심전도 분석을 통한 백색 LED광에 대한 니그로 (Cichlasomanigrofasciatum)의 시각역치

This study was conducted to investigate visual threshold of nigro (Cichlasoma nigrofasciatum) on white LED light. The visual threshold was obtained by analyzing electrocardiogram (ECG) of the nigro. 5 individuals (body weight: 15.62~45.49 g; TL: 8.9~12.4 cm) were trained for lights by an electric stimulus. And then the heart rate (beats/10s) before and after switching on the light were compared. Light intensity range was from 0.00 to 226.4 lux. Average heart rate was 10.36 beats/10s in the normal condition. When the fish perceived the light, the heart rate was decreased. Visual threshold of the fish was 2.59 lux.

아산호와 충주호의 삼각망에서 채집된 어류 종 조성 및 강준치 (Erythroculter erythropterus) 개체군의 전장-체중 관계 분석

아산호와 충주호에서 2021년 6~9월 사이에 삼각망에서 채집된 어류의 종 조성과 강준치 (Erythroculter erythropterus) 개체군의 전장 - 체중 상관관계를 조사하였다. 조사기간 동안 아산호에서는 6과 13종 4,977개체, 충주호에서는 8과 18종 2,436개체가 채집되었다. 아산호의 우점종은 생체량 및 개체수에서 모두 강준치로 각각 498,424 g (84.5%), 4,470 (89.8%)이었으며, 충주호의 우점종 또한 강준치로, 생체량 301,818 g (77.5%), 개체수 1,327 (54.5%)이었다. 우점종인 강준치의 전장분포도 분석을 통해 연령구조를 추정하였으며, 아산호에서는 만 1~2년생의 출현 비율이 높아 개체군의 성장 가능성이 크고, 충주호에서는 만 2년생 이상의 고 연령군의 출현이 대부분을 차지하여 비교적 개체군의 성장이 억제될 것으로 사료된다. 강준치 개체군의 전장-체중 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 아산호와 충주호에서의 b 값은 각각 3.06, 3.04, 비만도 (K) 기울기 값은 각각 0.000128, 0.000051로 모두 양의 생육상태를 보였다. 조사시기별 비만도 기울기 값은, 6월이 가장 높았고 산란으로 인해 7월에는 낮아졌으며 9월까지도 영양 상태를 회복되지 못하고 음의 기울기가 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the species composition collected by fyke net and characteristics of the Erythroculter erythropterus population in the Asan Lake and Chungju Lake from June to September, 2021. The collected fish in Asan lake were identified as 4,977 individuals of 13 species from a total of six families and in Chungju lake were identified as 2,436 individuals of 18 species from a total of eight families. The dominant species in Asan lake, both the individuals and biomass were E. erythropterus with 4,470 (89.8%) and 498,424g (84.5%). The dominant species in Chungju lake, both the individuals and biomass were E. erythropterus with 1,327 (54.5%) and 301,818 g (77.5%). The results of the community analysis showed that a dominant index value of Asan lake was 0.93, higher than 0.71 of Chungju lake, and a diversity, evenness, and richness index value of Chungju lake were higher than of Asan lake. The frequency distribution of the total length analysis of the E. erythropterus population showed the appearance rate of 1~2 year olds was high in Asan lake, and the appearance rate of more than 2 years old were high in Chungju lake. The length-weight analysis of E. erythropterus in Asan Lake and Chungju Lake showed a regression coefficient b of 3.06 and 3.04, a condition factor (K) of 0.000128 and 0.000051 with a positive slope. This study could be served as baseline data for assessing habitat characteristics based on the species composition of fishes, and identifying health conditions of E. erythropterus in Asan Lake and Chungju Lake, artificial lakes.

