      • 구기종목 선수를 위한 플라이오메트릭 훈련 프로그램 모형 개발

        plyometric training may be viewed as an extension of the explosive power method of strength training muscle for athletic performance recommended by Russian scientists. This kind of training suggests that jumping strength that can be properly constructed by trying to mode strength training as closely as possible to the function that was to be improved. The training method for explosive power or explosive-reactive power consists mainly of rebound jumps from a height to develop the athlete's reactive neuromuscular apparatus. The aim of this paper is to present for players with ball-playing, some basic but specific plyometric exercises and training program can easily be undertaken during training sessions. Most of players with ball-playing sports need to get strong powerful legs for jumping, sprinting, and quick turning activities, and the exercises presented here will help players players achives greater leg power and thus help enhance their performance. In order to be safe and effective for plyometric training, I must follow certain training guidelines. 1) principle of specificity 2) proper fitness foundation 3) good warm-up 4) high intensity training 5) optimal number of repetition per set 6) progressive overload 7) adequate rest 8) individualization of the program 9) maximal force in minimal time 10) safety The program has been altered approximately every 4 weeks by terminating basic exercises sugessted this program. The volume of training has been generally increased every 2 weeks by more set and/or repetitions. This program consisits of 3 parts; off-season, pre-season, in-season. The off-season program will be started at least after 6 weeks resistance training. It should be excuted twice a week alternate resistance training day. Total training period will be last 4-6 weeks. The pre-season program will make players reach maximal efforts and capacities. Training must be performed 2 or 3 times a week depending upon player's fitness. Total jumping and throwing repetitions will be incresed 20 times every 2 weeks. Total period will be last 12-16 weeks. The in-season program will be started 4 weeks prior to competiton. It will make players continue their maximal power. Training will be recomanded once a week and be desirable with skill and technique program to be trained. In previous studies, many of the athletes felt they were faster, quicker, or could jump higher after plyomtric program. Therfore, although it may be difficult to do plyometric training 2-3 times a week might have on a performance.

        제지공정의 실시간 결함 검출을 위한 영상 기반 웹 검사 시스템

        In this paper, we propose a web inspection system (WIS) for real-time detection of paper defects which can cause critical fractures during papermaking process. Our system incorporates high speed line-scan camera, lighting system, and detection algorithm to provide robust and precise detection of paper defects in real-time. Since edge defects are very crucial to the paper fractures, our system focuses on the edge region of the paper instead of inspecting the whole paper area. In our algorithm, image projection and sub-pixel operation are utilized to detect the edge defects precisely and connected component labeling and shape analysis techniques are adopted to extract various kinds of the region defects. Experimental results revealed that our web inspection system is very efficient for detecting paper defects during papermaking processes.

        운동강도 조절을 위한 자각인지도 활용의 타당성

        The purpose of this investigation was to examine the validity and reliability for regulating of exercise intensity by using Ratings of Patings of Perceived Exertion (RPE) translated Borg's 15-point scale into Korean language. 19-physically active high-school female attended the laboratory test twice including pre-test and field setting three-times, 5-7 days apart. All subjects exercised according to an identical protocol until exhaustion : keep the speed (5mi/hi) constant & increase 2% incline every 2 minute's on a treadmill, and decrease 4 seconds per laps on a 200m-outdoor track. The perceptual anchors equivalent to 13,15,17 and 19 levels while exercing were estimated to heart rate(HR), oxygen uptake(VO_2) by a graded exercise test on a treadmill and field running. The results are shown as follows. 1. HR and VO_2 which were measured in the laboratory have been shown significant differenced at each levels. So there would be a valid method for regulating exercise intensity when RPEs which were translated into Korean language has been applied for Koreans. 2. Heart rates which were measured in the field setting have been similiar approximates compared to the laboratory at each levels. Also, this RPE scale has been indicates the there were a small range of variance between repeated fields tests. In conclusion, there data suggest that Borg's 15-point RPE scale provides a useful frame of reference for the exercise prescription in Koreans.

