        Regarding the purpose of the Ships Act of Korean, it is stipulated in article 1 that the first is relating to the nationality of ships, measurement and registration of tonnage of ships and the second is ship registration system, and the last is to maintain the maritime order, protect the interests of the state and contribute to the improvement of the national economy. However, the main purpose of the Ships Act of Korean is to require ship registration and registration as a necessary condition to issue a ship nationality certificate in order to establish the legal definition of ship and to establish the rights and obligations as a Korean ship. In this way, Korea's ship registration system consists of ship registration and registration. Ship registration is a private act in the civil law, and it has the effect of disclosing the private rights relation to the ship. Registration is an administrative act to the government. As a result of which, Korea's ship registration system is divided into legal registration and registration in government, and legal regulating it are scattered not only in maritime law but also in ship registration law, real estate registration law, and international ship registration law. Under the above circumstance, the ship registration system is divided into legal registration or registration in government according to the size or use of the ship, causing confusion to the interested parties about the ship. However, these different registration come from hindering speed trading of vessels and consuming additional costs, and resulting in unnecessary economic waste. There are some countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, which are executing a single registration system for the administrative convenience of each country, and but some countries such as Japan and France, which have implemented dual systems like as Korea. This is because the ship disclosure system is a legal policy issue. This paper is composed of 5 chapters in total. Chapter 1 describes the background and purpose of the study, its content and method of research. In Chapter 2, We analyzed the purpose and history of the Ship Act of Korean, the definition of the ship in this article, and the definition of the ship in the other maritime regulations. We also examined the registration system of automobile, construction machinery and aircraft saw. In Chapter 3, Supreme Court Decision 2014 d 21410 Decision 2015 March 12, 2015, the relevance to ship registration system and implications were examined. In Chapter 4, the problem of ship disclosure system in the current ship law is found out by looking at the foreign ship disclosure system, and suggested ways to improve the ship disclosure system. Finally, Chapter 5 summarizes the previous review and describes the problem of the ship disclosure system in the current ship law and the necessity of improvement plan. Finally, we review the issues related to the dualization of ship registration system in the Ships Act, and analysis the registration system of automobiles, construction machinery and aircraft, and comment on the decision of the Supreme Court Dec 31. And finally to suggest ways to improve the registration system of Ship Act through the above foreign countries registration system.

        This paper presents the 3-phase hybrid series active filter in order to compensate for harmonics currents, voltage fluctuating and voltage unbalance in power systems. The electric power systems are based on an alternating current and voltage which are sinusoidal in nature. Computers and sensitive electronic control equipment in industrial and commercial plants demand a high quality electric power supply. With significant development of power electronics technology, the proliferation of nonlinear loads such as static power converters has deteriorated power quality in power systems. Notably, nonlinear loads resulted in harmonic distortion, become a serious problem in many industrial equipment. Therefore, utility power quality has become an important issue recently. Many research papers and method have been proposed to solve these problems. So far, shunt passive filters, which consist of tuned LC filters and high-pass filters, have been used to suppress harmonics in power systems. However, they have many disadvantages, such as large size, resonance and fixed compensation characteristics. Therefore, the conventional passive power filter can not provide a complete solution. Many specialists approach the solution from the viewpoint of preventing the generation of harmonics, such as high power factor switching power supply, frequency changers and UPS etc. However, existing harmonics pollution sources, still need to be improved. Active power filter systems have been proposed to suppress harmonics produced by nonlinear loads. They are in parallel with the nonlinear loads to provide the reactive power and to compensate the harmonic current, in order to achieve the goal of high quality utility sources. Voltage sags and extended under voltages are one of the main concerns