우리나라 국민연금 제도에 대한 이해도가 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문요약 본 연구는 국민연금 가입자 및 가입대상자를 대상으로 국민연금의 관리 및 운영 체계에 대하여 논의하고 우리나라 국민연금 제도에 대한 이해도가 만족도에 미치는 영향을 연구 조사해봄으로써 현재 국민연금제도에서 보이는 미비점을 파악하고 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 기반으로 국민연금이 지속 가능하도록 하는 거시적 목표달성에 기여하기 위한 기초 연구 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 국민연금제도에 전반적인 이해도 및 만족도관련 설문을 통해 분석을 실시하고, 이를 통해 만족도에 영향을 미치는 각자의 요소로 분류하여 그 태생적 취약점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로써 국민연금에 대한 만족도 향상에 관련한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 국민연금의 이해도가 만족도에 미치는 요인과 변수들을 연구 범위로 하였다. 국민연금에 대한 이해도를 만족도간의 상관관계 분석을 통해서 연금의 운용 만족도와 연금 급여 만족도 그리고 연금 안정성 만족도에 대한 결과 값을 가질 수 있었다. 국민연금의 만족에 영향을 가장 크게 미치는 부분은 국민연금의 급여수준과 관련된 변수로 나타났으며 이것이 바로 연금 급여에 대한 만족도는 현행 제도에 대한 만족도를 낮은 수준에서 머무르도록 하는 요인으로 연결 지어졌다. 다만 국민연금에 대한 이해도의 측면에서 본다면 일반 적인 국민들이 가지고 있는 연금급여에 대한 이해와 연금 제도의 사회 보장적 기능에 대한 이해도가 낮게 자리 잡은 것에서 기인한 결과로도 볼 수도 있다. 따라서 국민에게 연금 운용에 대한 올바른 이해와 기능에 대한 사회적 공감대 형성노력을 통해서 가입자들의 만족도 향상으로 이어져 연금제도의 궁극적 목표인 가입자의 은퇴이후 생활보장이라는 거시적 목표의 달성이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic research data to contribute to macro goal achievement, namely the maintenance and development of national pension’s sustainability by carrying out the following: discussion of the management and operation system of national pension targeting national pension subscribers and targeted subscribers, and research on the effects of the understanding of the Korean national pension system on satisfaction. This study presents measures to improve satisfaction with national pension by conducting an analysis through a questionnaire survey on overall understanding of and satisfaction with the national pension system, classifying into each factor affecting the satisfaction, and presenting measures to solve the innate weaknesses. Through a correlation analysis between the understanding of national pension and satisfaction, this study drew the factor affecting the satisfaction of national pension most. It was satisfaction on pension benefits, and it was the factor keeping satisfaction with the current system at low level. From the national pension understanding aspect, such a low satisfaction was derived from the fact that the understanding of pension benefits and pension system’s social security function that general public has was low. Through a great deal of efforts to properly understand the pension operation and to form social sympathy with national pension’s function, the improvement of satisfaction with national pension can be a key to enhancing national pension’s sustainability.
