        발 반사마사지가 중년 여성의 스트레스 완화에 미치는 영향

        Middle-aged women, who have to bear with many chages and trobles physically, socially as mentally, experience various kinds of physical and mental stress and fatigue from extremely competitive society thus we can find significant decline in their mobility and organic ability. This study aimed to promote foot reflexology massage by examining and proving the effect of stress decrease in korean middle-aged women. The SPSS ver 15.0 was used to analyse the data and paired t-test were used to verify the results. The subjects of this study included 20 korean middle-aged women who underwent foot reflex massage one day per week(30 minutes per session) over ten weeks period. After foot reflex massage, the total score of physical stress significantly decreased(p<0.05). But, there was no change in the total score of psychical stress. Based on the results, foot reflexology massage had positive effect on stress in korean middle-aged women. 발 반사마사지는 발에 나타나 있는 반사부위를 규칙적으로 마사지하거나 지압을 함으로써 내부기관을 자극하여 신체의 자연적인 균형을 유지시키는 과학적 조작으로, 질병의 예방과 자연치유를 위한 중재법으로 여러 분야에서 연구되어졌다. 본 연구는 사회적·신체적 스트레스가 심한 중년 여성을 대상으로 발 반사마사지를 실시하여 스트레스 감소에 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 조사하였다. 설문을 통한 스트레스 지수가 높은 40~60세 여성 20명을 선정하여 발 반사마사지를 실시하였으며, 마사지 전과 후 설문을 통하여 신체적·정신적 스트레스를 점수화하였다. 실험 결과 발 반사마사지 전과 후의 신체적 스트레스 총 점수는 유의하게 감소하였으나(p<0.05), 정신적 스트레스 총 점수는 유의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 또한, 발 반사마사지의 만족도를 조사한 결과 매우 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 이와 같이 중년 여성에 있어 발 반사마사지의 실시는 스트레스 감소를 위한 효과적인 방법으로 생각되며, 점점 늘어나는 여성의 일생을 건강하게 지키기 위한 방법으로써 더욱 많은 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        스톤테라피를 이용한 등・발마사지가 20대 여성의 월경통 완화에 미치는 효과

        This research aims at surveying satisfaction for relieving menstrual pain of back and foot massage by using stone therapy on Korean women in their 20s. The control and the experimental groups had 10 participants each and the stone therapy was applied to the latter during 8 weeks (twice a week). The results of this research were analyzed by the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) WIN 17.0 program, the frequencies and the percentage were calculated to investigate demographics features of the participants, the frequency analysis was performed to understand knowledge on menstruation, menstrual pain, back and foot massages and the descriptive statistics analysis was implemented to investigate symptoms during menstruation. Also, the t-test was performed to compare before and after the back and foot massage and find out satisfaction. It was shown that the back and foot massage using the stone therapy were effective in relieving menstrual pains for women in their 20s.

