      • 柴朴湯 및 八味地黃湯이 Puromycin Aminonucleoside로 誘發된 白鼠의 腎症에 미치는 影響

        The nephrotic syndrome is characterized by proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, hyperlipidemia, and edema. In this study, we were to assess the effects of Sibaktang and Palmijihwangtang on rats with nephrotic syndrome induced by a single intravenous injection of puromycin aminonucleoside(PAN), 2.5㎎/100g of body weight. The effects were evaluated by measuring the levels of albumin, total protein, total lipid, cholesterol, triglyceride, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid in the serum, and the levels of protein, glucose, creatinine in the urine. The changes of microscopic findings of glomeruli were also observed. The results are summerized as follows; 1. Sibaktang group had the significant effects of decreasing the volume of proteinuria and increasing the levels of albumin, total protein in the serum. Furthermore it had the significant effects of decreasing the levels of cholesterol, total lipid, triglyceride in the serum and glucose in the urine. Electron microscopic findings were the segmental obliterations of the foot processes, swelling of the visceral epithelial cells and partial increase of the mesangial matrix. 2. Palmijihwangtang group had the significant effects of decreasing the volume of proteinuria and increasing the levels of albumin, total protein in the serum. Furthermore it had the significant effects of decreasing the levels of cholesterol, total lipid, triglyceride and uric acid in the serum and glucose in the urine. Electron microscopic findings were similar to those of Sibaktang group. Therefore, we could conclude that Sibaktang and Palmijihwangtang may have effects of relieving proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, hyperlipidemia and glycosuria in nephrotic syndrome. But comparing Sibaktang and Palmijihwangtang to the Control, there was no significant difference in electron microscopic findings. However, there should be further studies of the effects on the alterations of glomerular polyanion sites, and on the functioning mechanism of both prescriptions

      • ICT를 활용한 웹 기반의 방송교육 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        오늘날 정보통신기술의 발전은 교육 환경에 많은 변화를 가져와 전통적인 교수·학습은 커다란 도전에 직면하였고, 새로운 교육의 패러다임의 영향을 받은 ICT 활용 교육이 적극 제안되고 있다. 전통적인 방송교육 시스템은 주로 협의적인 개념으로 EBS 교육방송을 중계하면서 수업에 투입하여 교수·학습의 질을 높이는데 관심을 갖고 있었다. 하지만 이것은 교수·학습 시간을 EBS 방송 시간과 맞출 수 없다는 점과 방송의 일회성으로 학생의 수업 동기를 충분히 끌어주지 못하는 점이 수업 시간 내 일률적인 교육방송 시청에 장애 요인이 되기 때문에 새로운 대안으로 웹 기반 방송교육 시스템이 모색되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ICT를 활용한 방송교육 시스템을 웹을 기반으로 운영하는 방안을 고찰하고 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 웹 기반의 방송교육 시스템은 방송 매체를 기존의 케이블망 대신 개방적인 웹을 사용하기 때문에 방송교육 운영의 성격이 매우 개방적이어서 학생에게 방송프로그램의 시청권이 주어지고, 방송제작에 참여할 수 있으며, 방송 시청영역이 학부모까지 확대 될 수 있다. 또한 학생 참여 중심의 방송교육 운영에 따라 ICT를 활용한 연극, 시나리오 수업에서 방송 제작과정을 통하여 재미있는 활동 중심의 운영에 초점을 맞추었다. 본 시스템의 활용으로 학교 현장에서 일어나는 여러 가지 사건과 행사를 중심으로 학생의 눈높이에 맞는 방송 내용을 구성하여 재미있는 방송교육으로 거듭나는 데 이바지할 수 있다. ※ 이 논문은 2004년 2월 한국교원대학교 대학원위원회에 제출된 교육학 석사(초등컴퓨터교육)학위 논문임. Today, the development of Information Communication Technology has caused many changes in the education environment. Therefore, traditional methods of teaching·learning are facing a big challenge, so applying ICT in new paradigm of education is actively encouraged. Traditional, analogue based broadcast systems have been interested in relaying EBS programs in class to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Critics of the broadcast education programme point out that does not promote enough of a motive for watching the television as a one off broadcast that cannot usually be set in class time. But the new alternative Web-based broadcast systems hope to counter this. This thesis will investigate ways to operate a broadcast system that applies ICT, embodying web design principles. The system that will be developed in this research will use an open web, instead of existing cable net. As a broadcasting medium, this will give the student a chance of looking, listening and participating in the product, that can be tailored to suit the student's degree of vision and listening ability. The product can also be used for interesting activities such as role plays, through broadcast production process with ICT. By the practical use of this system, we can expect to facilitate an interesting broadcast education system, whose contents can suit various kinds of events in-school, and has an immediate impact on the student. * A thesis submitted to the Committee of the Graduate School of Korea National University of Education in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of Master of Education(Elementary Computer Education) in February, 2004.

