        비개방형 포탑드럼바스켓을 가진 대공포체계의 냉방장치개선 연구

        과거의 무기체계는 체계의 목적과 비용 등의 문제로 운용환경에 대한 관심이 부족하여 특히 냉방장치가 탑재되지 않은 체계가 많이 개발되었다. 근래 개발되는 무기체계는 고도의 정밀조준 및 고감도 시스템으로 진화함에 따라 무기체계를 효과적으로 제어하기 위하여 운용자의 운용환경도 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 현재의 무기개발자들은 대부분 통합형 환경제어장치를 장착하도록 설계하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 내부 탄통을 가진 대공포 장갑차에서, 포탑이 회전을 하더라도 효율적으로 차가운 냉기를 전달할 수 있게 하기 위해 드럼바스켓 해석 및 시험을 통해 냉방개선 방안을 도출하고 결과를 실제 장비에 적용하였다. Combat vehicles need an air-conditioning unit, although new combat systems tend to use an integrated system for heating, cooling, and ventilating. The specifications of an air-conditioning unit depend on the combat vehicle"s purpose. It is difficult to send cooling air from the air-conditioning unit to a gun turret through the drum basket because the gun turret rotates and consists of a closed anti-aircraft shell magazine. In this study, we considered an airconditioning unit for armored combat vehicle based on the special requirements and military specifications. We evaluated the performance of the air-conditioning unit despite the rotating gun turret through analysis and tests in terms of flow improvement compared to the previous model.

        고발사율 대공포 발사에 따른 체계자세 연구

        비행기 방어용 대공포는 저고도 방어체계로 사용되고 있으며, 방어능력 극대화를 위해 대부분 고발사율 대공포를 두개 이상 탑재하여 교전 시 명중률을 높이고 있다. 고 발사율 대공포의 경우, 포열진동 및 탄의 불균형 분산은 정확한 조준사격 및 명중률에 아주 결정적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 사격 진동 및 충격량을 감소하는 구조는 대공포 체계에서는 주요 설계 대상이다. 본 연구에서는 차량의 현가장치 특성에 따라 고발사율 대공포 체계에서 발사시스템의 진동충격으로부터 차단하는 능력을 향상시키고, Recurdyn 과 Adams 를 이용한 동적 거동해석과 실 사격 시험결과를 비교하여 명중률에 영향을 미치는 현가 형태, 위치 및 수량에 따른 체계 자세 흔들림을 예측하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 대공포에 적합한 현가장치와 포 스프링 등과 같은 구성품을 선정할 수 있는 기초연구를 수행하였다. Anti-aircraft gun system is used for low-level air defense system and has more than twin guns with high firing rate in order to maximize the capability of defense. Gun’s vibration and bullet’s variance has a critical effect on accuracy and hit probability of weapon system such as anti-aircraft gun system with high firing rate. Typical mechanism to reduce the amount of vibration and shock during gun-fire process is very important design factor. In this paper, the suspension characteristics of the vehicle are studied for the improvement of isolating performance of gun firing system with high firing rate. Gun fire test for the vehicle is conducted and computational models using Recurdyn and Adams are created based on test results. Through this study, results of computational analysis are compared with the real test results, which includes type, location and quantity of suspension and gun mechanism are selected for antiaircraft gun. From the result of this study, we could make basic design and consider the proper component of the system such as suspension and gun spring.

Typical mechanism to reduce the amount of vibration and shock from ground is very important to gun system.         장애인올림픽 ( Paralympics ) 의 국내 현황과 발전방향

        The purpose of this study is to exam the conditions and the problems, which were revealed by taking part in Sidney paralympics in 2000, of the area of finance, facilities, welfare and the press report about the national paralympics, and to grope for effective improvement and development as follows ; First, the government must expand finance for the people with disabilities physical culture. The government has to amplify the budget by national funds, and for the national sports-promotion-funds in order to extend and become active of national sports of the handicapped and paralympics. In addition, political organizations should prepare the ways to draw a donation and support. Second, it is necessary to establish a training ground for only people with disabilities and to expand the facilities that can held many international or national meetings for them. Furthermore, there is necessity to construct new facilities for the people with disabilities or repair the existed facilities which they cannot use so far and to opened for them. Third, it is needed to held contests for a pension and to realize an equality of a pension comparing with the normal. It is urgent to grope for well-being acceleration of employment for people with disability athletes such as establishing a business team, training the people with disabilities as a leader, and introducing them proper jobs. Fourth, the press including broadcasting have to pay attention to inform about sports of people with disabilities in order to attract people`s concern and to cause the transition of conscious for the people with disabilities.