        스톤테라피를 이용한 중년여성의 복부비만관리 효과

        Stone therapy is one of the natural therapies using the principle of 'homeostasis' of the human body. The study was conducted to investigate scientific ground of stone therapy which serves to improve abdominal obesity in middle-aged women. A total of ten middle-aged women(over BMI 25) were included in this study. The stone therapy was provided with 16 times during 8 weeks(2 times/week). Anthropometric(weight, BMI, body fat percent, body fat, lean body mass, WHR, waist circumference) and biochemical(fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, C-reactive protein) assessments were undertaken at baseline and after 8weeks. After completing the stone therapy , weight(p<0.01), BMI(p<0.01), body fat percent(p<0.01), body fat(p<0.01), WHR(p<0.05), waist circumference(p<0.01) was significantly decreased. Also, a significant decrease in total cholesterol(p<0.01), triglyceride(p<0.01) and C-reactive protein(p<0.05). These favorable results indicate that stone therapy have contributed to a beneficial change in anthropometry and biochemical index for management to abdominal obesity. We suggest more and deeper study are necessary to ensure systematic management program using stone therapy for abdominal obesity. 본 연구는 복부비만인 중년여성에게 스톤테라피를 적용하여 복부비만 개선에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 새로운 중재 방법으로의 활용을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 BMI가 25이상인 중년 여성 10명을 선정하여 스톤테라피를 이용한 복부비만관리를 하였다. 8주 동안 총 16회의 스톤테라피 실시 후 체중은 70.18±11.07kg에서 66.79±9.90kg으로 약 3.5kg가량 감소하였으며, 체지방량도 24.81±6.06kg에서 23.28±6.19kg으로 감소하였다. 체지방률 또한 35.14±3.30%에서 32.11±4.28%로 감소하였으나 제지방량과 근육량에서는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 혈중 총 콜레스테롤, 중성지방, CRP의 유의적인 감소가 있었는데, 총 콜레스테롤은 실시 전 201.56±21.47mg/dl, 실시 후 175.33±26.92mg/dl로 유의하게 감소하였다. 또한 중성지방 역시 160.56±43.61mg/dl에서 123.67±33.20mg/dl로 감소하였으며, CRP는 0.05±0.07mg/dl에서 0.02±0.03mg/dl로 감소하였다. 공복혈당은 약간 감소하는 경향이었으나 큰 차이는 없었다. 결론적으로 스톤테라피를 이용한 복부비만관리가 중년여성의 복부비만에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        패스트푸드 광고 인식과 광고 매체가 새내기여대생의 섭식 장애에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to compare fast food advertising perception, product perception and eating disorders depending on media of advertisement in 450 female freshmen in seven universities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do Province, Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do Province between March and May 2018. In the results, 78.9% of the total subjects watched advertisement on smartphone and their consumption expenditures was lower and the proportion of living with their parents was higher than the subjects who watched advertisement on television (p<0.05). In the factorial analysis to compare motivation for watching advertisement, three factors were extracted including 'spending leisure time' to kill time or relax, 'collecting product information' to compare products and get information, and 'enjoying advertisement itself' to enjoy phrases or expression of advertisement. In the comparison of factors of motivation for watching advertisement, a factor score of 'collecting information' was significantly higher in the smartphone watching group than in the television watching group (p<0.05). Depending on media of advertisement, fast food advertising perception was positive (p<0.05), and likability (p<0.05) and positiveness (p<0.001) on fast food product were also significantly higher in the smartphone watching group. In the comparison of body image and body satisfaction, there was no significant difference in body image between the television watching group and the smartphone watching group, while body satisfaction was significantly lower in the smartphone watching group (p<0.05). The eating disorders score (EAT-26) of the smartphone watching group was significantly higher (p<0.05), but the eating disorders proportion of the television watching group (84.3%) and the smartphone watching group (85.4%) was not significantly different. In the analysis result of factors affecting a eating disorders score, the score was higher when the subjects watched advertisement for spending leisure time, and when the subjects thought positively about fast food advertising (p<0.05).