      • 모의비행 중 회전기동에 따른 머리 기울임에 대한 연구

        The concept of optokinetic cervical reflex(OKCR) has been introduced to define the visual stimulation of the horizon frame as a primary determinant to maintain spatial orientation in visual flight rules(VFR) condition. Since the most OKCR studies were conducted using fixed-base simulators, it is not clear whether the vestibular system involves in the process of OKCR. It is also doubt that the terminology of this phenomenon, OKCR, is adequate enough to describe this phenomenon as a whole. The purpose of this study is to analyze head tilts in various simulated flight settings of roll maneuvering between pilots and control in order to make answers for inquiring above questions. 15 pilots and 15 non-pilot volunteers completed 9 different simulated flights in a constant-radius planetary simulator. The experimental simulated flights consisted of the combination of three different roll angles (30, 45, and 60 degrees) and three different flight conditions (VFR, instrumental flight rules(IFR), and blindfold conditions). The head tilts before, during, and after roll maneuvering were recorded by digital camcorder. And then, the movie data turned into individual pictures with 100ms interval for time-sequence analysis. Rotational chair test was also conducted to obtain vestibular parameters from pilot and control groups. 1. The significant differences of head tilts between pilots and control were noted from all roll angles in VFR, IFR, and blindfold conditions of simulated flight settings. Head tilts from 45 degrees roll maneuver seemed to be larger than ones from 30 and 60 degrees roll maneuvers in VFR condition. 2. In pilot group, head tilts from 60 degrees roll maneuver was smaller than ones from 30 and 45 degrees roll maneuvers in VFR condition. Head tilts from 60 degrees roll maneuver was smaller than ones from 30 degrees roll maneuver in blindfold condition. However, regardless of angles of roll maneuvers, there was no significant difference in head tilts in IFR condition. When the same angle of roll maneuver was applied, head tilts in VFR condition was larger than ones in IFR and blindfold conditions. 3. In control group, when the same flight condition was applied, there was no significant difference in head tilts among 30, 45, and 60 degrees roll maneuvers. Head tilts in blindfold condition was smaller than ones in VFR conditions at 30 and 45 degrees roll maneuvers. Head tilts in blindfold condition was smaller than ones in VFR and IFR conditions at 60 degrees roll maneuver. 4. The gain values at 0.01 and 0.02 Hz of sinusoidal harmonic acceleration in pilots were significantly lower than ones in control group. There was no significant difference in phase and symmetry values between pilot and control groups. 5. There was significant negative correlation between total flying hours and head tilts of 45 degrees roll maneuver in VFR condition. There also were significant negative correlations between total flying hours and gain values at 0.04, 0.08, 0.16 and 0.64 Hz of sinusoidal harmonic acceleration. Although the optokinetic stimulus appeared to be the most important factor to induce head tilt during roll maneuvering, it can be concluded that vestibular stimulus seemed to be involved in this response as well. The differences of head tilts and vestibular parameters between pilot and control groups suggested that head tilt during roll maneuvering can be modulated by vestibular habituation. The level of consciousness and musculoskeletal factors might be also involved in the process of head tilt during roll maneuvering in various simulated flights. In considering all results from this study, it is more appropriate to call this phenomenon 'head tilt during roll maneuvering' rather than OKCR.

      • 하이브리드 마모도 평준화에 기반한 낸드 플래시 메모리 시스템의 수명 관리 기법

        This thesis presents a lifetime management technique for NAND flash memory systems, which extends the lifetime of NAND flash memory and reduces overhead of write and erase operations in wear leveling and garbage collection. The proposed lifetime management technique for NAND flash memory consists of dynamic wear leveling, static wear leveling, hybrid wear leveling and decision technique of cold blocks. First, this thesis proposes Migration Cost Sensitive Garbage Collection (MCSGC), which is a dynamic wear leveling. The proposed MCSGC can separate into hot/cold data using recency information and update frequency. In proposed MCSGC, victim blocks in garbage collection are selected based on elapsed time from last page invalidation to current time on blocks. To improve the efficiency of garbage collection, MCSGC also separates cold data from valid pages in victim blocks according to update frequency. In experiment results, MCSGC prolongs the lifetime of NAND flash memory up to 82% and reduces the overhead of erase operations up to 29% compared with other dynamic wear leveling techniques. Second, this thesis proposes Recency based Wear Leveling (RbWL), which is a static wear leveling. The proposed RbWL can reduce write and erase operations by an adaptive wear leveling according to the remaining lifetime of NAND flash memory and erase count variation of hot/cold blocks. This overhead reduction can help the lifetime prolongment of NAND flash memory. The simulation results show that RbWL prolongs the lifetime of NAND flash memory up to 33% and reduces the overhead of erase operations and write operations up to 46% and 25% respectively, compared with other static wear leveling techniques. Third, this thesis proposes Hybrid Wear Leveling (HWL), which combines with MCSGC and RbWL. HWL can solve cold block problem of dynamic wear leveling which results from non-updated blocks, while it has similar overhead of dynamic wear leveling techniques. In experiment results, HWL can prolong the lifetime of NAND flash memory up to 29% and reduce the overhead of erase operations and write operations up to 29% and 46% respectively, compared with MCSGC and RbWL. Finally, this thesis proposes Decision of Cold Block (DCB) which defines hot blocks to perform dynamic wear leveling and cold blocks to perform static wear leveling in an environment using HWL. DCB defines cold blocks based on the number of valid pages in blocks so that these blocks are not selected as victim blocks in dynamic wear leveling technique. In this way, DCB can reduce the overhead of page migration for wear leveling. Experimental results show that DCB can prolong the lifetime of NAND flash memory up to 6% and reduce the overhead of erase operations and write operations up to 6% and 7% respectively, compared with Non-DCB systems.