LED 광원에 대한 암순응시 볼락 (Sebastes inermis)의 시각 스펙트럼 민감도

The characteristics of aquatic light fields are generally reflected in the visual systems of fishes inhabiting them. Therefore, research on light sensitivity of fish is useful to explain the correlation between the visual function and habitat, behavior and distribution of fish. Rockfish is an important species in coastal ecology and also one of the main species for culturing in Korea. To make a contribution on the maintenance of the fish resources and understanding the ecology of the rockfish, the visual spectral sensitivities of the dark-adapted rockfishes were measured in the range of visible light (405~660 nm) using a light source of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In order to assess electrophysiological response of the fish, the ERGs (electroretinograms) of the dark-adapted rockfishes were recorded on a data logger (12 bits) and a laptop computer. Juvenile (n=5; weight: 20.3±5.2 g; total length: 10.3±0.7 cm) and adult (n=5; weight: 87.8±21.8 g; total length: 18.1±1.3 cm) rockfishes were used in experiment. The visual threshold of juvenile and adult rockfish were 11.66 (log quanta/cm²/s) and 11.81 (log quanta/cm²/s) in 574 nm, respectively. The peak wavelength of the spectral sensitivity in the dark-adapted juvenile and adult rockfish was commonly 551 nm (series of green color). Collectively, these results demonstrate that the rockfish has suitable visual capabilities for inhabiting coastal water in Korea.

백부근(百部根) 약침(藥鍼)의 천식억제(喘息抑制) 및 면역조절효과에 대한 실험적 연구

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of SR-HA(Stemonae Radix-herbal acupuncture) at Joksamni(ST36) on ovalbumin-induced asthma in mice. C57BL/6 mice were sensitized and challenged with OVA(ovalbumin) for 12 weeks(once a week). One of the two experimental groups was just treated with needle-prick on Joksamni(ST36) and the other group was treated with 1% concentrations of SR-HA at Joksamni(ST36) for the later 8 weeks (3times/week). The weight of lung of the mice group treated with SR-HA decreased significantly compared with those of control group, and significantly increased compared with those of normal group. The total cells of lung of the mice group treated with SR-HA decreased significantly compared with those of control group. Total leukocytes and eosinophils in BALF of the mice group treated wtih SR-HA decreased significantly compared with those of control group. Eosinophils in BALF of the mice group treated wtih SR-HA in Photomicrographs decreased significantly compared with those of control group. According to histological analysis of lung sections, adhesion of collagen in SR-HA decreased significantly compared with that of control group. The concentration of IgE, IL-4, IL-5 in BALF of the mice group treated with SR-HA decreased significantly compared with that of control group, and significantly increased compared with those of normal group. The concentration of IL-4, IL-5, IL-13 in serum of the mice group treated with SR-HA decreased significantly compared with that of control group, and significantly increased compared with those of normal group. The number of Gr-1+/CDl1b+, CO3-/CCR3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD3e+/CD69+ cells in the lungs of the mice group treated with SR-HA decreased significantly compared with those of control group. These results suggest that Stemonae Radix Herbal-acupuncture at Joksamni(ST36) in 057B146mice may be an effective part to OVA-induced asthma in C57BL/6 mice.

우리나라 수치지도의 저작권 적용방안에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 전자지도 시장의 질서를 바로 잡고 시장을 활성화시켜 일반국민들에게 보다 나은 지도서비스가 이루어지도록 하기 위해 다양한 지도가격정책 중 저작권적용을 중심으로 한 구체적인 접근방법을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 현행 우리나라의 저작권법과 외국의 수치지도 저작권 보호 실태를 분석하고, 저작권방식의 적용가능성을 조사하고, 우리나라 지도시장에 미칠 영향을 분석하였으며, 그 최종 방안으로 측량법과 국가지리정보체계의 구축 및 활용에 관한 법률(NGIS법)에 적용하기 위한 개정방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 수치지도를 저작권법으로 보호하기 위해서는 데이터베이스 제작자의 권리로 보호하는 것이 합당하며, 저작권의 개념을 측량관련법령에 적극 도입하고, 지도품질 개선 및 제반관리를 위해 신탁기구설치의 고려가 필요하다고 판단되었다. The purpose of this study is to suggest concrete approaches of copyright application among various map price policies to establish the system of a digital map market, to revitalize its market, and to give the public better map services. To do this, we analyzed copyright law in Korea and the copyright protection of digital map in foreign countries firstly, investigated the applicability of copyright to the map market in Korea, analyzed the effect on this market, and suggested an direction of the revision for the Surveying law and the National Geographic Information (NGlS) law lastly. We drew several conclusions. Firstly, the protection of the rights of database makers is the best approach to protect digital maps in korea. Secondly, we need to adopt copyright to the Surveying law and the National Geographic Information Systems (NGlS) law. Lastly, establishing a copyright trust organization to improve the quality of digital maps and to manage various affairs is needed.

수학사의 방법론
