        어깨관절 아탈구가 있는 만성 뇌졸중환자에게 기능적 전기자극 치료가 기능회복에 미치는 효과

        Background: The purpose of this study was to confirm whether surface FES was effective in the function of chronic stroke patients' affected shoulder and whether FES influenced their functional abilities in ADL, as well. Method: the subjects were inpatients at a general hospital in Gyeonggi-Do, Korea and had been diagnosed as a sub-luxation in their affected shoulder. They were 26 and were separated to an experimental group and a control group, in equal number. Both groups had gotten an exercise treatment for 6 weeks. The control group didn't get any FES as opposed to the experimental group. Result: in the experimental group there was no statistical significant difference in the vertical space and the joint space, even though the space was reduced. In the control group, there was no statistical significant difference, either. Moreover, each space of their shoulders was increased. In the range of motion of each group, there was no statistical significant difference. In functional independent ability, there was a significant difference in an experimental group. In contrast, there was no difference in a control group. Conclusion: this result suggests that FES should be effective in the sub-luxation of the patients' affected shoulder and the range of motion of their shoulders. On the other hand, compared to the previous items, FES was quite effective in the functional improvement.

      • 마그네슘 이온을 통한 CCU 탄산화 결정화 선택성에 대한 연구

        현대 사회에 이르러서는 지구 온난화는 사회적, 과학적 문제만이 아닌, 학제적인(interdisciplinary) 관심을 필요로 하는 분야가 되었다. 여러 온실가스 감축안에서 탄소 포집 및 저장(Carbon Capture and Storage, CCS)은 미래 지구온난화 억지 방안으로 제시되었으며, 그 제안은 현재 좀 더 논의가 진전되어 탄소 포집 자원화(Carbon Capture and Utilization) 기술이 제시되기에 이르렀다. 현재 세계 각지에서 연구되고 있는 CCU 기술 중 주목받고 있는 이산화탄소 습식흡수 및 탄산화 공정은, 공정 내 탈거 에너지를 대폭으로 줄인다는 점에서 가장 연구가치가 있는 분야 중 하나일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이 CCU, 탄산화 공정에서의 산물인 탄산염의 생산을 좀 더 고부가가치화 시키는 의도에서 진행되었다. 탄산화 공정의 주된 산물은 탄산칼슘인데, 이 탄산칼슘은 세 가지의 Polymorph(aragonite, vaterite, calcite) 형태로 결정화된다. 이 Polymorph들 중 calcite를 제외한 두 결정형은 시장에서의 가치가 높은 형태로, 본 연구는 탄소 포집 자원화의 탄산화 공정, 더 세부적으로 탄산칼슘의 결정화 과정에서 Aragonite와 Vaterite의 선택성을 높이기 위해 진행되었다. 주요 실험의 변인은 다음과 같다. 마그네슘 이온의 농도, 엄밀히는 마그네슘 이온과 탄산화에 사용되는 칼슘 이온의 비를 조절하여 탄산화 결정화 구조를 관찰한다. 이때, 사용되는 음이온은 습식 흡수제(MonoEthanolAmine, DiEthanolAmine, MethylDiEthanolAmine)에 흡수된 이산화탄소의 음이온 형태(Carbamate, Carbonate, Bicarbonate)로 하고, 마그네슘 농도는 무게비로 1퍼센트 포인트(1 wt%p) 간격으로 충분한 농도의 칼슘이온 비(20 wt%)까지(0 wt%Mg<sup>2+</sup> ~ 20 wt%Mg<sup>2+</sup>) 조절하였고, 이후 결정화 구조는 X-ray diffraction과 Scanning Electron Microscopy로 관찰하였다.

        숏풋 운동이 발의 안쪽 세로활과 균형에 미치는 영향과 효율적적용에 대한 연구

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to analysis the effective short foot exercise methods and verify the effect of short foot exercise (SFE) on medial longitudinal arch (MLA) and balance in order to utilize it as foundation data for clinical fields. METHODS: In this study, research papers were collected by using RISS, KISS and PubMed as a search term for SFE, foot intrinsic muscle exercise (FIME) and MLA. RESULTS: A total of 30 research were gathered, and 16 papers of data were related effect of SFE, and 9 papers was related to effective exercise methods, and 5 papers was related to a comparison with other FIME. The collected data were classified into the influence of SFE on the MLA, balance, and the efficient exercise methods. CONCLUSIONS: The result of this study confirmed that SFE was very effective to maintain MLA and improve foot stability, dynamic balance and gait. In addition to, imagery training and biofeedback with SFE was efficient methods, and SFE applied with weight bearing, or windlass effect, or 30° ankle dorsiflexion strengthened abductor halluces muscle effectively. Therefore, SFE will be useful for rehabilitation of pes planus patients or athletes.

