幼兒美術學院 敎師의 幼兒社會敎育 內容에 대한 槪念圖 硏究

本 硏究의 目的은 幼兒美術學院敎師의 유아사회교육內容에 대한 槪念圖를 分析 硏究를 통하여 교사들이 유아교육을 실시함에 있어 그 내용을 결정하는데 基礎가 되는 知識을 알아보고 敎師敎育의 基礎資料로 제공하고자 하였다. 이에 따른 구체적인 硏究의 問題는 다음과 같다. ① 유아사회교육내용에 대한 교사의 개념도에 나타난 상위개념은 어떠한가? ② 유아사회교육내용에 대한 교사의 개념도에 나타난 종속개념은 어떠한가? ③ 미술학원 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 사회교육 내용은 무엇인가? 본 연구의 대상은 서울 강동 지역의 유아미술학원의 교사 50명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 유아미술학원 교사들의 유아사회교육 내용에 대한 지식을 조사하기 위해 개념도를 사용하여 내용을 분석하였다. 또한 유아미술학원의 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 유아사회교육 내용을 조사하기 위해 제6차 유치원교육과정 사회생활 영역의 내용체계로 설문지를 이용하여 5점 척도로 각 문항의 평균 점수를 구하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 교사들은 개념도에서 총 15개의 상위개념을 사용하였으며 교사들 50명중 50명(100%)의 교사가 상위개념으로 ‘개인생활’을 사용하였으며, 다음으로 ‘가정생활’ 49명(98%), ‘집단생활’ 48명(96%)의 순으로 나타났다. 이는 교사들이 사회생활 내용을 다룰 때 ‘개인생활’, ‘가정생활’, ‘기본생활습관’을 중요하게 여기고 있음을 의미한다. 교사들은 '개인생활'을 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있으나 위계와 포함된 종속개념수가 높지 않은 것으로 보아 그 내용을 실시함에 있어서는 내용의 범위가 넓지 않고 확장되지 않음을 알 수 있다. 특히 '개인생활'은 위계가 낮은 것으로 보아 개념의 확장보다는 일상생활 속에서의 실례를 주로 다루고 있음을 나타낸다. 반면, ‘기본생활습관’은 사용되어진 상위개념의 빈도에 비해 포함된 종속개념의 수와 특성점수, 위계점수가 높은 것으로 나타나 개념이 확장되고 다루는 내용의 범위가 넓음을 보여준다. 즉, 주제가 갖고 있는 특성에 따라 교육내용에 대한 결정이 다르게 나타나는 것으로 보이므로 교육내용에 대한 결정이 과목 또는 과목 주제마다 다르다는 것을 알 수 있다. 2. 유아미술학원교사들은 개념도에서 총 582개의 용어를 사용하였으며 같은 개념을 표현하는데 비슷한 용어가 많이 사용되었다. 또한 개념도에서 많이 사용된 상위개념 중 ‘기본생활습관’, ‘개인생활’, ‘가정생활’, ‘집단생활’, ‘사회현상과 환경’을 중심으로 2수준의 종속개념을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 교사들은 제6차 유치원교육과정에서 제시한 내용을 종속개념에서 거의 포함시키고 있으며 그 외의 다른 개념까지 연결 시켜서 다루고 있었다. 3. 제6차 유치원 교육과정의 사회생활 영역의 내용 중 중요하게 인식하는 것은 ‘예의바르게 생활하기’(기본생활습관 4.68), ‘질서 지켜 생활하기’(기본 생활습관 4.38), ‘아껴서 생활하기’(기본생활습관 4.30) 등의 순으로 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 교육활동으로 어느 정도 실시하는가에 있어서는 ‘예의바르게 생활하기’ (기본 생활습관 3.92) ‘다른 사람 이해하고 존중하기’ (집단 생활 3.90)의 순으로 실시 정도가 높게 나타났다. 이 결과는 대부분의 교사들이 기본생활습관 중 ‘예의바르게 생활하기’,‘질서 지켜 생활하기’를 중요하게 인식하며 교육을 실시하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this essay was to look into basic knowledge in deciding the contents for teachers to carry out children's education through the analytic research of concept on the expression life of children's art academy teachers and provide basic data for teachers' education. The resulting concrete research problems are as follows. ① How is the high rank concept revealed at the teacher's conceptional chart the contents of expression life? ② How is the subordinate concept revealed at the teacher's conceptional chart the contents of expression life? ③ What are the contents of expression life art academy teachers think much of? ④ How is the teacher's attitude toward tp the conceptional chart after drawing it up? The subject of this study was 51 teachers of children's art academies, members of 'Children's Art Education Institute of Children's Drawings' in Seoul, Kyeongki and Incheon-City. The contents were analyzed using the conceptional chart to inquire into art academy teachers's knowledge on expression life. The average of each item with 5 point measure using the questionnaire of the 6th children's curricula to explore the contents of expression life valued by art teachers, and the attitude test paper to the conceptional chart as a plan to apply significant learning to children's education. This study can be summed up as follows. 1. The teachers used high rank concepts in the conceptional chart, 40 of 51 (78.43%) used 'appreciation' most as a high rank concept, and 35 (68.62%) expression and 31 (60.78%) exploration, which signifies that teachers think highly of 'appreciation', 'expression', 'exploration' in dealing with the contents of expression life. Teachers perceive 'appreciation' as most significant, but given its rank and the number of subordinary concepts included, it can be found that the scope of them in performing the contents is not wide, nor inclusive. In particular, 'appreciation of low rank shows that is does not expand concept, but mainly deals with the actual state of daily life. On the contrary, 'expression' having more number of subordinate concepts, higher scores of its features and ranks compared to the frequency of high rank concepts used shows its concept is expanded and deals with wide range of contents. In other words, it is found that the decision on educational contents according to the characteristics a topic has comes as different, so the decision in educational contents differ in each subject or subject topic. 2. Children's art academy teachers used 759 terms in total in the conceptional chart, and applied similar words in expressing same concepts. Also subordinate concepts of 2nd level were investigated mainly focused on 'exploration', 'expression', 'appreciation' of used high rank concepts. As a result, the teachers nearly included the contents of the 6th preschool's curricula in subordinate concepts, and dealt with them in connection with other concepts. 3. It was indicated that the descending order of the valuable contents at expression life in the 6th preschool's curricula was drawing (expression (4.50), singing (expression 4.33), being familiar with traditional art (appreciation 4.27), making and decorating things (expression 4.27), and that of educational performance degree was drawing (expression 4.64), singing (expression 4.39), and making and decorating things (expression 4.07). This result shows that most teachers conduct education perceiving 'drawing pictures, making and decorating things' of expression life as important. 4. The children's art academy teachers' attitude to the conceptional chart was positive in that the descending highest order of their perception degree was 'reading written data is easier to understand than reading drawn data with conceptional chart', 'checking teaching contents and setting it in order helps classes', 'conceptional chart can be used at classes only after drawing it up', 'the activity of conceptional concept helps grasping the concept of expression life'. On one hand, it is found they generally show positive response on utilizing the conceptional chart to children's education though there are negative aspects such as 'reviewing teachers' thoughts may disappoint individuals', 'drawing up the conceptional chart is not thought to be more helpful than traditional classes'.
