스포츠서비스산업 활성화를 위한 스포츠산업 분류체계 개선 방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to derive suggestions to support the service sector of Korean sport industry focusing on the improvement of the Sport Industry Special Classification (SISC) which is the basis of the sport industry policy. For the purpose, the Delphi method was applied. The Delphi panel consisted of 5 experts in academia and practice. Three rounds of Delphi were managed so that opinions of all the experts were integrated while reflecting individual opinions. Results of the study are as follows. First, the current SISC (V. 3.0) does not effectively reflect the situation and environment of convergence between various industries these days, which needs alternative approaches such as Sport Market Value Network. Second, it is necessary to redefine sport service and reclassify the industry since it is difficult to measure the sport service statistics as the boundaries around them are not clear, which causes confusion in the preparation of support policies. Third, the deregulation and activation of sport betting needs to be considered since it can contribute to growth and development of the sport industry as a whole when it is managed in a healthy way. 이 연구의 주된 목적은 스포츠서비스산업 활성화를 위한 방안을 도출하는 것으로, 특히 스포츠산업 지원 정책의 근간이 되는 통계분류 기준인 스포츠산업 특수분류의 개선 방향을 제시하는 것에 초점을 두고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 델파이 기법을 활용하였다. 델파이에 참여한 전문가 패널은 총 5명으로 학계와 실무에 종사하는 스포츠산업 전문가로 구성되었다. 델파이는 총 3차례 진행되었고 개별 전문가의 의견을 충실히 반영하면서도 모든 전문가들의 의견을 통합할 수 있도록 연구자가 의사소통을 관리하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 스포츠산업은 다양한 산업과 융·복합하여 새로운 시장을 창출하고 있지만 스포츠산업 특수분류(V.3.0)가 이를 즉각적으로 반영하기에는 한계점이 존재하며, 이를 해결하기 위해 스포츠시장 가치망 등 새로운 대안의 도입을 고려할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 현행 분류 기준은 스포츠서비스업과 용품업 및 시설업의 분류 경계가 명확하지 못하여 스포츠서비스업의 정확한 시장 규모 파악이 어렵고 지원 정책 마련에 혼란을 야기하므로 스포츠서비스업을 재정의하고 세부 업종을 재분류해야 한다. 셋째, 스포츠베팅업은 스포츠서비스업의 양적‧질적 성장에 기여도가 높은 산업으로 베팅 상한선 및 배당률 조정, 민영화 등과 같은 규제 완화 및 활성화 방안을 검토해야 한다.

대학생의 인터넷중독 및 스마트폰 중독 정도와 미술 치료 인식에 대한 조사 연구

Purpose: Investigate the level of Internet and smart phone addiction of college students and difference of their perception on the art therapy. Method: Data was collected using 4 categories of questionnaires. Participants of this study were 383 college students who are currently attending universities located in seoul, Kyung-Ki and Incheon. The Chi-square test, One-way Analysis of Variance, Scheffé test were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 Result: First, the study has established that the status of attending universities, grade, people who living with, age affected the level of Internet addiction of college students. In terms of the level of smart phone addiction of college students, the status of attending universities, gender, age were the affective factors. Second, there was a significant difference on the perception of the advantages of the art therapy and the level of acknowledging it, depending on the level of Internet addiction. Finally, depending on the level of smartphone addiction, there was a significant difference in the level of perception of the art therapy, expectation toward the art therapy and the helpfulness of art therapy. The more the participants are close to the addicted level, the more they want to experience the art therapy. Conclusion: These results suggest. First, it is necessary to use bigger group of participants. Second, it is necessary to improve the research methods for college students. Third, nurse should offer holistic care toward the patients regarding their general characteristics by adapting this study. Finally, it is necessary to improve the art therapy programs for the college students who are addicted to the Internet and smartphone and to develop researches proving the effectiveness of these programs.