of industry today. These voltage sags could cause high negative impact on productivity, which is certainly an undesirable aspect in industrial and commercial applications. Current tap-changing transformers used in distribution systems have proven to be inadequate in solving these problems related to line regulation. A voltage sag is a momentary (0.5∼30 cycles) decrease in the rms voltage magnitude, usually caused by a remote fault somewhere on the power system. Voltage sags are the most important power quality problem facing many industrial customers. Equipment used in modern industrial plants (process controllers, programmable logic controllers, adjustable speed drives, robotics) and many office machine computers, commercial cash registers is actually becoming more sensitive to voltage sags as the complexity of the equipment increases. Even relays and contactors in motor starters can be sensitive to voltage sags, resulting in shutdown of a process when they drop out. Urban or rural power distribution systems, most of the loads are single phase connected between phase to neutral, and they generate a large amount of non-characteristics current harmonics. Voltage unbalance has recently become a major concern for power quality specialists due to its effects on the load and the source. Voltage unbalance in ac supply systems is typically corrected by means of a shunt connected thyristor-controlled static VAR compensator. This approach has the disadvantage of slow response, harmonic injection into the ac system, and the requirement for large passive components. The unbalanced 3-phase source occurs the uncharacteristic low frequency harmonic components in the power system with nonlinear loads such as static converter and this results in increasing the power rating of the filter or switches of the power conversion systems. Moreover, in case of ac electric machines supplied by unbalanced voltage source, the large negative sequence current components, which increase the machine losses and reduce the net torque, are generated by the low negative sequence impedance. The conventional approach to ensure the continuous supply of high quality power to critical load is the use of uninterruptible power supplies. However, this equipment is costly and maintenance is required for batteries. Until now, solutions on unbalance voltage, sag and harmonic current problems have been compensated separately. Therefore, in this paper, proposed system has capable of compensating the problems of harmonic interference, sag and voltage unbalance at the source side. Therefore, what the power system is improved quality, the source current is maintained as a nearly sinusoidal waveform and the load voltage is regulated with a balanced voltage condition regardless of the source condition. The proposed circuas tested, using a 5[KVA], IGBT, three-phrase inverter to provide high power quality at the point of common coupling(PCC) of a distribution system. The proposed configuration is based on a three-phase PWM voltage source inverter connected in series with the power lines through three single phase current transformer. A parallel LC filter must be connected between the nonlinear loads and the current transformers. The critical issue in the design of proposed system is the generation of the reference voltage defining the desired voltage across the load. Ideally the load voltage should be balanced and the required injection voltage should have minimum amplitude to reduce the voltage, therefore the power rating, of the compensator. The current rating is the line current. The phase angle detected by synchronized with the positive sequence component of the unbalanced source by using symmetrical component transformation. The total apparent power required by each current transformer is 1/3 the total apparent power of the inverter. The series active power filter is represented by the impedance Z. Ideally, this impedance should have an infinite value to all harmonics, because the filter is assumed to work as a sinusoidal, fundamental current source. The ripple filter connected in parallel to the primary winding of the current transformer suppress switching ripple of inverter. This paper presents a digital control with Digital Signal Processor(TMS320C31) application for active power filters employing a space vector modulation, which can also be extended for any inverter application. Digital technique, space vector modulation and floating point DSP are important robustness control system to provide a fast and required compensation. Thus, this paper brings a contribution for active power filters inverter's control, specially, for system that use a floating point DSP and digital control technique, presenting a algorithm that employ a space vector modulation. This results, proposed 3-phase hybrid series active power filter is not only for harmonic isolation between supply and load and for voltage regulation and unbalance compensation. To verify the validity of the proposed compensating system, the computer simulation and experiment are carried out.