      • 에듀테인먼트-체험중심교육의 개념을 적용한 영화체험박물관 학습매체에 대한 연구: 초등학생을 중심으로

        The mass media, which contain various and familiar excitement and response, have become efficient learning tools for children. In particular, the projected dynamic and colorful moving images rather than simple fairy tale books, that show static pictures, are suitable educational materials. In this study, the recognition of educational environment creation via active utilization of moving images was emphasized for the reason that children's emotional transition was often caused by the alteration of the mass media system. The museum of films and moving images was designed and aimed specifically at the variety of participation and experiences. In these research, the notion of edutainment was integrated into the educational application of visual media. It covers deep appreciation of films, development of critical ability, and multi-communication through diverse moving pictures. The attempt to form synthesized and systematic spaces for sensuous experience of films and projected images has made, and the reasonable results for suitable design and construction of the spaces were acquired.

      • 중·고등학교 레슬링 선수들의 상해에 관한 조사

        본 연구의 목적은 레슬링 선수들의 경기 중 상해의 부위, 종류, 시기 및 계절을 유형별로 분류하고 그 원인을 규명하여 레슬링 선수들의 상해를 분석함으로써 레슬링 선수들의 상해를 예방과 관리 및 상해후의 적절한 재활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초 자료를 얻으며 사고를 미연에 방지해 보려는 데 있다. 또한 이러한 결과를 경기력 향상에 적용하고자 할 때 개개인의 상해부위 및 종류를 정확히 파악하여 레슬링 선수들이 가지고 있는 운동상해 불안감을 덜어주고 동시에 올바른 관리 및 지도 할 수 있도록 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구·경북, 경남, 마산에 소속되어 있는 레슬링 선수들 중에서 남자 153명을 대상으로 박춘우(1998), 박희갑(199), 김성실(1994), 노장철(1995) 등의 연구에서 사용된 운동 상해에 관련된 설문지를 기초하여 소정의 절차에 따라 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 레슬링 선수들이 상해를 입는 부위는 남·여 모두 다리·팔 부분이 전체의 60% 이상을 차지하였으며, 몸통, 머리 부분의 순으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 상해부위에서는 머리 부위만 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 몸통·팔·다리 부위는 유의한 차이기 나타나지 않았다. 머리부위에서 남자는 목, 얼굴, 머리 등의 순으로 나타났지만, 여자는 목, 머리, 얼굴 등의 순으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 운동상해 종류에서는 근과 건의 상해가 가장 높았으며 관절, 피부, 뼈, 신경 상해 순으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 상해종류에서는 근과 건·뼈·신경·관절·피부상해 모든 종류에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 운동상해 시기에는 연습중에 가장 많은 상해를 입는 것으로 나타났으며 운동상해 계절에는 겨울에 가장 많은 상해를 입는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 나타난 것과 같이 상해의 발생류의 차이를 유발시키는 요인도 대부분 특정할 수 있었다. 따라서 특정의 상해요인을 제거함으로써 상해발생률을 저하시킬 뿐만 아니라 예방할 수 있다고 생각한다. The purpose of this research is to sort region of injury of game, kind, time and season in type and examine closely the cause and get basis data that can help to suitable recovery after courtesy call and control and judo athlete's injury analyzing their injury and prevent accident beforehand. Also, it relieve fear because wrestling athlete play wrestling match that have grasping correctly each single person's injury region and kind when they wish to apply these result in the ability playing ing the match elevation and, at the same time, it suggest right control and so that can guide present. Target of this research got following conclusion as result that collect data according to established formality and analyze drafting questionnaire connected exercise injury that used by research of Park, Choon-woo(1998), Park, Hee-gab(1997), Kim, Sung-sil(1994), Nho, Jang-chul(1995) etc. to 153 people wrestling athletes who are belonged in the DaeGu, KeungBuk, KeungNam, Masan, Province students. First, the region that men wrestling athlete wound injury, leg and arm, is dominated more than whole 60%, and trunk is expose by order of head part. Injury region by distinction of sex expressed difference that keep in mind head region, but difference that trunk, arm and leg region keep in mind did not appear. Man was exposed by order of neck, face, head etc. in head region, but woman expressed difference that keep in mind by neck of a stalk of grain, head, order of face and so on. Second, in the kind of injury by distinction, muscle and tendon injury was the highest both and exposed by order of joint, skin, bone, nerve. In injury kind by distinction difference did not appear in the muscle, bone, nerve, joint, skin and all kinds. Third, when men wrestling athlete practice exercise, they can wound injury easily and winter is the highest season for athlete to get injury easily. As appear in this research, leading person who provoke difference of the occurrence tate of injury could be particular mostly. Therefore, it is thought that can prevent as well as deteriorate the rate of incidence by removing specific injury factor.

