메탈터치 이음부의 틈의 크기에 따른 응력전달 거동에 대한 연구

건물이 고층화되어 가면서 철골구조 사용이 빈번해지고 있으며 철골구조물의 큰 축력을 받는 기둥에 있어서 이음부 설계가 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 한편, 미국 AISC 기준에서는 기둥이음에서 지압내력으로 모든 압축축력을 전달할 수도 있으나, 우리나라 기준에서는 소요압축축력의 1/4만을 접촉면에 의해 직접전달 시킬 수 있다고 제한함에 따라 메탈터치를 활용한 기둥이음에 대한 새로운 방법의 개발이 제한되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 볼트, 용접 체결된 실험체에 이음부 틈의 크기를 매개변수로 하는 실험체의 응력전달체계를 규명하고, 메탈터치 정도에 따른 철골기둥 이음부의 압축축력전달 메카니즘을 검증한다. 또한 해석과 실험을 통하여 틈의 크기에 따른 거동 양상을 파악하여 메탈터치에 의한 이음부에서의 응력전달체계에 대한 확인과 이론적 기초를 제시하고자 한다. As buildings become more high-rise and lightweight in recent years, steel has been utilized more frequently. Based on the American AISC standard, all axial loads could be carried through a bearing load in a column splice, but according to Korean codes, the bearing load has constrained the stress that could be carried by only 25% of all axial loads. Thus, new column splice methods that use metal touch have been examined. In this study, the stress path mechanism, as an intermediation parameter in the gap's magnitude, must be determined. Similarly, the behavioral aspect of the metal touch connection must be sought after comparing and analyzing the results of the test.
율동하중을 받는 구조물의 동하중계수에 관한 실험적 연구

The modern structures are being built using high-strength and light-weight construction materials, resulting in decreased structural mass and damping properties. Rhythmic activities such as jumping, dancing and clapping during lively concerts can produce excessive vibration of structures. Generally the design process of rhythmic activities follows NBC or AISC, but each standards have some restrictions. Dynamic load factors for jumping were not suited in case that many participants stand densely and dynamic load factors for lively concerts were not sufficient on current tendency. Therefore, the tests were made to use force platform to consider the change of dynamic load factor according to the number of participants and the density of participant. The dynamic loads were measured directly from the dynamic force transducer and dynamic load factors were analyzed by Fast Fourier Transform. The tests were made 474 times and used the regression analysis. As a result, the dynamic load factor reduction formula was leaded according to the sort of rhythmic activities and the density of participants.
강선과 강재판을 이용하는 구조물 횡변위 제어법의 효과에 관한 연구

This paper introduces a tendon method of structure using cable tensile forces and steel plate increased the strength and stiffness of the tendon structure. For knowing the control effectiveness this paper performed structural analysis according to different stiffness of the steel plate and different tension of cable, and consequently the tendon method using the cable and steel plate can effectively control lateral drift. So based on analyzed results the suggested tendon method is good for repair and reinforcement work of the existing structures or new construction without gaining the weight of the structure.
분절형 PC공법을 적용한 미진동 시설 대경간 바닥구조시스템의 동특성에 관한 실험적 연구

This study has been begun to find solutions of design with long span in the micro vibration facility using a PC system with a span over 17m. Previous studies suggested segmented PC beam system for the long span floor and structural performance of PC beam-column joint. The purpose of this study was to analyze dynamic characteristics of long-span floor system applying segmented PC method. For this study, 1/2 scale mock-up was made using similitude law and experimental mode analysis were conducted.
