the advantage that it can be used semi-permanently with passive technology that can prevent sudden changes in room temperature without active elements, and much research is underway to apply it to building materials. Therefore, in this research, we developed a composite panel Prototype in which PCM applied to the wall surface of an existing building with an appropriate phase change temperature applied, and verified the time rack effect depending on the mounting position of the PCM composite panel Prototype through a chamber experiment .
