사회적경제 소비경험에 미치는 영향요인 분석 : 생협과 로컬푸드마켓 이용여부를 중심으로

본 연구는 한국소비자원의 ‘2019 한국소비생활지표’를 활용하여 소비자책임 인식, 윤리적소비 실천행동, 소비자 참여의향을 소비자시민성으로 개념화하였다. 이에 따라, 소비생활과 관련된 사회적경제 조직으로서 생활협동조합과 로컬푸드마켓 이용여부에 미치는 요인으로 소비자시민성, 인구통계학적 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 소비자 교육이나 공적활동에 대한 소비자 참여의향이 높을수록 생협과 로컬푸드마켓 이용가능성이 높았다. 반면, 윤리적소비 실천행동수준은 비이용자가 높았으며, 소비자책임 인식은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 또한 남성보다는 여성이, 연령이 높을수록, 학력수준이 높을수록, 서울 및 수도권보다는 비수도권 기타도시에 거주하는 경우 생협과 로컬푸드마켓 이용가능성이 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통해 볼 때 사회적경제 조직은 소비자 교육 및 참여 활성화를 통해서 사회적경제와 소비자 간의 접점을 확대하고, 소비자시민으로서의 역량강화를 통해 지속가능한 생산-소비의 사회적 가치 확산을 위한 역할이 필요하다.

체중조절 프로그램이 입원한 정신질환자의 체중과 식이행동 통제 효능감에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study was designed to examine the effects of a weight control program on body weight and the sense of efficacy for control of dietary behavior in psychiatric inpatients. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was used. Data were collected from March 1 to September 30, 2007. Female mentally ill patients in closing psychiatry ward of H University Hospital participated in the study (16 persons in the experimental group and 13 in the control group). Results: The weight control program including diet therapy, exercise, education and behavior modification therapy decreased the rate of weight gain in female mentally ill patients taking atypical antipsychotics, and effectively increased a sense of efficacy for control of dietary behavior. Conclusion: Weight control program had a positive effect as a nursing intervention to decrease obesity and to increase the sense of efficacy for control of dietary behavior of psychiatric inpatients in psychiatric inpatients.

‘항암화학요법을 받은 폐암 환자의 예비 통합의학 임상경로’ 개발 및 타당도 평가

Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the validity of the preliminary critical pathway of integrative medicine to improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy. Methods: The vertical axis of the preliminary critical pathway of integrated medicine consisted of nine domains: assessment, treatment, activity, consult, diet, medication, Korean medical examination, education, and others. The frame of the horizontal axis was the date from hospitalization to discharge. A total of 105 items in this preliminary critical pathway were validated by an expert group from October 28, 2016 to November 4, 2016. A total of ten experts from two different medical institutions participated in the validity test, using the four-point Content Validity Index (CVI) scale. The items with validity of greater than 80% were considered as significant. Results: The analysis of the content validity of 105 items showed 102 items with greater than 80% agreement. Assessment, treatment, consult, diet, medication, and education showed 100% agreement. Only three items showed a low validity (62.5%). Based on additional comments, the preliminary critical pathway of integrative medicine has been supplemented. Conclusions: This study suggests the possibility of using the integrated medical critical pathway for patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy.

SERVQUAL을 이용한 US내 아시아 테마 레스토랑의 서비스 품질 측정

서비스 품질은 고객이 제공받는 서비스에 대한 만족도에 의해 결정되어지며 이 만족도는 고객의 기대(Expectation)와 인지(Perception)간의 차이에 의해 정해진다. 본 연구는 외식산업에 있어서 서비스품질과 관련된 이슈들 중 SERVQUAL을 이용하여 미국 내에 있는 Asian Theme Casual Restaurants를 대상으로 서비스 품질을 측정하였다. 연구결과 서비스에 대한 고객의 기대와 인지간의 갭(Gap)은 비교적 미미한 편이나, 서비스 품질의 만족도는 고객의 기대치에 미치지 못하고 있다는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 고객들은 SERVQUAL의 5가지 측정항목 중 신뢰성(Reliability)을 가장 중요시하는 요소로 평가하였으며, 반응성(Responsiveness), 유형성(Tangibles), 확실성(Assurance), 그리고 공감성(Empathy)이 그 뒤를 이어 중요하게 여기는 것으로 나타났다.