        추나마사지와 스웨디시 마사지가 중년여성의 복부비만관리에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Chuna and Swedish massage on abdominal obesity in Korean middle-aged women. The subjects of this study included 20 middle-aged women were assigned to either the Chuna group(CG; n=10) or Swedish group(SG; n=10). As for the method of experiment, two groups were received total 16 sessions of treatment(20 minutes of hot pack and 20 minutes of chuna or swedish massage/ per treatment) for eight weeks(twice weekly). Anthropometry(weight, BMI, waist circumference, waist/hip ratio) and fat degree(%) were assessed 0 week and 8 weeks. After a massage of 8 weeks, a significant decrease in weight, waist/hip ratio, fat degree, BMI, waist circumference were found for CG(p<0.01) and SG(p<0.01). As for the difference of weight, waist/hip ratio, fat degree, BMI and waist circumference, CG experienced its significant reduction comparing to SG. In conclusion, Chuna and Swedish massages are significantly effective in improving on abdominal obesity in middle-aged women. Therefore, Chuna massage seems to be a new intervention strategy for middle-aged women's abdominal obesity. 사회경제적 여건의 향상과 신체활동량의 감소, 식생활의 서구화 등으로 비만의 발생률이 높아지며 특히, 성인여성의 복부비만이 크게 대두되고 있다. 중년 여성의 복부비만은 복부에 지방이 뭉쳐 탄력이 저하되어 피부가 아래로 쳐지고, 셀룰라이트가 생성으로 내장지방의 축척이 심화되어 당뇨병, 심혈관질환의 위험을 증가시키므로 이에 본 연구는 추나마사지와 스웨디시 마사지가 중년여성의 복부비만에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 35세에서 45세 중년 여성 20명을 대상으로 2010년 1월 4일부터 2010년 2월 28일까지, 8주간 추나마사지와 스웨디시 마사지를 실시하였다. 복부마사지를 위해 실험군과 대조군으로 나누어 실험을 하였으며, 실험군과 대조군, 동일하게 사용한 슬리밍 핫 젤은 도포 후 일정시간이 지나면 흡수가 되면서 지방분해를 도와주며, 슬리밍오일을 이용한 마사지시 복부지방 분해를 돕는 역할을 해준다. 실험군은 슬리밍 핫 젤을 도포 후, 온찜질 20분, 슬리밍 오일을 도포하여 추나마사지를 시행하였다. 대조군은 슬리밍 핫 젤을 도포 후, 온찜질 20분, 슬리밍오일을 도포하여 스웨디시 마사지를 시행하였다. 관리는 주 2회 8주 동안 총 16회를 실시하였고, 관리전과 매 관리시 체중, 복부둘레, BMI를 측정하였다. 실험 결과, 추나마사지가 스웨디시 마사지보다 체중, 복부둘레, BMI 감소에 효과적임을 입증하였다.

        발 반사요법이 중년여성의 체온과 말초혈액순환에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was to examine the effect of foot reflexology massage on the body temperature and peripheral circulation in Middle-aged women. Methods: A non equivalent control group pre-post test design was used. Participates women aged between 40 and 58 living in Busan city, 9 in the experimental group and 5 in the control group. Date was conducted from January 25, 2011 to March 27, 2011. Standard foot massage was performed for control and experimental group, after then foot reflexology massage was performed for experimental group only twice a week for 8 weeks for 25 min. at each session. The data was processed using the SPSS Win 12.0 program for chi-square test, independent t-test and paired t-test. Results: After foot reflexology massage in experimental group, Before- After change of temperature was proven in every department. Left-Right Change of temperature was proven in the abdomen of every department. The capillary condition was improved, but there would be proven only differential pulse wave index and blood vessel tension. Hemadsorption and the number of somatides in the blood became better then pretest, but there ware partially improved. Conclusion: The foot massage is extremely useful in rising temperature of circulation. Also, temperature balance between left and right, capillary condition and condition of blood vessel are partially improved.

        돈피 추출 콜라겐 보충 식이가 중년 여성의 혈중 콜라겐, 성호르몬, 지질대사 및 피부 갈라짐에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to examine if the effects of collagen supplementation from pork skin could improve the sex steroid hormone, serum lipid and skin crack in Korean middle-aged women. Middle-aged women (40-55 years) who were not diagnosed with any type of disease were included in this study and thirty subjects were randomly assigned to a control group (n=15) or a collagen supplemented group (n=15). The collagen supplemented group ingested collagen flour 2 g, 3 times a day for 12 weeks. We measured serum collagen, estrogen, estradiol, estriol, progesterone, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol concentration. The collagen supplementation group had significantly increased serum collagen (p<0.05) compared with the control group. In addition, skin crack was improved. But, there were no differences for sex steroid hormone and lipid profile in control and collagen supplemented groups. The result of the present study demonstrated that supplementation of 6 g collagen per day for 12 weeks can give beneficial effects on skin crack reduction and serum collagen concentration.
