        세계화와 지식기반경제시대에서의 경제교육 담당교사들의 경제인식 능력 및 경제의식 조사 연구

        세계화와 지식기반경제 사회에서 요구되는 시민을 육성하기 위해서는 실질적인 경제교육의 주체라 할 수 있는 경제교육 담당교사들에 대한 객관적이고 실증적인 조사가 무엇보다 먼저 이루어져야 한다고 본다. 이러한 필요성을 인식하여 본 연구는 현행 학교교육에서 경제교육 담당교사들에 대한 경제인식 능력과 경제의식을 파악하여 교사들의 세계화와 지식기반경제시대에 대한 현 좌표를 살펴보고, 교사훈련기관인 사범대학이나 교육대학의 교육과정과 교사교육 연수프로그램에 있어서의 개선점에 대한 시사점을 찾아 세계화와 지식기반경제시대에서 요구되는 바람직한 경제교육의 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 경제교육 담당교사들의 경제인식 능력 및 경제의식에 대한 조사는 네 가지 영역, 즉 '대학시절과 연수과정에서 이수한 경제관련 과목에 대한 내용', '세계화와 지식기반사회에서의 우리 경제현안에 관련된 내용', '지식기반사회에서의 정보소양 능력에 관련된 내용', 그리고 '세계화시대에서의 경제소양에 관련된 내용'으로 이루어졌고, 이 네 가지 영역에 대한 조사는 전국 초 · 중 · 고등학교 경제교육 담당교사를 대상으로 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 연구조사를 통해 얻어진 결론은 우선 직전교육을 담당하는 대학의 교육과정뿐 아니라 교사들에게 새로운 경제 환경을 올바르게 인식할 수 있도록 미리 대비시키는 연수과정이 매우 불충분 한 것 같다. The purpose of this study intends to understand the economic recognition and awareness of economic teachers in the present school education field, to inspect the present aspects of the age of globalization and knowledge-based economy, to seek the suggestion of the improvements in the curriculum and training program of the institute of teacher training, and to explore the direction of the good economic education to be demanded at the age of globalization and knowledge-based economy. To achieve the purpose of this study, the survey of the economic recognition and awareness of economic teachers was implemented through the four areas, that is, the content of the economic curriculum to complete in the college course and training program, the content of the outstanding questions of our economy at the age of globalization and knowledge-based economy, the content of information literacy at the age of knowledge-based society, and the content of economy literacy at the age of globalization. These four areas was investigated through survey as the subjects of the economic teachers of elementary, middle, and high school.

        아모스서의 창조 신학과 심판 신학: 송영을 중심으로

        The prophecies of indictment and judgment against Israel in Amos have been inclined to be premised only on breach and breaking of the Sinaitic covenant. However, there is found in Amos not only covenant theology but also creation theology as the grounds of punishment. This article investigates a relationship between creation and judgment focusing on the content of three hymns to the Creator(Amo 4:13; 5:8-9; 9:5-6) and development of the adjacent context. This study explored synchronically the creation-judgment theological meaning and the literary function served by the doxologies in the final book of Amos. Three doxologies begin with the praise to the creator. And yet the doxologies were developing in the way that the creator’s decreative activity, which was presented the God’s main work in these doxologies, was stressed and praised accompanied by the name of YHWH God of Hosts. The common message of three is the reversed creation of the almighty creator, a judgment through disorder and destruction that reverses the world He himself created. By declaring that YHWH is the Creator, the doxologies added creation theology to Amos and judged Israel’s Baalistic worship or syncretic religion. The doxologies supported, strengthened, and confirmed the preceding prophetic oracles through Juxtaposition of creation and decreation motifs which depict the creator's omnipotent power and sovereignty of universe scale. The doxologies convey the definite message of judgment through manifestation of reversed natural order. Reversed cosmic order in hymns also denounced northern society analogically for reversing the justice expressed in the created order(Am 6:12). And in respect to literature, all three doxologies were inseparably conjuncted with the context structurally and rhetorically. So they performed a function of the climax which highlight the creator’s judgment declaration in the discourse unit to which the hymn belonged, or a role of the closing song that concludes the unit. The peculiarity of creation theology presented in the doxologies of Amos is not a previous creational concept of struggle with chaos(Chaoskampf). Insead, Amos utilized the negative aspect of the Creator, destruction and chaos(cf. Ge 6:7, 13; Isa 45:7), so as to communicate and emphasize the message of judgment. The book of Amos justified YHWH’s Irreversible final punishment by condemning northern Israel doubly by means of juxtaposition of covenant theology and creation theology.

