무선 통신 환경에서의 UWB 신호원 채널 측정

This paper presents the extensive ultra wideband indoor propagation channel measurements conducted in high-rise apartments. A vector network analyzer was used to measure the channel transfer functions in the frequency band of 3-10 GHz. The corresponding channel impulse responses were calculated by taking inverse Fourier transforms of the recorded channel transfer functions. Measurements were made in 8-10 distinct receiver (RX) local points throughout the apartment ranging from 1-20 m apart from the fixed transmitter location. At each RX local point; the RX was moved 25 times over a square grid of 5x5 spatial points spaced 15 cm apart. This measurement procedure allows us to characterize both the small-scale and the large-scale statistics of the channel. Both data analysis technique and measurement results are presented in the form of power delay profile and rms delay spread. The aim here is to study in more detail the behavior of the Ultra Wideband (UWB) propagation channel and to provide more measurement data required for the standardization activities in the IEEE 802.15.4a channel modeling subgroup.

Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION OF STUDIES 1) Investigational area and period. The investigational objective area is involved with 6 counties and 38 towns in Boun-kun and Chuogwon-kun of Chungchong-Bukdo province. The chungchong-bukdo province is comparatively earning a small rural income which traditionally has their unique rural generic character in our country. The investigational objective persons are for 182 of youth and adult, that is, already generated persons are town-administrator 38 and county-administrator. 2) The investigational period is on July, 1982. 2. INTRODUCTION OF INVESTIGATIONAL CONTENTS 1) The opinion between the youth themselves and already-generated adult about the problem to be guidable to thez Saemaul operation on behalf of youth. 2) The hopeful agricultural item and business of youth. 3) The opinion for the rural development of youth. 4) If the youth leave the rural town, what will it be the job title. 5) The supportable matters of already-generated adults for the rural youth. 6) The controlling matters of successors who will have to succeed rural managements. Ⅱ. ANALYSIS OF THE INVESTIGATIONAL RESULTS 1. The professional view of youth's job. 1) In case of being served in the rural works. In managing the farms, for question of what is farmed majorly, 43% of youth did answer to select the livestock. the vinyl house cultivation 18.1%, general agriculture 17.3% and fruitable trees cultivation 13.6% are showed in order. The livestocks can be reduced to work breeding with laborious power and can have a high profitable income, comparaed with another rural works. 2) The hopeful job beside farming works Technician hoper 38%, governmental official hoper 30.7%, company officer, commercial retailer and school teacher are orderly investigated. To hope technician in top will be attributed to the social development and governmental official hoper is wanting to work in the rural plade for the better rural development than ever. 2. The guiding problems of Saemaul operation for youth. 1) Youth themselves opinion It has investigated either youth has survived the prime of the manhood to be become a main influence of Saemaul operation up to present time since 70' year comtemporaries and can guide this Saemaul operation or not. In case of possibility, it was comparatively analyzed the opinion between the youth hemselves and already generated adults against question of what will be resulted. (1) For the prompt possibility to be guided this Saemaul operation by youth themselves, 62% of questionee aswered that it can guided possibly. (2) In case of guiding this Saemaul operation, 35.8% of questionee answered that the working appetite is strong, and that the cooperation is more strong, it is occupied 19.6% for the achievement of youth for this Saemaul operation, comparatively with adults, on matter of being more characteristic. (3) For question of what is belief in guiding Saemaul operation, 67% of questionee answered that they have a good belief. (4) If youth guided this Saemaul operation, about question of what result will be made; (a) 38% of questionee answered that it can have adhesive mind to rural work as in effect influenced to youth themselves. 35% that they will be contributed to the rural development and finally it shall be reduced anti-ruralists. (b) The effect influenced to the rural town can grow a increassing harvest and the agricultural development can be in access to attain the purpose. (5) If it satifys a certain conditions, for qtestion of continuously remaining in the rural town. (a) In viewpoint of personal youth, 48.5% answered to need support the agricultural management capital, 32% to preserve the farm land and 9.7% to modernize the rural machines. (b) The rural common problems is to stabilize the value of agricultural products as answered 30.3% and the increasing of agricultural products was answered as 31.4%. these answers have a big gravity (6) The 90% of questionee consented to educate the rural manager successors. (7) About the opinion of the rural development for youth. (a) the 22.9% of questionee answered that the modernization of people consciousness about the youth's rural social interior problems should be made and 20.8% that it should hold a awake over a cooperation and town-loving mind. these questions occupied top answer. (b) About the rural exterior problems, the 28.8% of questionee were occupied to consolidate the Saemaul operational supprt and rural managemental capital extension respectively. 2) The opinion of ready-generated adults (1) The personal ruralistic appetite of the youth being looked by the ready generated adults was answered by 64% that their appetite is very appetite (2) For question of is it all right to take this Saemal work to youth, questionees answered nothing. It is that the experience, technique and judgment were short to achieve their duties. (3) In view of ready generated adults, in order to become a main power of rural society, youth should learn in advance the agricultural managemental course and as youth, heighten their qualitative qualification. (4) To make them love for the rural society, it must reward the excellant youth and widen the educational opportunity. By multitude of income sources, it must make a economic ground to work and so as to do a feasible life, provide a lot of cultural facilites. (5) What is prospective effect when the youth can guide this Saemaul operation under the ready generated adults' view. (a) As effect of the youth's personal position, it is to select the agricultural item by their own judgment and can increase the harvest and can decrease to leave the rural society. Accordingly, they can concentrate on the Saemaul operation only. (b) As effect in the common rural society, it can perform economically this works and forecast to be improved the circulational structure, and finally can expect the effective advancement to prompt the rural development. (6) The viewpoint forecasted by ready generated adults, for youth future, there is a double-face. One of them is to be immature in guiding the Saemaul operation yet and the other very prospective that youth can perform systematically and technically this work more successfully than ready generated adults. 3) The appraisement and management about the agricultural managementalistic successor. (1) The appraisement of the people and the local organization chief about the agricultural managementalistic successor is very favorable and their own selves desire to be selected as agricultural managementalistic successor and to be contributed to the rural development. (2) the managemental effect of successor who breed the livestocks is bigger than another successor and declined to be excellent such as Korean cow, pig, black, goat, rabbit, honey bee. etc.. (3) The excellent successor is well to select the agricultural item and become a good expert who posses both of their own capital and technics and on their hand lowgrade successor is in case of contrary to excellent successor. (4) To improve administration of the agricultural managementalistic successor, it should be increase a financial fund per a person and should extend more period for the present conditions of 3 years unredeemed and 4 years refund for the financial funds. Year by year it should refund the rented funds. (5) It must be increased the number of successor appointed as Saemaul operational successor and must educate a good numberr of successor to guide this Saemaul operation and rural social development for meaning to increase number of Saomaul operational successor. Ⅲ. CONCLUSION For opinion of presently guiding this Saemaul operation for the rural youth, there is different between ready generated adults and youth but in case of youth's guidence for Saemaul operation, supposed effect will be all satisfied as expected. Even they have a shortage of experience if any, if they are guided a partial work for this Saemaul operation by selection, then it shall be contributed to national growth power as well as to shorten the period of which develop the rural society. Also to activate the manpower resources to be potential in the rural society, it shall make a positive study and policy for the activation of youth's manpower.
