ROS에서 Gazebo를 이용한 라인 트레이서 시뮬레이션 환경 구축

In this paper, we directly implemented the Line Tracer ROS package that can detect and follow lines drawn on the map on Gazebo, an open-source that is widely used in autonomous driving research. For line detection, the cv_bridge package was used to enable OpenCV's image processing tools, and parameters such as robot speed, line color and ground material could be changed. In addition, proportional (P) and PID controls could be implemented using the color centroid obtained through image processing. Through this approach, the effect of proportional and differential coefficients on the robot's line tracer motion could be analyzed effectively. In addition, by displaying robot simulation results using various tools of ROS, an efficient development for control nodes could be established in ROS.
펄스정전응력법에 의한 XLPE에서 DC 과전에 의한 공간전하의 교류전압에서의 거동관찰

In this paper, in order to evaluate quantitavely the formation mechanism of space charge by DC application and the behavior of pre-formed space charge at AC volatge in XLPE, We have modified the PEA method to measure simultaneously discharging (or leakage) current and space charge distribution under DC and AC. By using this system, we have analyzed the effects of pre-formed space charge accumulated by DC stress on AC in XLPE (560 ㎛) when there is no air gap between electrode and XLPE. Form the experimental, it was found that, DC conduction current decrease because of the effects of potential barrier at interface and most of pre-formed space charges still remained when AC voltage was applied up to 8kV. Thus the field distortion and localization due to pre-formed space charge is very important under AC voltage and may cause a critical damage on the AC insulating characteristics of insulator, especially in AC long-term service.
부극성 직류전압에 의해 사전 형성된 공간전하가 XLPE의 부분방전특성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effects of pre-formed space charges by DC stress on partial discharge(PD) characteristics in XLPE. We have suggested a modified pulsed electro-acoustic(PEA) method and successfully measured both space charge distribution and current simultaneously. It has been demonstrated that the PD patterns are strongly influenced by the pre-formed space charge distributions, which are hardly disappeared up to AC 8㎸ in electrode configuration including air gap between XLPE layer and electrode. From the results, it could be said that the pre-formed space charges by DC stress can play harmful and dangerous roles in insulating system under AC operating voltages because of the field distortion and localization due to the pre-formed space charge.
펄스정전응력법을 이용한 고분자 재료에서 공간전하분표 측정에 대한 이론적 고찰

본 논문에서는 최근 국 ·내외적으로 활발하게 연구되고 있는 고체 고분자 재료 내의 공간전하 측정법과 관련하여, 공간전하의 비파괴 측정법 중의 하나인 펄스정전응력법(PEA 법)에 대한 이론적 고찰을 수행하였다. 또한, 두꺼운 압전소자를 이용해서 PEA 법의 공간분해능을 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안하였다. In this paper, we have evaluated theoretically the PEA method which is one of the most popular methods for the nondestructive measurement of space charge distribution in polymers. On the basis of this theoretical evaluation, we also suggest a new measuring method that uses a thick piexo-material for improving the space resolution of PEA method.

본 논문에서는 현재까지 광원의 주류를 이루고 있는 형광등에 의한 불필요한 전력소모를 억제하고 전기요금을 절약하기 위한 최적의 형광등 교체주기 표시에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 시간경과에 따른 형광등 노화에 의한 소모전력의 증가와 그에 따른 경제성을 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 최적의 교환시기가 되면 자동으로 적색 LED가 소등(또는 점등)되는 장치를 설계 및 개발하였다. 또한 P-spice를 통한 회로 해석과 실험을 통하여 개발된 장치의 정상적인 동작을 확인하였다. In this paper, in order to restrict the power consumption and save electric charges due to the fluorescent lamp which is still main lighting source, we have carried out the studies on the indicating the optimal replacement time of it. For these purposes, we have evaluated the increment of power consumption of the fluorescent lamp and its economical efficiency due to degradation according to elapsed time. On the basis of the evaluation, we have designed and developed the system that turned off(or on) the red LED at the optimal replacement time. We also verified correct operations of the developed system through the circuit simulation by P-spice and experiments.
펄스정전응력법(PEA)을 이용한 고분자 재료애 따른 공간전하분포와 전도전류 특성

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effects of space charge on electrical characteristics in polymer insulators, which has been studied by many researchers in the world recently. In this paper, we have manufactured new measurement system which measured simultaneously both space charge distribution and conduction current. By using this system, we have analyzed the effects of space charge on conduction characteristics of polymer insulators such as XLPE and WTR-XLPE under DC voltage. We could find that the characteristics of polymer insulators have good correlation with space charge distribution in polymer insulators.

In this paper in order to evaluat quantitavely the formation mechanism of space charge and its effects on the conduction characteristics in LDPE we have carried out the numerical analysis on the basis of experimental results of space charge distribution cathode field and current with time which had been simultaneously measured at applied field of 50kV/mm and room temperature. As the models for numerical analysis we employ the Richarson-Schottky theory for charge injection from electrode into LDPE and the band-tail conduction at crystalline regions and the hopping conduction by traps which mainly exist at the interface regions of crystalline-amorphous region for charge transport in LDPE. Futhermore in order to investigate the influence of physical parameters on the time characteristcs of space charge distribution and measured current we have changed the values of trap density activation energies for charge injection and transport and have analyzed their effects.

The effect of carbon content and isothermal heat treatment conditions on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of ultra-high strength bainitic steels was investigated. A reduction in carbon content from 0.8 wt% to 0.6 wt% in super-bainite steel with typical chemistry effectively improved not only the Charpy impact toughness but also the strength level. This suggests that reducing the carbon content is a very promising way to obtain better mechanical balance between strength and impact toughness. The higher Charpy impact toughness at a lower carbon content of 0.6 wt% is thought to result from a reduction in austenite fraction, and refinement of the austenite grain. The coarse austenite grains have a detrimental effect on impact toughness, by prematurely transforming to deformation-induced martensite during crack propagation. Mechanical properties were also affected by the isothermal treatment temperature. The lower isothermal temperature enhanced the formation of bainitic ferrite with a refined microstructure, which has a beneficial influence on strength, but reduces impact toughness. The lower impact toughness at lower isothermal temperature is attributed to the sluggish redistribution of carbon from the bainitic ferrite into the surrounding austenite. Higher solute carbon in the bainitic ferrite contributes to an increase of strength, but at the same time, encourages a propensity to cleavage fracture.

Existing X-ray System sees the fluorescent petal which converts radiation source to the visible ray. And it amplifies the light which radiates. It is composed of the image increased dividend tube and the film which operate. The bulk and one funeral film of the system which it follows hereupon come out until, process is very complicates. This system it transfers with digital X-ray system of that expense to be, fluorescence it sells and it uses the digital CCD camera and it is a low price and the system form simplification to sleep develops the X-ray system which it makes and it does. The X-ray the image follows in resolving power of camera and density of the fluorescent petal becomes decision. But, 8bit with 1300X1030 it uses the Monochrome Digitalcamera which has the resolution from this time research, It used the indirect photographing fluorescent petal which is used in existing system. It excludes the image multiplier tube of existing system and importance it lets in process and the system does simplification, It comes true that expense and it does to sleep.