      • 멀티미디어 프로그램이 학습부진아의 단어읽기와 쓰기에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine whether the repeated presentation of the multimedia program suitable for the verbal learning development of reading and writing underachievers, which combined word, sound and picture, gave any impacts on their reading and writing. The subjects in this study were three selected fifth-grade underachievers in elementary school, with two-year or more retardation in word reading and writing. The multimedia program was conducted 32 times, and the pretest, posttest and retention test were all implemented to compare the change of their reading and writing skill. The findings of this study were as below: First, the multimedia program was effective for upgrading the word-reading skill of the children. There were some individual variances in the development of the word-reading skill. Child B showed the best improvement in reading skill, followed by Child A and Child C in the order named. By contacting reinforcement through repeated learning and the audio- visual stimuli by picture, word and sound, they were able to be more positively involved in reading, and consequently their reading skill was positively affected. Second, the multimedia program had an effect on enhancing their writing skill. There was better improvement in writing area than in reading one. Child 1 showed the best change, and Child B and Child C made the same improvement. It's easier for them to comprehend the relationship of word shape to pronunciation, when words were shown on the screen with the related pictures and sounds. That activity had a sustained influence on the improvement of writing skill and it consequently had a good retention effect. But there was very less improvement in the declinable words with a double and duplicate finals on the end of orthographic syllable and in the auxiliary declinable words, compared to the noun area. This seemed because declinable words were grammatically more complex and more likely to mispronounce, compared to noun. To enhance children's writing skill, multimedia programs should be organized carefully considering the grammatical relation and pronunciation of declinable word.

        산업디자인 신제품 개발지원 체계를 확립하고 경쟁적 우위의 디자인 창조기회를 확대하기 위해서는 창의적인 디자인 정책개발과 정착 프로그램의 실행과 함께 이를 위한 실제적인 트랜드예측시스템이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 이와 함께 디자인에 대한 분석적 연구에서 미래시장을 예측한다는 것은 산업경쟁력 극대화를 위해 매우 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 트랜드는 기술적, 사회적, 문화적, 경제적, 지역적 특성의 제 경향 및 소비자의 개성화, 다양한 의식변화와 함께 제품과 기업에 대한 인기의 끊임없는 변동 그리고 생활 및 제품 라이프사이클의 단기화, 차별화, 고급화, 감성화 등이 변화요인으로 작용되기 때문이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 합목적적인 전략에 의한 산업디자인 트랜드 예측시스템(DTTS : Design Trend Tracking System) 구축 지원을 위한 영향요인의 위계구조과 트랜드의 상관적 구조를 이해하기 위한 분석기법을 제안하는데 있다. 트랜드가 지니고 있는 주요 문제는 새로운 패러다임에 의한 변화 가능성과 함께 그 타당성을 지식과 기술 및 경험으로 습득하여 신제품 개발에 반영시켜야 한다는 것이다. 따라서 트랜드에 대한 합리적인 방법연구와 함께 정체성 확인에 의한 DTTS 개발 지원체계를 전략적으로 확립하고 신부가가치의 조형성 구현으로 계획되고 실행될 수 있는 실용적인 시스템의 구축은 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 아울러 연구의 중심은 트랜드 언어형성 과정과 그 이미지 형상을 구조적으로 이해하고 논리적인 방법으로 전개시키며, 디자인이 지닌 제 경향 및 가치의 구현과정과 키 아이디어(Key idea) 형성을 위한 영향요인의 구조적 질서와 체계를 객관적으로 실현시킬 수 있는 방법을 정립하는데 있다. 이것의 주요 내용은 트랜드의 이론적 구조가 되고 있는 형이상학적, 형이하학적 요인의 개념화, 구조화, 형상화 과정에 대한 요인을 논의하고 영향요인간의 상관적 조건 해석을 통해 변화되어지는 구조의 정량적, 정성적 관계의 정체성을 제시하는 것이다. 산업디자인의 경쟁력 극대화와 미래지향적 창안을 위해서는 디자인계획의 과정과 방법전개에 합리성이 부여되어야 하며 그 개념은 객관적이며 보편적인 시대상응적 속성을 지녀야 하므로 이것을 어떻게 논리적으로 구체화할 것인가에 대한 검증과 함께 합리적인 전략이 요구된다. 따라서 미래시장에서의 제품력 초극화를 위한 디자인은 다양한 장면과 생활구조에서의 적합성을 지녀야하므로 신제품 컨셉트는 트랜드가 지닌 미감창출의 본물성과 정체성으로 확인할 수 없어야 한다. 