신제품이 개발 출시되어 크게 성장 할 수 있다는 것은 그것을 채택, 수용해 줄 수 있는 혁신층과 조기수용자 층의 소비자 구조를 가지고 있어야만 한다. 신제품 수용자의 조기 확보는 신제품 개발에 소요된 비용은 조기에 보충할 수 있고, 많은 고객을 확보하여 매출의 증대가 용이하고, 마케팅비용의 감소를 가져올 수 있으며. 시장에서 리더십을 가짐으로써 효과적 시장 진입이 되기도 한다. 이와 같이 신제품의 수용과 확산의 연구에서 혁신성이 차지하는 중요도가 매우 높기 때문에 많은 관심을 끌어 온 것이 사실이다. 그러나 이러한 혁신과 수용성 연구의 중요성에 비추어 혁신성에 대한 발견 사실의 모호성과 함께 관련변수에 관한 끊임없는 논의가 지속되어 왔고, 동시에 혁신성 연구가 지금까지 취하여 왔던 방향과 주제에 관련해서도 많은 비판이 이루어져 온 것도 사실이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 아직 논리적으로나 실체적으로 방법론이 확립되어 있지 않은 디자인 혁신의 개념을 새롭게 정립하고 그 특징과 요소를 분석하고 객관적인 기준으로 변한 할 수 있는 지표를 찾는다. 또한 디자인 혁신에 있어서 유사성 판단에 관한 실험을 통해 제품 집단의 유형과 기준을 명확히 파악하고 각 샘플의 공간 해석과 함께 시자극적 특성을 정량적으로 평가하는 실험적 이론으로 사용하고자 한다. 이는 디자인에 있어서의 혁신을 인지하고 각 제품 속에 속한 샘플들을 특징별로 지각하는 보다 과학적인 디자인 접근방법에 관해 새로운 방향을 모색할 수 있도록 하였다. Like this the Innovation has great influence in the accepting and spreading of the products. However in spite of these Innovation and acceptance, there have kept the ceaseless disputes about finding the Innovation and related function, at the same time the study of innovation has been criticized about the direction and the theme we have taken until now. From this point of view, the methodology has not been established In the area of logic and its reality, and this study tries to set up the concepts and analyze the characteristic and the elements and find the standard to change those characteristics and elements in to objective standard. In addition, through the judgment of the similarity In the design innovation, it tries to identify clearly the types and the standard of the set of the products, Interpret the space of each sample, and use it as the experimental theory to evaluate the visual characteristics, Thus it can perceive innovation of the design. perceive the characteristics of the samples in each products, and find the new direction in the more scientific access to design.

유지 혈액투석중인 환자에서 발생한 Kocuria kristinae 균혈증 1예

도관 관련 감염은 혈액투석 환자의 이환 및 사망의 주원인이며 적절히 치료하지 않으면 전신감염 및 사망에까지 이를 수 있다. 도관 관련 균혈증(Catheter-related bacteremia)은 혈액투석 중에 갑작스러운 고열과 오한이 발생하고 다른 감염원이 없을 경우 의심하며 혈액배양검사로 균동정이 될 때까지 경험적 항생제로 치료하는 것이 원칙이다. 도관 제거가 필요한 경우는 70%에 이른다. Kocuria는 호기성, 그람 양성 구균으로 Micrococcus과에 속하며 9개의 속이 있다. 피부, 점막과 입인두의 상재균이지만 최근에 경정맥 도관, 복막투석, 심실 단락과 관련된 감 염을 일으키는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 Kocuria kristinae에 의한 혈액투석 도관 관련 균혈증 1예를 경험하여 국내최초로 보고하는 바이다. 76세 여자 환자는 고혈압에 의한 말기신부전으로 4년전부터 상대정맥에 위치한 우측 터널식 영구적 혈액투석 도관 (Permcath(R))을 통해 주3회 혈액투석을 받고 있는 분으로 내원일 투석 중 갑작스러운 오한과 39.4 ℃까지 열이 발생하였다. 검사실 검사는 CBC WBC 14,600 /mm3 (Neutrophil 92.5%), Hb/Hct 9.6 g/28.9, Platelet 170x103/mm3, CRP 30.08 mg/L이었다. 다른 추정 감염원이 없어 도관 관련 균혈증으로 판단하여 경험적 항생제로 vancomycin과 ceftriaxone을 투여하였다. 입원 4일째 발열은 소실되었으나 도관이 피부 밖으로 돌출되고 느슨하여 6일째 도관을 제거하고 좌측에 새 영구적 도관을 삽입하였다. 입원 5일째 도관에서 채취한 혈액배양 검사 확인 결과 Kocuria kristinae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 동정되었고 Kocuria kristinae는 vancomycin에 감수성 있어 vancomycin은 유지하였고 Pseudomonas aeruginosa는 ceftazidime에 감수성 있어 ceftriaxone을 ceftazidime으로 변경해 투약하였다. 내원 10일째 발열 호전되었고 입원 5일째 시행한 혈액 배양 검사 결과 동정되는 균 없어 퇴원하였다.

Radiator end tank made with PA66 is cracked under very low stress when end tank is exposed to de-icing products especially CaCl₂. This phenomenon is called as ESC (Environment Stress Cracking). The effect of radiator internal and external conditions and tank shape on radiator tank crack by CaCl₂ is studied in this paper. Down flow type radiator is more vulnerable than cross flow radiator. Lots of CaCl₂ accelerate the end tank crack.. And no coolant is in the radiator, no crack was found.

무정전 전원장치인 UPS(Uninterruptabel Power Supply) 시스템은 말 그대로 정전이 존재하지 않는 전원 공급 장치이다. 산업이 발전하면서 데이터의 손실이나 정보 손실 등의 피해를 막기위해 만들어진 장치이다. 또한 컴퓨터를 사용하면서부터 UPS의 시장성은 날로 변화하여 전자회로 분야부터 여러 가지 많은 발전을 가져오고 있다. 게다가 기존 산업체나 기업에 사용되던 UPS는 가정 내에서 컴퓨터 보급정도와 인텔리전트 주거 공간 내에서 필요성이 확대되고 있다. 따라서 일반적으로 사무자동화기기나 기존의 산업용으로 사용되던 UPS가 그 용도의 다변화로 점점 가정으로 보급화 됨에 따라 좀 더 나은 디자인과 개인 유저 용도에 적합 하도록 주변기기와의 조화를 고려하고, 수요예측을 통하여 시장 환경에 맞는 시스템 개발이 필요하다. A UPS(Uninterrupted Power Supply) system is a power supply equipment in which the power does not get interrupted. It is an equipment made to prevent damages such as loss of data or information, etc as the industry has developed. Also, the market feasibility of UPS has changed each day since the use of computer to bring various types of development starting with the field of electronic circuit. Moreover, the UPS which had been used for existing industry or enterprise is extending the level of computer supply at homes and necessity within intelligent housing space. Therefore, as the UPS that had been used for industry or automated office equipments in the past has gradually spread to homes from the diversification of its usage, the development of system to fit the market environment is necessary by considering the harmony with surrounding devices and through prediction of demand for a little better design and to be appropriate for personal users.