        The aim of this paper is to make clear the semantic-syntatic properity of the ditransitive construction in korean. So I show that this construction is equal to transitive construction. The ditransitive construction is not subordinated to the transitive construction. This has properity of it's own. To make clear this fact, I establish the boundary of the ditransitive construction. And then I investigate the semantic properity which arise from the relation of constituents. Based on this work, I show the change from ditransitive constructions to other constructions. This paper is an attempt to approach to the sentence with construction grammar. Construction grammar differ from the grammar which value the predicate. So I think that this paper has significance. The summary is as follwoing. In chapter 2, I define the ditransitive construction with a form of the construction. And I find the prototypical meaning of the construction. And then I show the importance of the relation of constituents. In chapter 3, I discuss on the various meaning of the ditransitive construction, besides the prototype meaning. It appears in the relation of contituents. It is divided into five classes. Those are 'Transfer of theme', 'Transfer of action', 'Transfer of emotion', 'Moving of agent', and 'Damage of recipient'. This concern to the syntatic properity of the construction. In chapter 4, I extend the discussion to the syntatic property. Properties, which the ditransitive construction has, are 'Change of the construction', 'Expansion of the construction', and 'Reduction of construction'. These have relation to the state of theme. Category of transitive verb is so vague. It is necessary to solve this problem. So I am interested in the construction. Among the various construction, the ditransitive construction is most independent. Therefore it is useful to deal with the property of the ditransitive construction. And study on various construction is required. Nowadays, The advance of IT technology unified the world by a single wicket INTERNET. A rapid stream like this changed the culture of shopping. The shopper didn't have to go the shopping mall. Instead of this, only one click the mouse, sitting a face of his computer, he can buy goods he wants. To make internet shopping mall competitive, effective CS strategy should be reflected. The objective of this study is to analyse the customer satisfaction for internet shopping mall with the seivice quality factors. For this purpose, questionnaire survey in motion was abreast with cyber customer relationship research for their reliability.

      • 호남지방 기온의 경년변화 특성

        The observational temperature at 15 meteorological sites in Honam district during 86 year are analyzed and the interannual variation of air temperature are also studied. Results are as follows: Annual mean air temperature in Honam districts is 12.7℃, and annual maximum and minimum mean air temperature in Honam district are 18.1℃ and 8.7℃, respectively. August and January shown the lowest and highest value of monthly mean air temperature in all observation sites, and mean air temperature of August and January are 25.2℃ and -0.2℃, respectively. Then its annual range is 25.4℃. Before 1950 interannual variation of air temperature is much lower than average values and then after 1950 to the latter half of 1960s the amplitude of air temperature variation clearly tends to be grower, and the width of the variation become narrow and irregular after the latter half of 1960s. The annual mean air temperature and maximum air temperature become 0.31℃ and 0.1℃ higher than average values and amplitude of air temperature also become larger. The air temperature variations in autumn and winter and are tend to be incline and those of summer and fall show opposite pattern. Comparing the tendency of air temperature variation in inland and coastal district, annual mean air temperature inland district become lower by 0.2℃ but the same values in coastal district increase by 0.3℃. And variations of maximum air temperature in inland and coastal district have shown same tendency with 0.4℃ and 0.5℃ increase but although minimum air tempera- ture inland district show 0.8℃ decrease, the minimum air temperature in coastal district does not change. These results are caused by difference of geographical environment between inland and coastal district. The correlation coefficient of annual mean air temperature of inland which was highest factor of correlation coefficient for interannual variation of air temperature is 0.92. The correlation coefficient of minimum air temperature and mean air temperature of coastal district is 0.91 and 0.88, respectively. From the results above mentioned above annual mean air temperature in Honam district increased by 0.3℃ and the oscillation amplitude of air temperature becomes larger due to be increase of maximum air tempera- ture and decrease of minimum air temperature.