그러므로 트랜드에 대한 연구는 소비자의 관심, 의식, 행태 변화의 연구이고 가치변화는 생활 변화를. 생활변화는 시장변화를 유도하며, 변하는 시장에서는 변해진 제품 속성과 의미를 부합시켜야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개념의 중심이 되는 감성어휘 구조의 필요충분조건을 함께 진단하고, 트랜드 요인이 지니고 있는 구조와 그 구조에 작용하는 과정들에 관하여 영향요인간의 속성 및 조건해석을 통해 변화구조 체계의 상관적 관계를 도출하였다. 이와 같은 시도는 트랜드가 지녀야 할 고유 이미지 구축의 현대화 및 제품력 확보와 시장성 요구에 의한 위계구조 확립과 함께 사용자 니즈 및 디자인변화 적용기술의 증진효과와 함께 트랜드예측시스템 연구기술 방법 실현을 앞당겨주게 된다. 본 연구는 6개의 장으로 구성되어 있다. 제 1 장 서론에서는 연구의 중요성과 목적을 기술하고 주요연구 수행내용과 범위를 제시하였고, 아울러 기대되는 연구성과 및 활용방안을 구체적으로 논의하였다. 이와 함께 제 2 장에서는 거시적인 측면에서의 산업디자인이 지닌 패러다임 변화개관을 통해 디자인 메가트랜드가 지니고 있는 과제와 전망을 종합적으로 조망하였다. 즉 트랜드웨어(Trendware)에 포용되고 있는 디자인의 역할변화와 유저웨에(Userware), 마켓웨어(Marketware) 및 조형 이미지 구현과 기업의 메시지를 디자인으로 전달되기 위한 디자이너의 역할과 역량을 프로토콜(Protocol) 별로 분석하였다. 제 3 장에서는 정의된 개념의 트랜드 정체성을 이해하고 이를 통해 조형적 특성으로서의 가치적 규범을 재정립하고 트랜드가 지닌 필요충분조건을 방법론적 관점에서 논의하였다. 제 4 장은 트랜드와 패드(Fad)로서의 키 워드(Key word)와 키 메시지(Key message)의 추출과정을 통해 사용언어의 준거에 대한 특징적 속성을 논의하였다. 또한 반응하는 변인들을 어떻게 통제, 결정할 것인가에 대한 내용을 문헌조사와 타운 와칭(Town watching) 의해 상호교차적이며 실제적 현상으로 대입시키며 비교, 검토하였다. 이를 통해 트랜드 요인을 재해석하고 시계열별, 단위별로 군집시켜 미래적 변화의 방향과 소구점을 유목화하였다. 이러한 연구의 접근과 진단은 트랜드 예측을 위한 체계구축과 실증에 의한 규범추출로써 객관적인 합리성을 제공하며 디자이너가 직관적으로 이해될 수 있는 요인으로 작용하게 된다. 제 5 장에서는 제품과 사용자 인터페이스 문제를 이해하고 디지털문화에서의 디자인서비스와 변화의 동인을 확인하였다. 또한 소비자의 취향, 선호, 태도, 의견, 행태에 대한 구조와 함께 트랜드의 다중적, 다차원적인 표상이 지닌 속성을 발견하기 위하여 소비자 가치와 의식변화에 따른 소비형태와 생활 및 환경변화를 조망하고 제품과 시장의 변화의 주요인을 분석하였다. 이는 DTTS 구축에 상관적으로 관계되는 디자인 환경과 구조변화 내용 및 제요인의 내용을 종합적으로 제안하기 위함이다. 제 6 장에서는 범용적 가치를 표현해야 하는 조형성으로서의 트랜드가 지니고 있는 영향요인의 이론적 구조와 위계에 대한 구조적 체계모형을 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 인지영역에 의한 비교판별 방법은 트랜드 구현을 논리적인 방법으로 구조화시켜 디자이너의 신념을 객관적 실체로 실현화시킬 수 있는 분석기법이 된다. 이를 통해 위계구조의 체계설정 이론이 지녀야 할 논리성과 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 즉 위계구조 체계가 지니고 있는 당위성은 개념적, 구조적, 형상적인 과정에 의해 구축되어지며 이러한 정의와 상호작용에 부합되는 요구는 트랜드를 이룩하게 되는 영향요인의 정체성이 됨을 발견할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 위계구조에 의한 DTTS 트랜드 실행구축도는 새로운 방법의 타당성을 결정하는 기초적인 조건을 분명하게 하는 문제를 해결하여 줌으로써 의도적인 해(解)를 도출시키고 그 적용범위를 확산시켜 독자적으로 정식화(定式化)된 트랜드예측 체계로서의 고유성을 유지하게 된다. In order to establishing the system of new industrial design product development support, expanding opportunities for creating designs, executing programs for the development and settlement of design policies supported with real systems of design trend tracking. With these it is extremely important task to forecast the future of design through analytic research. This is because designs unceasingly change by cultural, economical, political and social trends and their influences, various changes in consumers, endless fluctuation of people's preferences for products and companies, shortened lifecycle of styles and products, differentiated and individualized products, etc. Thus this thesis purposed to develop the hierarchical structure of influential factors in order to construct Design Trend Tracking System (DTTS) based on integrative new concepts and subjective strategies. As trends are formed with the change of consumers' value, it is becoming an important factor to estimate the possibility and validity of trend change and apply the resultant knowledge and technologies to product development. Therefore, it has a significant meaning to construct a design trend tracking system, which expands opportunities for creating industrial designs by establishing a hierarchical structure for forecasting and applying industrial design trends through integrative new concepts and rational analysis, and can be planned and executed as