親環境農業을 위한 有機農業의 作付體系 確立에 관한 硏究

This study was carried out to produce safe agricultural product and to improve the soil environment of crop cultivation using the reasonable cropping system in organic farming to the case study of organic farmhouse in Chungnam Hongdong area for sustainable agriculture. In the ratio of farming forms in these organic farmhouses, paddy field-upland field-greenhouse form, paddy field-upland field form, crop-livestock form and only greenhouse form were 23.8%, 23.8%, 23.8% and 19.0% respectively. In the greenhouse area of organic farmhouse, the 50% of total greenhouse number were 600~1,000 pyung(200~330a) and the 40% of total were 1,000~1,500 pyung(330~500a). In the area of upland field, the 80% of total upland field number were 500~1,000 pyung(167~330a). In the cropping systems of surveyed farmhouses, the number of crop-combination patterns were twenty-seven and the 96.3% of those was combined with vegetable. Vegetable-vegetable pattern, cereal crops-vegetable pattern and root and tuber crop-vegetable pattern were 44.4%, 18.5% and 14.8% respectively. Leguminous crop combined pattern was 7.4%, but patterns combined with barley or wheat did not exist. Among the vegetable combined patterns, leaf vegetables combined pattern, fruit vegetables combined pattern and root vegetables combined pattern were 66.7%, 31.0% and 22.2% respectively. Among the vegetable-vegetable patterns, the portion of fruit vegetables-leaf vegetables pattern was the highest and that of root and tuber vegetables-root and tuber vegetables pattern was the lowest. Among the twenty-seven crop-combination patterns, unreasonable crop rotation pattern was 50% over and especially the almost crop-combination pattern of greenhouse was unreasonable to crop rotation pattern. The farmhouse that control the amount of compost application by means of periodical soil analysis did not exist in this area.
유산소 운동이 골격근 Mitochondria의 크기에 미치는 영향

This study aimed at examining the changes on the size of mitocondria in gastronemius of human skeletal muscles by aerobic training. The subjects were tweleve volunteer male college students, and they were divided into two groups; one was control group which did not do any training and was composed of 5 students, the other was experimental group which did endurance training for thirteen weeks at the level of 70% of maximal oxygen consumption and was composed of 5. After the motor capacity test and the needle biopsy, muscle samples were taken for treating and analyzed by electron microscope. The results are as follows: First, aerobic training increased the number of mitocondria in gastronemius. Second, aerobic training increased the size(square measure) of mitocondria in gastronemius. Third, aerobic training increased the size of diameter of mitocondria in gastronemius. Forth, aerobic training changed the morphological changes of mitocondria in gastronemius. As a result of synthesizing these factors, the aerobic training at the 70% level of maximal oxygen consumption for thirteen weeks could have had an influences on the size of mitocondria in skeletal muscle.
最大酸素攝取量을 因子로한 除脂肪體重의 檢討에 關한 硏究

The correlationship between lean body mass and V'O_2max for sedentary students was found to be higher(r=0.793) than for soccers(r=576). It was also shown that soccers had a significantly larger V'O_2max per 1㎏ of lean body mass than sedentary students. Previous studies showed that increment of V'O_2max throught endurance training was caused by the increment of such factors as mitocondria maximum cardiac output and maximum stroke volume and was not by lean body mass, So, it was concluded that lean body mass was a reasonable limiting factor for sedentary students but was not a stable factor of V'O_2max because of lower linearlity for soccers and the significant difference on V'O_2max per 1㎏ of lean body mass between two groups.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of aerobic exercise on ability of exercise performance in high school girls. The subjects of this study were 14 students in Y girls' high school(3rd grades). They were divided into two groups: 7 for an experimental group and 7 for a comparative group. The former was assigned to take a jogging for 16 weeks. The results were as follows; HR in the ability of exercise performance showed a significant decrease(F=4.52, P<.01). VO2max showed a significant increase(F=28.68, P<.001). VEmax showed a significant increase(F=3.48, p<.05). AT also showed a significant increase(F=30.57, p<.001). However no significant change was found in VE. From the above result, we can see that continuous jogging of high school girls has a significant effect on the increase in the ability of exercise performance. Jogging has just a little effect on body composition and blood component though significant difference was not found in them.
