예방적 놀이치료(Preventive Playtherapy)

어린이에게 있어서 놀이란 어떤 의미를 가지는 것일까? 또한 놀이를 통한 치료란 어떤 것일까? 우리 모두는 어떤 일들 때문에 마음으로 몹시 고민, 걱정해본 적이 있다. 그럴 때 진정으로 들어주는 누구에겐가 털어놓고 나면 마음이 편안하게 가라않지 않았었던가? 마음이 편안해지니 스스로 이리저리 판단하여 문제를 해결할 수도 있었을 것이다. 어린이에게 놀이치료란 이와 같은 역할을 해준다. 자신을 자신의 모습 그대로 이해해주는 어른 곁에서 마음속 어려움을 자기도 모르는 사이에 놀이하는 가운데 털어놓음으로써 자유로워진 어린이들이 그 가진 잠재능력을 다 발휘할 수 있도록 이꿀어주는 방법이 바로 놀이치료이다(황 명숙, 2002). 그렇다면 어린이들에게 치료받아야 할 필요가 생길 때까지 기다렸다가 치료실에서 치료해야만 하는 것일까? 일반 교육현장에서 그리고 가정에서 어린이들의 책임을 맡은 어른들이 치료실에서의 치료사와 같은 반응을 해줄 수 있다면 어떻게 될까? 본 논문에서는 여러 연구와 임상 치료경험들을 통하여 얻어진 놀이와 놀이치료의 의미와 효과를 다시 정리해보고놀이치료를 어린이의 일반생활현장에 적용할수 있는구체적인 방법들을 추출해 봄으로써 현장교사들과 부모들의 아동지도에 실질적인 도움을 주고자 한다. 이러한 도움은 어린이들의 행복한 삶과 잠재력개발로 연결되어 전 사회적 공헌이 될 것으로 기대한다.

공격성은 인간사회가 시작된 순간부터 전 인류의 고심거리가 되어왔다. 사람들은 공격성에 대하여 불안함을 보일 뿐 아니라 부모를 포함한 전 사회는 어린이들의 공격적인 행동들에 대하여 금하는가하면 동시에 부추기기도 하는 등의 양면성을 보여왔다. 또한 가장자리만 건드릴 뿐 공격성의 실체를 직면하기를 두려워해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 그 공격성의 원천을 사회학,생물학,정신분석학등 다각적 관점으로부터 찾아본다. 몰아치는 폭풍우 속, 한적한 오두막의 작은 화돗불,이 작은 불은 불어오는 바랍과 함께 모든 것을 파괴시킬 수도 있으나,잘 지켜보며 보살핀다면 오두막을 따스하고 안락한 장소로 만들 수 있다. 이 불씨에의 적절한 보살핑의 방법들을 그 원천을 찾아보는 가운데 각관점에 맞추어 추출해 보기로 한다. 결론적으로 놀이치료적 아동지도를 통하여 공격성의 생산적인 변환이 격려될 수 있음이 제안된다.

It is thought that Tennessee Williams is a " Dramatist of Frustration" and "There is nothing so characteristic of Williams as his ability to adapt extreme subjectivity to the most objective of the arts", by which he is named the master of locating his picture of life in the context of the larger world. This paper is to clarify how the personality of T. Williams as a dramstist of frustuation. mainly his self-conflict or the ambivalence in his personality, is transformed and projected in his works of drama-Glass Menagerie, The Streetcar Named Desire and A Cat On a Hot Tin Roof-through their analysation. For this purpose, the main charactors in these dramas-Laura in Glass, Blanche in The Streetcar and Margaret in A Cat-areassumed the feminezed images of Williams frustrated in which these attributes of his personality are embodied. As a second step the other three charactors against them who possess the opposite personality are sought to compare the two extreme worlds opposing to each other. Laura vs. Jim, Blanche vs. Stanley and Margaret Vs. Brick and discerende their charcteritics in personality and behavior. Lastly by juxtaposing these two opposing characteristics, the ambivalent conflict between them was sought to follow the flow of T. williams struggling self conflict, assuming these two estremely different characteristics are the to opposed, though splitted, but co-existed in nis own identity. Thus it is supposed we might be led to the transparent view of the author's self-conflict caused from frustration as a whole, from his carkiest stage of infant to the akult stage fully matured-Regression stage of Laura in her illusive Glass Menageric, Blanche's Aggression in the turmoil of agony and destruction and Fixation of Margaret on a Hot Tin Roof, a lonely confinement of life absurdly sentenced to her, one of those "weak people" who is defeated in the struggle of modern life of Absurdity. While analyzing the three dramas above we can overlook "the larger worlds of depression ailing and torn with the conflict of Second World war, a society that challenges our intelligence and capacity for action" beyond the small world delicate and fragil which represents "the picture of his (suthor's) life of failure" and vise vcrsa. Consequently we feel like being in "the short reach of my(his) arms" and inevitably embracing each other and crying ourselves the same" outcry of prisoner to prisoner from the cell in solitary where each is confined for the duration of his life."

어린이들이 서로 다른 것만큼이나 어린이의 어려움 들도 그 유형과 정도가 서로 다르다. 그러나 그 차이를 막론하고 원칙적으로 치료자는 어린이 내부에 존재하는 강한 힘 그 힘이 있다는 것을 어린이 스스로 알도록 해주며, 그 힘을 꿀어내어 사용할 기회를 충분히 제공함으로써, 그 아이로 하여금 자아 존중감과 자신감이 쌓아질 수 있도록 기회를 제공한다. 어린이 내부의 그 질긴 성장을 향한 욕구가 외부로 꺼내어지고 점점 더 강하게 될 수 있는 과정을 준비하고 선택의 기회를 주며 지켜본다. 안으로부터 준비되는 만큼 어린이들은 이 기회들을 잡아 이용한다. 놀이치료사의 모든 반응들은 이 과정을 가능하게 하여 어린이가 스스로를 돕도록 돕기 위한것이다.

The purpose of this study investigates that what is the difference of the Sense of Humor and Ways of Stress Coping in male and female, and relationship between the Sense of Humor and Ways of Stress Coping. In order to achieve the above purpose, the concrete sub-content of study problems are as follows ; 1) What is the difference of the Sense of Humor between male and female? 2) Is there any significant difference about Ways of Stress Coping between male and female? 3) Do they receive less stress as the Sense of Humor is higher? 4) Is there any difference the Ways of Stress Coping as they have and degree of the Sense of Humor? The subject on study sampled 589 students who are living in Iri area. (200 High School students and 389 College students.) ANOVA, Mean, S.D, Pearson's product-moment Correlation Cofficent were used to interpret the materials statistically significant. The used instruments are the Sense of Humor questionaire and the Stress Coping questionaire. The results are as fallows ; 1) Metamessage Sensitivity is no meaningful difference between male and female in the Sense of Humor, but Liking of Humor is meaningful difference, that is, female is higher than male.(F= 16.27, P<.001) 2) Problem Focused Coping & Emotion Focused Coping all are no meaningful difference between male and female in Ways of Stress Coping. 3) The correlation of the Sense of Humor and stress level is negative, but this isn't meaningful negative correlation. 4) The higher Sense of Humor, the more dealt with the Problem Focused Coping.