a part of new product development and strategic programs. In addition, this study purposed to suggest the contents of the hierarchical structure for sharing trend values, implementation technologies and information in order to define trend languages and images with universal methodology and to apply trends of industrial designs and the tracking system The main contents are to understand the process of forming trend values and concepts for the construction of DTTS and to suggest the quantitative and qualitative relationship among factors in the identity implementation and theoretical structure of trends through interpreting the nature and condition of the factors. The development of designs is important for the rationality of planning, and concepts should be universal. Thus strategies for how to materialize industrial designs must be consistent with the contemporary trends and be systematic. Competitive designs must be fit for people's life structure. Thus their identity must be confirmed through the creation of aesthetic sense for product concepts, consumption and product trends. Thus research on trends is related to the change of consumers' value, which, in turn, induces the change of life and the change of the market, which again requires new nature and meaning of products. Specific goals of this study are profiling formative images, establishing methodology for technological power, studying design trends and methods of forecasting, activating research on the technology of implementing life value and life phenomena, modernizing the establishment of unique images, securing product power, establishing hierarchical structure in response to demand for marketability, prompt responding to users' needs, enhancing the effect of new technologies and establishing the technique and methodology of research on trend tracking systems. The present thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter Ⅰ Introduction described the importance and purpose of this study and presented the contents and scope of research. In addition, it discussed expected research outcomes and plans to utilize the outcomes. Chapter Ⅱ investigates tasks in design mega-trend and forecasted its future through reviewing changes in the macroscopic paradigm of industrial design. That is, this chapter analyzed by protocol changes in the role of design accepted in trendware, the implementation of userware, marketware and formative images, and the roles and capacities of designers in conveying business messages through design. Chapter Ⅲ examined the identity of trend based on the established concept, redefined the norms of trend as formative characteristics, and discussed necessary and sufficient conditions of trend from a methodological viewpoint. Chapter Ⅳ discussed the characteristic features of the authority of the language used through the process of extracting keywords and key messages of trend and fad. In addition, this chapter examined how responsive variables should be controlled and decided through literature review and substitution of intercrossing and practical phenomena for town watching. By doing so, we reinterpreted trend factors, clustered them by time series and unit, and categorized the directions of future changes and appeal points. These approaches and diagnoses provide objective rationality by establishing a system through forecasting trends and by extracting norms through actual proof, and work as factors that designers can understand intuitively. Chapter Ⅴ examined products and user interface, and identified