In this thesis, I made it clear the aesthetic form and the meaning of Choongsindam(忠臣譚) which was written in Yadamjib(野談集) of Chosun dynasty, such as <Euwooyadam (於于野譚)><Gyuysuyadam(溪西野譚)><Chunguyadam(請丘野談)>, and <Dongyawhyjib(東野彙輯)>. The way of developing narrative contents in Choongsindam goes to 4 ways. The means of realizing loyalty is presented by dealing with the national emergency situation, serving no more than one king, pleading with his master from loyal motive, and working out duty honestly. Each of the way causes different narrative developing style. By defining the author's narrative attitude, we can recognize the narrative principle and prepare the basis to figure out the meaning of Choongsindam. The narrative attitude may differ from as each of Yadamjib and These differences may be appeared by different positive ways and negative ways. In these research materials, first of all, the author intends to pay tribute to and enhance the loyal person so that people may have more loyal mind. One of the fact that we should pay special attention to is that productive discussion is made between Choongsindam. Through this kind of discussion, People explore the desirable loyal way. The fact that many research materials show us the progressive and the open view toward loyalty is very encouraging. There is also important limitations of loyal action. It is that people have less interest in actual profit of loyal act than in moral obligations of loyal spirit. And Choongsindam also show us that the nature of Confucion ideas which compose the loyal act are distorted. Finally, the result of this argument may instruct us who live in this democratic country and influence today's literature. Furthermore, we should make further argument about figuring out the total character of Choongsindam which is written in other Yadamjib. Choongsindam is a important topic which composes a flow in many literary genre. Therefore, this argument may be one of the basic work that could prove a important literal state in the history of Korean literature.

This study observes in exorcism by device of memory formation and memory fighting about historic event of Jeju publics. To preserve historic memory about the 4‧3, Jeju publics mobilized popular device of exorcism, exorcism was very usual and effective device forming resistance discourse opposing in the country. This daily resistance culture succeeded to show the Country violence that is done to the Jeju people. It formed active resistance discourse from cynical reaction by political change. This study is interested how exorcism was concerned in memory of 4‧3. Also, is interested how unfolded memory fighting for memory of the country.

The role of laws and governmental institutions has been important in establishing and operating the human rights protection system in Korean society. Since 2012, the systematization of human rights guarantee is actively progressing. In this paper, the current status of human rights guarantee systematization at the local government level is reviewed with a focus on the Jeju case, and the direction of human rights localization was suggested. Jeju enacted the ‘Human Rights Ordinance’ in 2015, established a human rights team as an exclusive human rights organization, and established the first (2018-2020) and second (2021-2023) ‘Basic Human Rights Plan’. As results of these, it is confirmed that Jeju is preparing systems for guaranteeing the human rights of local people, such as conducting an ex post human rights impact assessment, although only autonomous laws and regulations have been targeted. Nevertheless, in the case of Jeju, the formal systematization of human rights still remains, so it is necessary to make efforts to systematize human rights substantively. Given that the situation of human rights violations and human rights issues appear in different ways in different societies at different times, it is necessary to systematize human rights guarantees to reflect the characteristics of Jeju. 한국사회의 인권보장 제도화와 그 운영에는 법률과 국가기구의 역할이 매우 중요하였 다. 2012년 국가인권위원회가 각 지방자치단체에 대해 ‘인권조례’ 제정을 권고하면서 지역 차원에서 인권을 인식하고 실현하려는 인권보장 제도화가 활발하게 진행되었다. 이러한 전국적인 흐름을 배경으로 제주는 ‘평화와 인권의 섬’을 비전으로 한 인권도시 구현을 위한 노력을 본격화해왔다. 이 논문에서는 제주 사례를 중심으로 지방자치단체 인권보장 제도화의 현황을 살펴봄으로써 인권 지역화의 방향을 모색해보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 제주는 2015년 ‘인권조례’를 제정하고, 인권전담기구로 인권팀을 설치하는가 하면, 제1차 (2018∼2020)와 제2차(2021∼2023) ‘인권 기본계획’을 수립하였으며, 자치법규만을 대상으로 한 것이지만 사후 인권영향평가를 실시하는 등 지역민의 인권보장을 위한 제도들을 마련해나가고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 인권의 형식적 제도화에 머물러 있어, 실질적 제도화 노력이 요구된다. 인권 이슈는 사회마다 시기마다 다른 양상으로 나타난다고 할 때, 제주 특성이 반영된 인권보장 제도화와 인권보장체제 구축이 필요하다.
