        A rapid growth of Electronic transaction inject fresh vigor to the Korea economic and occupy a position one of transaction in our life. But electronic transaction revealed many dispute between seller and buyer. Electronic transaction dispute styles are very variety too. This paper present solution of dispute of electronic transaction. Dispute solution is ADR that watched by the many people in recent years. Therefor This paper try deliberating keynotes & matters of ADR and discuss about improvement plan of ADR.

        무역전시회를 이용한 통합마케팅 가능성에 관한 연구

        This paper focuses on Trade Show Industry recently emerged as Trade Show Marketing that is not this only sales promotion but the Marketing Mixlprice, product, distribution, communication). In addition, the paper dirives the models of Trade Show integrated Marketing. Finally, the paper provides policy implications for the Trade Show Marketing in Korea and then suggests three alternatives as follows. First, Let's found a trade show marketing independent department in enterprise. Second, Let's establish a training school for trade show experts as practical manpower and Let's teaching the study course of exhibition industry, trade show marketing and management at the Department of International Trade. Third, Let's site for trade show to international level in Korea

        The Trade Show(Exhibition Industry) has supplied not only expansion of trade infrastructure and raised national competitiveness but also created the momentum necessary for the development of exhibition-related companies into a high value-added service industry. The Exhibition Industry has already become pivotal to our building of an advanced country. It's been recognized as a strategic component with institutional foundation laying the groundwork for further development. This study suggest to the future of professional training. First, I have studied trends and characteristic of the exhibition industry in korea Second, by studying and analyzing the status of professional training within related university departments. Third, I suggest Professional Training Model for Trade Show by international trade department of university.

        대 중국 B2C 전자상거래 수출 마케팅의 전략적 시사점에 관한 연구

        Currently, many e-commerce professional organizations are focusing on China as the most important market of the future B2C e-commerce market. In fact, China’s B2C e-Commerce imports in 2014 amounted to 150 billion yuan, and in 2018 it is expected to grow more than seven times to 1 trillion yuan. In China, Korean products are still popular. Thus, demand for Korean consumer products continues. Such a phenomenon has emerged as a new export opportunity for Korean SMEs and small exporters. Therefore, this paper attempts to investigate the type of transactions relative to B2C e-commerce through theoretical consideration of B2C e-commerce transactions between internationalcountries. Then thecurrent status of imports and exports in terms of B2C e-commerce in Korea and China as well as the problems from the viewpoint of export marketing are explored. Finally, strategic implications necessary for the development of B2C e-commerce export strategy in China are presented.

        우리나라 내륙철도를 이용한 무역화물 운송 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        Recently, inland rail transport is regarded because of low cost of traffic congestion, eco-friendly transportation and a large quantity transport. Over the years, ever-increasing road transportation of containers has pressured many government officials and traffic managers to shift cargo from road to more efficient and effective transport modes : rail transport and coastal shipping. However there has been a lack of understanding of importance of the rail transportation. This study is promotional scheme of the inland rail transport in korea. Study result of promotional scheme are summarized as follows : First, build a service railroad (connected port, industrial complex and ICD & complex freight terminal)link up with main railroad. Second, service improvement for owner of goods by rail transport : for example, government have need of fostered as special rail logistic company. finally, http://1ogis.korail.go.kr service improvement. : give the combined transport document of rail and road transport by KNR Logistics Information System

        무역 전시회 참가 성과 측정지표 개발에 관한 연구

        In this study, the model for measuring exhibition performance of Korean companies consists of activities pertaining to the following: sales, information gathering, relationshipbuilding, image improvement and motivation. Using this configuration, we developed a basic measurement model relative to pre-marketing, on-trade show and post-show. It is in this context that this study presented the development of indicators for the measurement of sales and non-sales goals. The purpose of this study is to eliminate the difficulty of trade show performance measurement of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, the developed model, as compared to the existing method is quite, and so simple and can measure intuitively trade show performance. Nevertheless, the study has its limitations including the fact that it did not present the criteria that can determine the scores allocated points and levels in order to quantify the performance indicators. Secondly, the simplicity of the developed model is too simple for indicator items to measure the performance of non-sales goals. Because of such limitations continuous research is necessary in the future.

        무역전시회 국제화 전략에 관한 연구

        Trade Show’s internationalization and activation offer medium and small enterprises a new export opportunity. And induces domestic exhibition industry activation and makes activation of domestic demand, job creation and economical effect. This study proposed some for our country Trade Show’s internationalization. First, Must strengthen trade show’s marketplace function. Second, must improve trade show’s quality of service. Third, it is upbringing of brand exhibition. Must work that integrate too much that was similar trade show now and our country support Trade show’s insufficient foreign marketing capacity.

        무역전시회를 통한 수출계약체결 전략에 관한 연구

        In this study, I studied about the matters to be taken into account when exhibitors to enter into export contracts through trade show. Then, focused on providing the basic framework of strategy export contract. In Section II, I examined trade show about what the position, role and function as a market place. In III Chapter, was derived from the point of view of the sale purpose to the problems that are missed when the companies of our country took part in the trade show.