motives for design service and its changes in digital culture. In addition, this chapter forecasted changes in consumption style, life and environment resulting from the development of consumers' value and consciousness in order to discover the nature of the multiple and multi-dimensional representation of trend together with the structure of consumers' taste, preference, attitude, opinion and behavior, and analyzed major factors of changes in products and markets. This is to explain the factors of design environment and structure related to the establishment of DTTS. Chapter Ⅳ proposed a structured system model for the theoretical structure and hierarchy of influential factors in the trend of design to express universal values. In particular, the method of comparative distinction by the cognitive domain proposed in this study is an analysis technique that can structure the implementation of trend in a logical method and realize designers' beliefs into objective substances. Through the method, we verified the logicality and reliability of the system formulation theory of hierarchical structure. That is, it was found that the validity of a hierarchical structure system is established by conceptual, structural and formative process and demand in accord with the definition and interaction can be the identity of influential factors that generate trends. Accordingly, the DTTS trend execution and establishment diagram based on the hierarchical structure proposed in this study clarifies basic conditions for determining the validity of the new method and, by doing so, it infers intentional solutions, expands their application and ultimately maintains its uniqueness as an independently formalized trend forecast system.

      • 디자인 지원사업에 대한 비교연구 : 원주 의료기기 테크노밸리의 디자인 지원사업 개선안을 중심으로

        A national concern about industry and technology development has increased since a full-scale of promotion of industrialization, in early 1960. Technology development is a prerequisite for a smooth propulsion of nation's industrialization, and core factor of highly industrialized society. Nation's competitive various technologies have assumed a great role for industrial development. However, recently a deviation in technology level has started to narrowed in many fields, and as the consumption pattern is changing, the importance of the design is lifting higher and higher centering in the 21th century industry. An active investment and technology development to secure design competition have begun already centering around the some large enterprise. Besides, the government also supply diverse policies and supports under the consideration of the importance of the design and design industry.A necessity of design increase even in the medical equipment industry which has been showing a strong technology-centered disposition. Lately, with an extension of electronic medical equipments market, the demand for home products has been enlarged greatly resulted in over 10% of high growth, and yet they are still overshadowed by import products.Although the rate of dependence on imports is reducing since the regular production of domestic medical equipments has started after the 1990s, they are limited to partial items such as cheap consumption goods or machines for image diagnosis causing a little ripple effect in the market. The multinational corporations such as GE Medical, German and Phillips that have commend of the worldwide medical device market hold various registered designs and patents on the medical devices, and such specialized