        소과종 수박의 병해충 발생소장과 유기농업자재를 이용한 흰가루병 방제효과

        본 연구는 소과종 수박의 병해충 발생 양상을 조사하고 이중 가장 문제가 되는 병 들 중 의 하나인 흰가루병을 방제하기 위한 유기농업자재를 선발하기 위하여 수행되었다. 2015년 충북 음성에서 소과종 수박에 발생하는 병해충 조사 결과 덩굴마름병, 흰가루병, 목화진딧 물, 점박이응애, 총채벌레류, 파밤나방, 담배거세미나방 등 일반수박에 발생하여 피해를 주 는 대부분의 병해충이 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이중 흰가루병은 6월 중순에 품종 별로 27~99.3%의 발생률을 나타냈으며 점박이응애는 6월 중순에 품종별로 엽당 마릿수가 79.9~111마리로 높은 발생을 보였다. 또한, 총채벌레류는 6월 중순과 상순에 황색과 청색 평판점착트랩 각각에 트랩당 407마리와 774마리로 높은 유살수를 나타냈다. 포장에서 마 요네즈와 올레산 그리고 현재 시판 중인 유기농업자재 3종에 대한 흰가루병 방제 효과를 조사하였다. 조사 결과 sodium bicarbonate 80%가 함유된 자재, 마요네즈 그리고 대황추출 물 1%가 함유된 자재가 60% 이상까지 효과적으로 병 발생을 감소시켰으며, 이중 sodium bicarbonate 80%가 함유된 자재가 83%로 가장 높은 방제가를 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통해 소 과종에 발생하는 병해충에 대한 정보와 sodium bicarbonate 80% 함유 자재가 흰가루병 방제 에 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. We investigated the occurrence pattern of diseases and insect pests and disease control efficacy of organic materials against watermelon powdery mildew in small type watermelon in Eumseong, Chungcheongbuk-do, 2015. The result of this study, the small type watermelon was damaged by diseases and pests such as Didymella bryoniae, Podosphaera xanthii, Aphis gossypii, Tetranychus urticae, thrips, Spodoptera exigua and Spodoptera litura. Among them, the occurrence of P. xanthii, T. urticae and thrips was high. Diseased leaf rate by P. xanthii, a casual agent of powdery mildew, was 27~99.3% in three small type watermelon cultivars in the middle of June. The number of T. urticae per leaf was high from 79.9 to 111 in three small type watermelon cultivars in the middle of June. It showed high number of thrips captured by yellow and blue sticky trap. Highest numbers of yellow sticky trap (407) and of blue sticky trap (774) were detected in the middle and first of June, respectively. The disease control efficacy of mayonnaise, oleic acid and three organic materials against powdery mildew of small type watermelon in fields was evaluated. As thre results, the symptoms of plant disease were effectively reduced by over 60% in the treatments of materials such as sodium bicarbonate 80%, mayonnaise and the extract of Rheum palmatum 1%. The highest control efficacy was 83% in the treatment of sodium bicarbonate 80%. From this study, we had a information of the occurrence pattern of diseases and insect pests in small type watermelon and the treatment of material containing sodium bicarbonate 80% was very effective for controlling against powdery mildew.

