      • 無撚紡績絲로된 工藝織物의 特性向上에 關한 硏究

        Lately, the fabric woven with twistless-yarn is used for interior and various technological fabrics, and the uses of the fabric are increasing continuously. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of the characteristics in various structures of the fabric woven with twistless-yarn, and is to research into the effective forming conditions to improve the characteristics satisfying the uses. In the experiment of this study, the twistless-yarn and twisted yarn were manufactured under the same conditions, and some kinds of cloths were woven under the various structures and densities with the above yarns, and then the test of characteristics, such as tensile strength and elongation, handle, pilling, and compressed properties was done for every sample cloths. By the results of the above experiment, the desirable forming conditions for twistless-yarn fabrics are summarized as follows; 1) If the density of twistless-yarn fabrics increases, the strength of the fabric is similar to that of twisted-yarn fabrics, and specially, this phenomenon appears in plain weaves effectively. 2) Twistless-yarn fabrics are superior to twisted-yarn fabrics in handle, and specially, when the plain weaves have optimum density, it is more exellent in tightness, lublicity, and handle than twisted-yarn fabrics. 3) To improve the pilling property, it is desirable to increase density a little. 4) Twistless-yarn fabrics are superior to twisted-yarn fabrics is compressed properties, and specially, when the density is lower than the standard density, resilience is exellent.

      • 空氣渦流式 加撚機構에서 旋回氣流의 實測値에 의한 Reynolds수와 加撚效率에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        In air Vortex Spinning apparatus was measured air velocity on the vortex nozzle and air vortical flow in a cylinder, and then the revolution per minute of vortical velocity was calculated in it and the actual twist on the yams was measured. The investigative consequence for Reynolds number and twist efficiency was as follows. The twist efficiency was increased as the finer yarn counts and it was decreased when Remolds number increased. As air vortex angle 90˚ degrees was the most good twist efficiency and the finer of staple fibers. Besides the twist efficiency was increased as take-up speed increased.

      • Card機에서의 hook纖維의 形成과 실의 品質에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate formation of fiber hook ends at the carding process, CRC and Tandem Card were compared with conventional card. In this study we applied Tracer Fiber Technique in which 2% fluoresscent dyestuff dyed cotton fibers were mixed in laps befor card processing. Results abtained from the study are following: (1)The ratio of trailing and leading hook formation was almost same in CRC, Tandem and conventional card. In CRC and Tandem Card there were less leading hook formation Compared with conventional card machine. Generally, Number of trailing hooks were predominent over in all hooks. (2)The mechanism and type of card are not influential factor on the ratio of trailing and leading hook formation. (3)Most hooked ends were formed when fibers are leaded from cylinder to doffer, the last carding part of the machine. (4)The number of carding and stripping action would not influense on the tendency of hook formation. (5)It was abserved that more even and fine yarn was obtained when slivers were processed three passage in drawing process, so that majority of hooks are in state of trailing at ring spinning process.

      • 漢江下流部 水害輕減 위한 調査 硏究

        The effect of reducing flood magnitudes, flood stages, and flood damage by upstream reservoir regulation are investigated in this study. The analytical procedures which has been established newly, are treated through this study for 7 index stations and same number of reaches. The method of this study could be expressed briefly as following procedures. Using stage-frequency relations and the potential damage survey data, damage-frequency relations are established, and from this, average annual flood damages computed. By holding out portions of the floods with various amounts of flood control storage in 6 reservoirs in the basin, routing were made to establish modified stage-frequency relations. From damage frequency relation, average annual damages are computed with and without condition of each control volume. The study result are concluded as follows; (1)The relationship of corresponding water level between nearby stations are useful tools to adjust error of the data due to observation error and change of the gaging location. (2)The number of records about 10 years could not be applied for the statistical methods of flood frequency analysis. (3)The regional skew factors are recommended to apply flood frequency study by the log. Pearson TypeⅢ method. (4)The effect of damage reduction are greatly affected in accordance with the routed flood. Therefore application of the Typical Tributary Contribution Flood are reasonable for this type of study. (5)In the North Han, effect of damage reduction due to the location of control point are gradually increased from upstream to downward until the confluence of North and South Han. (6)In the South Han, control effect are increased from Chungju to Yeoju where the maximum effect are analyzed and then decrease gradually until the confluence. (7)Better hydrologic and topographic combinations for the flood control are existed in South Han to compare with North Han in this study results.

