A rapid growth in the computer and telecommunication technologies in the modern age has caused a wide range of transformation in the human society. In the architectural society, it is now possible to achieve a more realistic and rich expression using the computers, compared to the previous 2-dimensional expression technique and the analog processes. This paper describes these phenomena in terms of the presentational and procedural aspects. In addition, it also investigates these phenomena in terms of the network-oriented process in the architecture. In this study, these recent tendency in the space design is defined as the digital architecture. The idea of the digital design which has originated from the digital technologies has freed human race from the limitation and the restriction of the time and space. The value of the space sought by the digital architecture can be distinguished from the existing ideas of the space since it is non-deterministic, non-materialistic, lightweight, obscure, and instantaneous idea, compared to the existing deterministic, materialistic, heavyweight, obvious, everlasting idea.
It will be different the feeling sensation of the male from the female in architectural space. We have a tendency to give a definition easily about the space of female or the space of male. But, without correct definition of the space of female or male, and following it, the prejudice and the discrimination have expand social problems. As follows a point of difference from the male between the female and its apprehension and definition, this study will investigate the sexual expressions and its spatial characteristics in architecture. As the results of this study we will expect as follows. First, it will expect to an amendment to cognition about the sexual discrimination of space. Second, it will be able to define the analysis of architecture and space as sex, through the new framework. Finally, this study made an effort in order to the understanding of the relationship between architectural space and sex as the ordinary environment of life.