소비자 책임 인식이 구매단계의 지속가능 소비 행동에 미치는 영향: 소비자 공적 참여 경험의 조절효과

소비자는 지속할 수 있는 생산과 소비를 위한 경제활동의 핵심적 주체이다. 이에 본 연구는 소비자의 경제·사회·환경적 책임 인식, 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 소비자 신뢰가 구매단계의 지속가능 소비 행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 소비자 교육 및 공적영역의 활동 경험이 미치는 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 소비자의 경제·사회·환경적 책임 인식과 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 신뢰는 구매단계 지속가능 소비 행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 소비를 통한 사회·환경적 영향에 대한 책임을 높게 인식할수록 구매단계 지속가능 소비 행동에 미치는 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 소비자 교육 및 공적영역의 활동 경험은 구매단계 지속가능 소비 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 소비자의 사회·환경적 책임 인식과 상호작용을 통해 구매 행동을 강화하는 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 볼 때, 지속할 수 있는 소비 행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 기업의 사회적 책임 활동을 통해 소비자 신뢰를 높일 수 있는 외적 소비환경 조성이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 또한, 소비자 교육이나 공적 활동 참여를 통해 소비자역량을 강화하고 소비자 책임 의식을 높임으로써, 의식의 변화를 실천적인 행동으로 전환할 수 있는 실제적 방안들이 마련되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

사회적경제 참여에 미치는 사회적 자본의 효과: 도시와 농촌의 비교

This study examined the influence of the social economy as the paradigm of civic participation, in relation to the political sphere. The impact of social and political engagement and factors of general and institutional trust on engagement in social economic activities were reviewed, and how these relationships change depending on urban and rural areas. The results show that the types of civic engagement can increase the likelihood of social economic engagement, equally in both urban and rural areas. However, the impact of institutional trust on social economic engagement showed conflicting results depending on the regional conditions in urban and rural areas. In other words, in cities, the higher the level of institutional trust, the more negative the social economy engagement, while in rural areas, institutional trust had a positive effect on social economy engagement. 본 연구는 시민참여의 새로운 패러다임으로서 사회적경제의 영향력을 정치적 영역과의 관련성에서 살펴보았다. 사회적⋅비제도적 정치참여 유형과 일반적⋅제도 신뢰 요인이 사회적경제 활동 참여 여부에 미치는 영향을 검토하고, 이러한 관계가 도시와 농촌의 지역 특성에 따라서는 어떻게 변화하는지 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 개인의 사회적⋅비제도적 정치참여는 사회적경제 참여 가능성을 높이며 이는 도시와 농촌에서 동일하게 나타났다. 특히, 시위나 집회 참여, 탄원서 제출 등 비제도적 정치참여 유형에 비해 시민단체, 자원봉사 단체 등 교량형 결사체 참여 수준이 높을수록 사회적경제 참여에는 더욱 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나, 제도 신뢰가 사회적경제 참여에 미치는 영향은 도시와 농촌의 지역 조건에 따라 상반된 결과가 나타났다. 즉, 도시에서는 제도적 신뢰 수준이 높을수록 사회적경제 참여에는 부정적이지만, 농촌에서는 제도적 신뢰가 사회적경제 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 통해, 시민사회를 중심으로 하는 참여민주주의 위기의 추세에서 사회적경제를 중심으로 집합적 소셜임팩트를 강화하기 위한 실천적 의미를 모색하였다.