        원유에서 분리한 Lactobacillus plantarum M23의 Tyrosinase 활성 저해 및 생리적 특성조사

        본 연구는 국내 각 지역의 목장에서 수거한 원유에서 분리된 젖산균 M23 균주에 대해 tyrosinase 활성 저해율을 측정한 결과, mushroom에서 추출한 tyrosinase에서는 52.1%, Melanoma B16에서 추출한 tyrosinase에서는 32.0%로 나타났으며, 활성 저해율이 다른 상업균주와 시중 발효유에 비해 높게 나타남에 따라 tyrosinase 활성 저해효과가 우수한 균주로 선발하였다. 선정된 균은 Gram 양성, rod형태의 homo균이며, 당 발효실험과 16S rRNA 분석결과 Lactobacillus plantarum으로 판명되었고, L. plantarum M23으로 명명하였다. 발효유에 적합한 starter인지 확인하기 위해 생리적 특성을 조사하였다. L. plantarum M23은 배양온도 $40^{\circ}C$에서 빠른 생장을 보였고, pH 4.3에 도달하는데 17시간이 소요되었다. 16종의 항생제 중 vancomycin에 대해 내성이 높았으며, 효소활성실험에서 leucine arylamidase, ${\beta}-galactosidase$의 활성도가 높았다. 담즙 첨가시 약간의 영향을 받았으나 담즙에 대한 내성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, pH 내성 실험결과 pH 2에서 큰 변화가 없음에 따라 내산성이 있었다. 항균력 시험에서는 E. coli에 대해 77.8%, S. typhimurium와 S. aureus에 대해 각각 86.5%, 83.8%의 억제력이 나타나 항균력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 멜라닌 억제능이 우수한 기능성 발효유 제품의 스타터로 L. plantarum M23은 적합하다고 할 수 있다. In order to develop a new starter for fermented milk, Lactobacillus plantarum M23 was isolated from raw milk and investigated for physiological characteristics. It showed good tyrosinase inhibitory activity compared with commercial lactic acid bacteria. The optimum growth temperature of Lactobacillus plantarum M23 was $40^{\circ}C$ and cultures took 17 hr to reach pH 4.3. Lactobacillus plantarum M23 showed more sensitivity to Penicillin-G, Oxacillin, Novobiocin, Chloramphenicol in a comparison of 12 different antibiotics, and showed most resistance to Vancomycin. It showed higher leucine arylamidase and ${\beta}-galactosidase$ activities compared to 16 other enzymes. It was comparatively tolerant to bile juice and able to survive at pH 2 for 3 hours. It showed high resistance to Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus with rates of 77.8%, 86.5% and 83.8%, respectively. Based on these and previous results, Lactobacillus plantarum M23 could be an excellent starter culture for fermented milk with high resistance to melanin.

        A literature review on the effects of early educational experiences on child development : Issues and challenges

        Theories and evidence contend that early childhood is a critical period in making investments to yield effective educational outcomes. However, early education effectiveness as to preschool-aged children’s cognitive and non-cognitive development are mixed across studies. Correspondingly, in reaction to the growing trend in the importance of early childhood education, particularly in preschool levels, the United States as well as societies across the world demand findings of its inherent issues and challenges by reviewing present early education programs in respect of children’s development. This study focused on addressing what issues and challenges are in evaluating the effects of early education and the evidence supporting few unqualified conclusions. First, we found that there are some variations in the impacts of early education on children’s development throughout studies. Second, while some studies support the evidence of early education short-term effectiveness regarding children’s development, there are few studies about long-term effects. Lastly, methodological challenges about the way early education programs have been designed and implemented were identified across studies. Hence, this paper highlights the discussion to move forward stabling and appropriate ways to explore the impacts of early learning experiences on child development. Furthermore, implications for future studies are discussed.
