오이카와 히로에,후쿠시마미노리 중앙대학교 일본연구소 2019 日本 硏究 Vol.0 No.51
The purpose of this paper is to present a detailed example of a remote-exchange meeting and to consider its results and issues in between Korean-Japanese-language learners who study Japanese language at a Korean university and students who major in Korean at a Japanese university. As a method of doing this, we conducted an optional questionnaire and a free-descriptive questionnaire to analyze what kind of changes appeared to the Korean-Japanese-language learner’s language aspect and attitude toward Japan and Japanese. As a result of the practice of the remote-exchange meeting, firstly, they have gained confidence communicating in Japanese language. Secondly, their learning motivation have increased. Thirdly, they were able to connect in real time with students in same generation. Fourthly, they were able to connect personally via SNS. Lastly, as a productive outcome, they could have more effective remote-exchange meeting by using SNS. On the other hand, there were four issues to point out. Firstly, the importance of setting the right theme. Secondly, the lack of use in Korean language by Japanese-Korean-language learners during exchanges. Thirdly, technical difficulties. Fourthly, there were issues with its time and number of sessions for exchanges. Last but not least, they could confirm through these practices that remote-exchange meetings are great opportunities for the young people of Korean and Japanese who are building up the future together, can actually mingle and become independent based on their own experience and also utilize as learning place from one another.

The effect of water extract of Schizandra chinensis on the growth of yoghurt starter was investigated in order to manufacture the drink type yoghurt added with water extract of Schizandra chinensis. It was the most desirable extraction conditions for Schizandra chinensis to soak in 50 times of water for 15 hours at 20℃. The water extract of Schizandra chinensis showed pH 3.07, 2.39% acidity, 1.10% total sugars, and 0.15 optical density for color. The water extract of Schizandra chinensis was added to MRS broth medium from 0.1% to 1.0% and the medium was fermented by 4 types of lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, and Streptococcus thermophilus. The addition of water extract of Schizandra chinensis inhibited the growth of the lactic acid bacteria. The maximum addition amounts of water extract of Schizandra chinensis was 0.9% for Lac. acidophilus, 0.8% for Lac. casei, 0.2% for Lac. bulgaricus and 0.1% for Str. thermophilus in order to maintain the propagation of the lactic acid bacteria. When the drink type yoghurts added with 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% water extract of Schizandra chinensis were kept at 4℃ for 15 days, it was showed that the number of lactic acid bacteria was not significantly changed during the storage. The viable cell counts of the drink type yoghurts by addition of 0.4%~1.0% of water extract of Schizandra chinensis were 1.13×109~2.29×109 CFU/mL, and these bacterial counts were still more than the legal standard(1.0×108 CFU/mL) even at 15 days of storage.
1990년대 이후의 청년세대론으로 읽는 ‘실즈(SEALDs) 현상’
후쿠시마 미노리(Fukushima Minori) 다빈치미래교양연구소 2016 교양학연구 Vol.0 No.3
This paper examines the meanings and limits of “SEALDs (Students Emergency Action for Liberal Democracy‐s)”as a youth protest movement, appeared in the midst of public opposition and large demonstration against a set of security‐related bills that would allow the Japanese military to fight in foreign conflicts for the first time since World War II. Youth protest movements, represented by Occupy Wall Street, los indignados in Spain, Nuit Debout in France in Europe and the Sunflower revolution in Taiwan, the Umbrella revolution in Hong Kong in East Asia have been growing since 2010. Those global movements means young people are faced with difficulty of living in common. However, in the case of SEALDs, we should consider the local (Japanese context) as well as the global background. This results of this paper from local perspective are as follows. First, SEALDs were supported by many people, especially liberal intellectuals, because they were conducted by college students who could intellectual and inspirational speech in their own words. They also practiced attractive demonstrations that looked to dispel the image of the violent youth demonstrations of the 1970s. Second, members of SEALDs have the desire to escape from a sense of stagnation in lives as well as the desire to keep their lives relatively enriched. This results from the desire of recognition in young people who have lived in the low growth era since 1990. Finally, they are relatively elite students and havenʹt had to confront the poverty that the youth in unemployment and non‐regular employment (been increasing recently) encounted in their everyday lives. But, they will soon be faced with the problem of poverty, for example, tuition loan, part‐timer abuse involving college students. In the near future, SEALDs movements will be more energetic as students from different socioeconomic classes are able to find more common ground in global and local.