사회적 자본 유형이 사회적경제 참여에 미치는 영향 : 수도권 거주의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study compared the effect of “bonding” and “bridging” social capital classifications on social economic engagement and assessed the relationship between social capital type and social economy engagement considering other regional conditions. The results show that active members of the association of bonding, interest, and bridging, all had a positive effect on social economic engagement with the bridging associations were most likely to participate in the social economy. Bonding social capital based on a specific intimacy had a negative effect on social economy engagement. Finally, regional conditions strengthened the impact on social economic engagement through “particularized trust” and “bridging group” interaction.

점액성 선암종으로 폐의 쐐기절제술을 시행한 환자에 대한 한방치료 1례

The purpose of this study is to report and demonstrate the effect of Korean medical treatment on a wedge resection of a lung patient with mucinous adenocarcinoma. The patient was an 84-year-old female who was diagnosed with mucinous adenocarcinoma and underwent wedge resection. The patient was treated with acupuncture and herbal medicine (Banhahubak-tang and Gamiondam-tang). The EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire, Core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30), EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire, Lung Cancer 13 (EORTC QLQ-LC13), numeric rating scale (NRS), and the Global Assessment (G/A) were used to assess the changes in symptoms, including operation site pain and dyspnea. After treatment, the patient showed improvement in operation site pain and dyspnea, based on the NRS and G/A. However, dyspnea and pain were aggravated based on the EORTC QLQ-C30 and EORTC QLQ-LC13. Therefore, Korean medicine may have a substantial benefit for patients with mucinous adenocarcinoma after wedge resection of the lung.

소비생활복지 인식에 영향을 미치는 객관적·주관적 디지털 역량 및 관련 요인의 탐색

본 연구는 디지털 거래경험자를 대상으로 객관적 디지털 역량이 주관적 디지털 역량에 미치는 영향과주관적 디지털 역량의 매개를 통해 소비생활복지 인식에 기여하는 영향을 파악하였다. 이를 위해한국소비자원의 ‘2022 소비자역량지수(성인)’ 자료를 이용하여, 디지털 거래 경험이 있는 3,493명의데이터가 사용되었다. 연구 결과, 객관적 디지털 역량인 디지털 지식과 디지털 실천은 주관적 디지털 역량에 정적인 영향을미치며, 디지털 실천은 주관적 디지털 역량의 매개를 통해서 소비생활복지 인식 향상에 유의미한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 연령대별로 20대~50대는 60대 이상에 비해 소비생활복지 인식에부정적이었으나, 주관적 디지털 역량의 매개효과를 통해서 소비생활복지 인식이 향상되는 것을확인하였다. 그리고, 소비자 교육 및 소비자 문제 경험은 주관적 디지털 역량의 정적 간접효과를 통해소비생활복지 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 코로나 이후 더욱 급변하는 디지털 시장환경에 대한 소비자의 신뢰와 디지털거래역량을 높이기 위한 소비자 교육의 중요성과 소비생활복지 향상을 위한 정책 방안 마련의 필요성을 제시하였다. In modern society, consumption is an important area for judging the quality of a life. This study identified the impact of objective digital knowledge and practice of digital transaction on subjective digital competency. Furthermore, the direct and indirect effects of subjective digital competency on consumption life well-being awareness for those with digital consumption experience has been examined. Digital knowledge and practice, which are considered as objective digital competency, have a positive impact on subjective digital competency. The digital practice has a significant impact on improving awareness of consumption life well-being through the mediating effect of subjective digital competency. It has been found that those in their 20s to 50s by age group had a direct negative impact on consumption life well-being awareness compared to those in their 60s and older. But, it was confirmed that consumption life well-being awareness was improved through the mediating effect of subjective digital competency. In addition, consumer education and consumer problem experience were found to have a positive effect on consumption life well-being awareness through the indirect effect of subjective digital competency. The results suggest the importance of consumer education to increase consumer confidence and digital competency. During this time of accelerating changes in the digital market environment after COVID-19 and the need to prepare policy measures to improve consumption life well-being.