        상악동 거상술시 이용한 탈단백 생체 유래 골 이식재(OCS-B<SUP>®</SUP>)의 임상 및 조직학적 관찰

        Deproteinized bovine bone mineral has been widely used as graft material in sinus augmentation procedure. The effieacy of OCS-B(r)(Nibec Inc., Seoul, Korea) as a graft material for sinus augmentation was evaluated in 10 patients. A total of 13 sinus augmentation procedures were performed, and an average of 6.3 months later 27 implants were placed into the augmentation sinuses. The biopsy specimens were examined histologically and histomorphometrically. Radiographical evaluation was done also. The average distance from grafted sinus to implant apex at the final evaluation period was 5.7±3.1㎜. The average percentage of newly formed bone at an average of 6.3 months was 20.0±8.4%. The degree of bone to graft material contact was 18.7±6.4%. It was shown from both radiographic evaluation and histologic results that sinus augmentation can successfully be performed with OCS-B<SUP>®</SUP>.

        독우산광대버섯 중독 2예의 임상상과 조직학적 소견

        Fatal cases of mushroom poisonings are mostly caused by Amanita species in Korea. Arnanita mushrooms induce severe liver damage by cyclopeptide toxins which are thermostable. Human victims of acute Amanita poisoning usually undergo typical three phases. The gastrointesti nal symptoms of colicky abdominal pain, vomiting, watery diarrheaa begin 6-12 hr after ingestion of mushrooms. In most cases, gastrointestinal symptoms regress spontaneously and then clinical signs of severe hepatic injury develop. The histopathological findings of acute liver injuries are acute hemorrhagic necrosis of parenchyma, coagulative necrosis, vacuolated degeneration, micro-vesicular fat droplets, and yellow atrophy in the literature. However, the ultrastructural findings on human victim have been rarely reported. In Korea, total number of reported human victims of Amanita poisoing in the literature was belov 60 and there was no precise description on the subspecies of genus Amanita except only one in 1987. Recently, we experienced two cases of mushroom poisonings by Amanita virosa. Thus we report the clinical findings of the patients with the histological feature of liver injury using light and electron microscopy.

        척수손상·비손상인의 신체부위별 신체구성 및 골밀도 비교

        This study was designed to compare segmental body composition and bone mineral density in spinal cord-injured(SCIS; n=9, SCIA; n=9) and non-injured control(AB; n=9) subjects. Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA) was used to measure %body fat, body fat mass, lean body mass, bone mineral contents, and bone mineral density in total and various body regions(arms, legs, trunk). The present results showed that body fat mass and %body fat were significantly higher and lean body mass was significantly lower in the SCIS group compared to AB group, while there was no difference between the SCIA and AB group in those of parameters. In BMC, there was no difference among groups and in BMD, SCI group was significantly lower that AB group, but there was no difference between SCIA group and AB group. Based on these results, in can be suggested that long-term regular exercise can reduce the negative changes in body composition, bone mineral density by spinal cord injury.

      • 장애인의 건강에 대한 지식 , 태도 및 습관에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to get ready for the method that can helping to keep or to improve the management of their health after diagnose the current level on knowledge, attitude, and practices related to health of disabled persons. The subject of this study were comprised of 154 disabled persons(the physical handicapped; 77 pers., the visually disabled; 57 pers., the aural·oral disabled 20 pers.) who belong to organizations or associations concerned with disabled persons. The conclusions are as follows; The health knowledge levels of the disabled was low, practices was passive, especially in the case of health knowledge and practices, there were differences as the types of handicaps, the visually disabled had many serious problems in the one case, the physical handicapped had them in the other case. Besides though they wanted to learn health education, it has not been done, and they didn't satisfy the sports facilities, too. Based upon the above, I will propose as follow; First, it is necessary that we must make the disabled learn health education. Second, it must be taken that a proper step(i.e. the sports facilities expansion, the development and the popularization of sporting goods and program, the upbringing plan of the trainer for the disabled) to adopt a positive attitude toward the practices of health. Third, it must be needed the positive mental determination and active attitude of the disabled with self-support.