      • 紡績工業의 近代化와 經濟性

        These days textile industry of our country has overcome undevelopment and depression, and is now stepping forward with great hope with recovery of worldwide business conditions. In process of inclination of textile industry presently switching over from the developed countries to the developing countries, our textile field is now regarded as a premising industry appearing before the footlights. However, we should not be satisfied with the present situation, and should realize that we always try to prevent any possible inclination of our textile industry which will eventually approach some day in the future, so as to become sound enterprises which will never drop behind in the line of worldwide competition. Therefore, problem of modernization by means of innovating techniques as well as of improving facilities is most vital. However, we should make such modernization fit for our economic condition and actual circumstances, to the end. In view of this, the writer gave few comments concerning modernization of our textile industry and economic nature so as to help serve as a little reference.

      • 無撚系織物의 引張特性에 관한 硏究

        The twistless yarn were made by the aid of specially designed optional apparatus attached on the conventional ring spinning frame. Four kinds of plain and twill fabric different from weft density were woven with the twistless yarn, and compared tensile characteristic with conventional yarn woven fabric. 1.The tensile strength of twistless yarn fabric at ca 15% extension was nearly same as conventional fabric but the breaking strength was comparatively low. 2.The breaking strength of twistless yarn fabric is highly depend on fabric structure and density. 3.When the twistless yarn fabrics were extended, the compressive force working at the intersetting points of the yarn in the fabric and inter-fiberfric-tional force were increased. 4.The tensile strength per yam of twistless and conventional yam fabrics were decreased when density of the fabrics were increased.

      • 空氣渦流式 加撚機構에서 流速이 加撚效率에 미치는 影響

        공기와류식 방적법에서 가연방법이 재래식 링 방적법이나 오픈-엔드 방적법과는 달리 기계적인 방법에 의해 가연하는 것이 아니고 분사기류에 의해 섬유속을 가연하는 방법이다. 본 실험에서 사용한 와류식 가연기구는 1차가연과 2차가연이 서로 반대방향으로 가연하는 무라다의 에어 제트 방적법과 동일한 방법이다. 가연방법이 다른 데서 가연된 섬유속의 특성도 다르게 나타난다. 본 실험에서는 공기와류식 가연에 의한 섬유속의 가연상태를 노즐의 분사각도에 따라 조사하고 선회기류에 의한 계산상 꼬임수와 섬유속에 가연된 실제 꼬임수와의 차이를 조사하였으며 Reynolds 수와 꼬임수의 관계, 관취속도, 섬유의 섬도, 섬유속의 굵기, 연계수 등과의 관계를 연구 구명해보고 섬유속의 실제 꼬임수에 대한 꼬임 효율에 관한 것을 연구 검토해 보았다. In order to investigate the twist of yarn formed by vortical flow of compressed air in a cylinder, an air vortex spinning apparatus was made and tested. Both air velocity(Vα)θ and number of revolution Nα in the vortex nozzle were calculated by the following equation; ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) It was more twist efficient when vortex nozzle angle on the cylindric axis is 90 degrees. The twist number calculated and obtained by the experiment were compared and discussed. The difference between the twist number calculated and experimented was sharply increased with increasing Reynolds number of the vortical air flow, but decreased with increasing the take-up speed. Since the finer the yarn count as well as individual fiber denier was the more twist and uniform twist was formed. But the twist efficient of actual twist was good when Reynolds number decreased and increased take·up speed.

      • Ring 精紡機�l 高속回轉이 紡出張力에 미치는 影香

        This study has investigated some of factors about spinning tension, as a spinning tension have been influenced to yarn breakage, for the spindle speed with the chase lift and build-up amounts. The results are as follows: Up and down of Ring Rail indicated that winding angle is small at upper chase lift, and is large at low chase lift, therefore, spinning tension is maximum at upper chase lift, is minimum at low chase lift. So the change of spindle speed in the chase lift is the most effective to decrease the variance of spinning tension. Constant to keep the spinning tension through-out the one doffing is needed change-able speed between the build-up amount, and it's more effective to the highest speed operation.

      • 混綿方法의 改善方案

        On blending of raw cotton, most manufacturer consider commonly grade index of raw cotton, fiber length and code of its length, and specially micronaire value and cost of raw cotton. There are some relation of each factor on the quality of manufactured cotton yarn. It is concluded as follows. 1.The Blending method on the base of micronaire value will maintain constant yarn strength but there are some defacts on color and foreign matters. 2.As cost of raw cotton is varies on times, the cost factor influence on the quality of cotton yarn, that could not maintain constant yarn quality. 3.To manufacture the yarn of constant quality, it should consider grade index and code number of fiber length of raw cotton.
