        HAPS와 NGSO 시스템의 Service Link상의 간섭영향

        본 논문에서는 성층권 통신 시스템 (HAPS : High Altitude Platform System)과 NGSO (Non-Geostationary Orbit) 시스템간 간섭 영향을 두 가지의 경우로 나누어서 분석한다. 한가지는 HAPS 시스템이NGSO 시스템에 미치는 간섭이며, 다른 한가지는 NGSO위성이 HAPS시스템에 미치는 간섭 영향이다. 그 결과NGSO 이동국이 받는 간섭은 NGSO위성 위치가 95?일 때 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이때 HAPS와 NGSO모두에 의한 간섭은 사용자 수가 20명 이상부터 간섭 기준을 초과함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 HAPS 이동국이 받는 간섭의 경우에는 NGSO 위성 양각이 87?일 때 가장 높은 간섭이 나타났으며, 이 때 NGSO와 HAPS 모두에 의한 간섭은 사용자 수가 10명 이상부터 간섭 기준을 초과함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 64?일 때 가장 낮은 간섭이 나타났으며, 이때 NGSO와 HAPS 의 사용자 수가 같을 경우에는 190명에서부터 간섭을 초과함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we analyze the interference effects between NGSO(Non-Geostationary Orbit) and HAPS(High Altitude Platform System) by dividing into two cases. The one is interference effects of HAPS into NGSO, the another is the interference effectes of NGSO into HAPS. At the result, we can know the interference effect into NGSO mobile station is the highest when position of NGSO is 95%. In this case, we can also know the interference effects from both HAPS and NGSO exceed interference criteria when the number of users are more than 20. And, in the case of the interference effect into HAPS mobile station, we can know it is the highest when elevation angle of NGSO is 87°, and the interference effects from both NGSO and HAPS exceed interference criteria when the number of users is more then 10. Moreover, the interference effect is the minimum, when elevation angle of NGSO is 64°, at this time, in case that the number of users of NGSO equal to the number of user of HAPS, the interference effects exceed interference criteria when the number of users is 190.

        The long distance radio telegram in marine is realized by CW morse telegraphy until present time, but changing slowly to the radio telex system by INMARSAT on these days. Terefore, The educational facilities for marine radiocommunications is in need of seriously practice for it, but is not fulfill satisfactorily actual training because have not the high price equipments and establishments. Such probloms are able to solve by use PC, if simulation program is developed. So this paper has study about it is accomplish one's such purpose by means developement the simulation program for telex communications of SES, able to practice almost like as actuality.

      • 韓國과 南大西洋사이의 短波通信 可能時刻에 關한 考察 : Ⅱ. 春夏節期 12MHz Band를 中心으로

        It has been published in the last year with respect to the practical times for radiocommunication by short wave between the Korea and the South Atlantic Ocean. But it was not satisfy because it is restricted to the 16MHz band only. So This paper has to study about 12MHz band as a part of the continuing researches for it, namely this paper has been study about the posibility of the radiocommunication directly by 12MHz band in the spring-summer season. Consequently, abtained a results as follows, 1.In the case of the LPD, the receiving time of the signals is to 20:00 from 14:00 KST, but practical time is discovered to 18:30 from 14:30. 2.In the case of the CWA, listning times is to 12:00 from 10:00 KST, but practical time is discovered to 12:00 from 10:30 KST'

        In using the radio wave on 12MHz bands, the practicable time for radiocommunication by short wave between the Korea and the Tasman sea in the spring-summer season is as follows: 1.The practicable time is about 9 hours and 30 minutes to 10 hours and 30 minutes in a day. 2.The time, in based the center of Tasman sea,is 04:30-08:30 KST and 16:30-23:00 KST everyday. 3.Obtained that the deflection is in 30 minutes at the zone outside center, in based practicable time of the center.

      • NBDP에 의한 GMDSS 통신 Simulation Program의 개발

        The GMDSS communication by NBDP for safe of life in the sea is very important communication, therefore, the Educational facilities for maritime communication must be educate about it with actual training. But it is very difficult because have not the simulation programs. So, this paper has been study about it is a simulation program practicable with PC by student apprentice and products with language QB45 for personal computer.

        Many peoples are known than the radio communication between the Korea and the North Sea is very difficult. but it is not impossible because we can listen the signal transmitted by the coast station in the country along the coast off the North Sea. So, This paper has been study about the practicable time and available frequency band for radio communication on a short wave between the Korea and the North Sea. Consequently, We had know that is practicable to communicating on the 16MHz band for about 6 hours everyday in the summer season.

        The practicable time for radiocommunication by the short wave between the Korea and the North Sea is ever been published by me at last year. But it is a incomplet treatise because it is written as to the summer season only. So, This paper has study about the practicable time for the radiocommunication in the spring season on the 16 MHz band as a part of the course to completion for it. Consequently, We knew that the practicable time is about 2 hours but the sensitivity is not satisfactory, and that is very short time as compared with the summer seasons. But, We can use it for practical radiocommunication with the North Sea directly, if we shall take the several kinds steps technically.

      • MARITEX 통신 실습용 Program의 개발

        The MARITEX is very simple and accurate but it need a expertism skilled of the operators because it is a latest method of the communication in maritime. This paper is about the simulation program for the operating practice in educate the operators who will take charge of MARITEX communication on board. It make enable running in Korean DOS mode of the PC and the language of programming used Qbasic. The program is composed three procedure. One is a procedure of answer back setup course, and next one for station list setup, and another one for practical operating of the communication.

Therefore, this paper has been study on simulation program for DSC communications for settlement of such problems.

        The South Atlantic Ocean is a greatest far away from the Korea on the earth, and It is known generally the very trouble zone for direct radiocommunication. Then, this paper has been study about the possibility of the radiocommunication directly by 16MHz band in the spring-summer season. Consequently, obtained a results as follows, 1.The listning times of the signal of PPR and LPD is to 1230 from 0800AM on KST, and verified hat the practicable time for radiocommunication is about 2 hours or 3 hours. 2.And asertained that is require a use the superior transmitter and receiver with a directional antenna for performing smoothly of the direct radiocommunication.