      • 복부 근력강화운동 프로그램이 복부비만 감소에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to present scientific data and efficient methods of exercise to develop a basic diet program. The exercise program for abdominal muscular strength suggested in this study is composed of muscular strength exercise and aerobic exercise designed for the reinforcement of muscular strength and the decrease of obesity. The subjects of this study are 24 obese university students over a BMI of 25, which are divided into two groups. Each group has 12 students including male 6, female 6. One group(case) had carried out exercise program for abdominal muscular strength for 12 weeks, the other group(control) had taken aerobic exercise for 12 weeks respectively. InBody3.0 (Biospace, Seoul, Korea) was used as a apparatus of experiment. The measured body compositions are weight, waist hip ratio, body mass index. Blood lipids was measured on an empty stomach for more than 12 hours around 9 a.m. The measured items are total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG). Somatotype was measured by hazeltine for the human body. scales, calipers(SKYNDEX). The whole somatotype was measured by Life Size Program(USA) using the value of skinfolds at 9 Parts, girths at 5 parts, and breadths at 2 Parts. The measurements had been taken before exercise of each group, after 4 weeks, after 8 weeks. after 12 weeks. Body composition and blood lipids of the measured data were analyzed with MANOVA using SAS, somatotype with non-parametics test. The results are as follows ; 1) Body composition had more effective changes in control group than in case group(P<.05). 2) Blood lipids had more effective changes in control group than in case group(P<.05). 3) Somatotype had no significant differences between two groups statistically, but control group had more effective changes than case group. Considering all the results mentioned above, the exercise program for abdominal muscular strength showed the positive effects on obesity with the change of body composition, blood lipids, somatotype. It is desirable to perform muscular strength exercise and aerobic exercise effective to the decrease of muscle mass at a sam time rather than the only aerobic exercise. The exercise program for abdominal muscular strength to cure Postural muscular unbalance caused by obesity can be utilized for the prevention and treatment of obesity, being effective on the health management of adults as well as students.

      • 고교 여자유도선수와 일반여학생간의 기초체력 및 신체조성비에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine if judo prevents obesity caused by supernutrition and lack of exercise helps balanced physical growth. For this study I analysed physical strength and the components of body between judo experts and ordinary students among girls' high school students. The subjects of this study were 15 judo experts(Group A) with careers over 5 years and 15 ordinary high school girls (Group B) with no exercise at W information industry high school in Seoul. PMS FE 101(Height Meter), CAS(Weight Meter), IN-BODY 3.0 (Bio-Impedance), Dakei (fitness measurement) were used as the apparatus of the experiment. SPSS WIN Ver10.0 (independent t-test) was used for statistics. A significant level was p<.05. The results are as follows: 1) As for the back strength, group A is stronger than group B by 23.66%. There is a significant difference between the two groups(p<.05). 2) The grip strength of group A is higher than that of group B by 26.53%. There is a significant difference between the two groups(p<.05). 3) The ability of a sargent jump of group A is higher than that of group B by 26.53%. There is a significant difference between the two groups(p<.05). 4) As for trunk flexion forward, group A is higher than group B by 30.85%. There is a significant difference between the two groups(p<.05). 5) As for the ability of side step, group A is higher than group B by 17.39%. There is a significant difference between the two groups(p<.05). 6) As for the ability of closed eyes foot balance, group A is higher than group B by 17.39%. There is no significant difference between the two groups. 7) As for the body composition, the weight of group A is lower than that of group B by 2.10%. There is no significant difference between the two groups. As for the body fat mass, group A is lower than group B by 23.61%.(p<.05) As for the proportion of the body fat group A is lower than group B by 32.41%.(p<.05) As for the lean body mass group A is higher than group B by 17.08%. (p<.05) The results of this analysis show that regular judo exercise helps the prevention of diseases of adult people caused by obesity as well as the development of physical fitness.

      • 경락마사지가 요통환자의 통증감소에 미치는 영향

        This study is to investigate the effects of meridian massage on pain decrease in patients with low back pain. The subjects of this study are 25 patients with low back pain syndrome at B hospital in Seoul. Research instrument is visual analogue scale for measuring the severity of pain by Cline et al. SPSS WIN Ver10.0(Paired Samples T-tests) was used for statistics. A significant level was p<.05. The results were as follows: 1) The recipients of meridian massage felt less pain than before they got the meridian massage(p<.05). 2) The recipients of meridian massage felt less often than before they got the meridian massage(p<.05). The results of this analysis show that meridian massage has much effect of decreasing patients' pain. Therefore meridian massage can be used as aid therapy by physical therapists to improve activities of daily living and correct unbalance of muscles, and adjusted to health improvement programs as a preventive method in the local community.

        수영운동 치료가 고지방식 투여 SD-Rat의 지방간에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the repercussions of swimming exercise therapy that has an effect on lipid in blood and liver enzyme of the 3D-Rat dosage high fat diet. The object of this study consisted of two groups. One was the swimming exercise SD-Rat group, the other was the non-exercise SD-Rat group. Sample size was seven Rats repectively. Exercise period was ten week. Exercise group swimmed twenty minutes per a day and 5 times per a week. And then collecting blood from these two group's SD-Rats, making M Health center a request for a blood test on TC, TG, GOT, GPT, we come to a conclusion like below. The weight of the swimming exercise group has decreased 5.93% in comparison with non-exercise group. and has a significant difference(p<0.05). The liver weight of the swimming exercise group has decreased 7.83% in comparison with non-exercise group, and has not a significant difference. The TC of the swimming exercise group has decreased 39.22% in comparison with non-exercise group, and has a significant difference(p<0.05). The TG of the swimming exercise group has decreased 62.88% in comparison with non-exercise group, and has a significant difference(p<0.05). The GOT of the swimming exercise group has decreased 3.22% in comparison with non-exercise group, and has not a significant difference. The GPT of the swimming exercise group has decreased 16.14% in comparison with non-exercise group, and has a significant difference(p<0.05). In regard to above results, the regular swimming exercise therapy with dosage of high fat diet has an important role in healing and preventing a fattyliver, a hyperlipidemia, and an arteriosclerosis, intervening the lipid in blood.