        엘리트 여자농구 선수의 경기중 혈중 젖산과 글루코스의 변화

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of physiological and competitive record data of basketball players' during games. More specifically its support for improvement of performance estimating the contribution of energy system, the basic data of fitness training, the applicapability of ergoenic aid, and the finding of substitution period due to fatigue during the game. 21 female basketball players' are paticipated in this study. Blood lactate and glucose were analyzed by using the method of finger tip at every 5-mins' during 1st and 2nd half and the beginning and the end of each half. The Polar was used for th measurement of HR and Borg'15-level evaluation for RPE. In addition, to understand the degree of offensive-contribution and defensive-contribution during the game official recorder recorded and evaluated the game. The results are as follows. First, HR change during the game is showed averagely 158.30bpm in 1st half and 161.27 bpm in the 2nd half. It means that the players carried out the game relatively in the high level at about 82% of MHR. However, it decreased fast to the warm-up level, 90.71 bpm after 15-min rest. In addition, it represented that there was no significant difference between 1st and 2nd half and between each position within the groups. Second, the change of lactic acid in blood was 1.21mmol/l after warm-up, 2.66mmol/l in 1st half, and 1.80mmol/l in 2nd half, It shows that the players performed in less than 4mmol/l, anaerobic thrshold. Thus, there was a difference between 1st and 2nd half, but not a signficant differance between each position. Third, glucose in blood was gradually increased from 98.26㎎/dl after warm-up to 127.65±65㎎/dl at about 15-min of 1st half, and then it began to decrease to 96.50㎎/dl at about 10-min of the 2nd half, afterwards it was increased again to the level of the rest period. It shows there was a significant difference between 1st and 2nd half, but not a significant difference between each position as well. Forth, the results of the test of the subjecteve kinesthetic sense based on RPE during the game shwed 13.81 placed between somewhat hard and hard in 1st half and 15.68 placed between hard and very hard in 2nd half. It ways that the subjective kinesthetic sense was generally kept at the high level during the game. In conclusion, metabolic variation in blood needed during the basketball tends to be rapidly increased at the beginning of the game, and then decreased to the rest level. And cardiopulmonary system or RPE was kept considerably at the high level. The degree of defense and offense contribution was changed variously following the situation of the opposite team, but it represents that the players emphasized on the offense in 1st half and the defense in 2nd half. However, it needs more studies to find out the relationship between this results and the fitness factor. Therefore, since the basketball has an intermittent characterristic which includes a frequent momentary change, it needs the fitness training that being consisted of various aerobic and anaerobic training. In the training method, it needs the training process which is from the whole fitness to specific fitness to improve general physical ability. Then it will be successful to accelerate the improvement in game without injury.

      • BCM(재해경감활동관리)산업 활성화를 위한 법·제도 개선 방안 연구

        Although many years passed since 'The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction'(hereinafter referred to as 'enterprise disaster reduction act') has been first enacted in 2007, BCMS is still not activated in our society. In contrast, after 911 Terror, importance of BCM is getting magnified and standardization research & institutionalization i s a lso proceeding i all over world. Lately, Disaster preventing activities is urgently needed like the sinking of 'Sewol ferry'. So the purpose of this paper is proposed for establishment of 'BCMS' and activation of the certificate system for Best-Run Business by analyzing the problem of 'enterprise disaster reduction act' and weak of activation as following. First, propel changing the policy of self-regulated participation to mandatory about the certificate system for Best-Run Business from public entity to government ministry and it is able to activate by propelling demo business of the certificate system for Best-Run Business. Second, public entity that has been given the certificate system for Best-Run Business by affiliating with Disaster Management Assessment of government management can be exempted from Disaster Management Assessment or those entity can arrange for connectivity acquisition method of 'Excellent rate'. Third, to publicize the activation of the law mentioned above, makes public entity r ecognizable by incorporating 'BCMS' into National safety management plan and establishment of National critical infrastructures security plan. Fourth, it should be reviewed to improving the related act regarding to inclusion of public organizations as well as private enterprises.

        자율 주차 시스템을 위한 실시간 차량 추출 알고리즘

        This paper introduces a video based traffic monitoring system for detecting vehicles and obstacles on the road. To segment moving objects from image sequence, we adopt the background subtraction algorithm based on the local binary patterns (LBP). Recently, LBP based texture analysis techniques are becoming popular tools for various machine vision applications such as face recognition, object classification and so on. In this paper, we adopt an extension of LBP, called the Diagonal LBP (DLBP), to handle the background subtraction problem arise in vision-based autonomous parking systems. It reduces the code length of LBP by half and improves the computation complexity drastically. An edge based shadow removal and blob merging procedure are also applied to the foreground blobs, and a pose estimation technique is utilized for calculating the position and heading angle of the moving object precisely. Experimental results revealed that our system works well for real-time vehicle localization and tracking applications.