technologies and designs are known to have a considerable synergy effects on an increase in product competitionThe majority of the nation's medical device firms are small sized and seem to be interested only in productivity improvement and price competition. Amid such atmosphere, professional medical device enterprises seem to have begun to organize their own design team and operate it and to take interest in strengthening of product designs. With that, Wonju techno Valley Center has been carried out on support project for the medical equipments enterprises in Gangwon from 2005, and currently(2008)the 4th project is on the wayThis study targets to detect the characteristics of the design support project and to assess whether its quantitative and qualitative development are well conducted, based on the survey of contents and beneficiaries of WMIT's design support project. Besides, based on it, I like to propose a desirable future direction. I examined and analyzed the data of the home and abroad organizations which unfold support projects using the governments or independently for the medium and small firms. In oversea, many design centers carry out the support project also for the firms.Such support projects are being done showing something similar between them or showing their own characteristics. And if survey and detection over the home and oversea organizations' support projects considering such matters, should be done, it would turn into a great elements for an analysis on support projects of Wonju medical Industry Techno valley.Domestic and abroad support projects were looked into to erect a reference point and the merits and demerits of the internal and external Wonju medical Industry Techno valley were analyzed. And I will examine many firms which benefited from the project or joint the related activities through questionnaire and depth interview to use a comparative data for the proposal of an heightened plan for future support project. 산업과 기술 발전에 대한 국가적인 관심은 1960년대 초 본격적인 산업화 추진 이래 꾸준히 증대되어 왔다. 기술의 발전은 국가의 산업화 추진을 원활히 하기 위한 필수 조건이며, 고도 산업 사회의 핵심 요인이기도 하다. 우리나라의 경쟁력 있는 다양한 기술은 산업의 발전에 큰 역할을 담당하였다. 그러나 최근 들어 여러 분야에서 기술 수준의 편차가 줄어들기 시작하였고, 소비자의 구매 패턴이 바뀌면서 21세기 산업의 중심에 디자인의 중요성이 커가고 있다. 이미 일부 대기업을 중심으로 디자인 경쟁력 확보를 위한 투자와 기술개발이 적극적으로 이루어지고 있다. 또한 정부도 디자인과 디자인산업의 중요성을 인식하고 여러 정책과 지원을 하고 있다.그간 기술 중심적 성향이 강한 의료기기산업에서도 점차 디자인의 필요성이 증대되어가고 있다. 최근 들어 전자의료기기 시장이 확대되면서 국산 제품의 수요가 크게 늘면서, 10%이상의 고도성장을 하였지만, 여전히 수입 제품의 그늘에 가려 빛을 보지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 90년대 이후 의료기기의 국내 생산이 본격화되면서 수입의존도를 줄이고 있지만 대부분 저가 소모품이나 영상진단기 등 일부 품목에 한정되면서 시장 파급효과가 그리 높지 않은 실정이다. 전세계 의료장비 시장을 주름잡고 있는 GE매디칼이나 지멘스, 그리고 필립스 등의 다국적 기업들은 의료기기 제품에 대한 다양한 의장등록 및 특허를 보유하고 있으며, 이처럼 특화된 기술과 디자인이 제품의 경쟁력 향상에 상당한 시너지 효과를 발휘하는 것으로 알려졌다. 우리나라 의료기기 업체들은 상당수가 소규모 업체로 제품 디자인보다는 생산성 향상과 가격 경쟁력에만 관심을 기울이는 분위기다. 이런 가운데 의료기기 전문업체들은 자체적으로 디자인 전문팀을 구성해 운영하는 등 제품의 디자인 경쟁력 강화에 조금씩 관심을 기울이는 분위기다. 이런 가운데 원주 테크노벨리 센터에서는 강원권 의료기기 업체들을 대상으로 2005년도부터 지원사업을 시행해 왔고, 지금은 4차년도 사업이 진행 중이다.본 연구는 원주 의료기기 테크노밸리(WMIT)의 디자인지원사업의 내용과 수혜 현황에 관한 조사를 바탕으로 디자인 지원사업의 특성을 파악하고 양적인 성장과 질적인 발전이 잘 이뤄지고 있는지에 대한 평가를 해보고자 한다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 향후 바람직한 방향 제시해보고자 한다. 비교 자료로서 국내외의 많은 단체들에서 정부를 통해서나 지방 자치적으로 중소기업에게 지원 사업들을 시행하고 있는 자료를 조사 분석하였다. 해외에서도 많은 디자인 센터들에서 기업들에게 지원사업들을 시행하고 있다. 이런 지원 사업들은 시행 과정에 있어서 비슷한 점을 갖기도 하고, 반대로 그들만의 특징을 가지기도 한다. 이런 점에서 국내외 여러 단체들의 지원 사업을 조사하고 파악한다면, 원주 의료기기 테크노밸리의 지원사업을 분석하는데 좋은 요소들이 될 것이다. 국내외의 지원사업들을 파악하여 비교의 기준점을 세우고, 원주의료기기 테크노밸리의 내부적, 외부적 장단점을 분석하였다. 또한 사업 수혜를 하거나 관련 활동에 참여한 여러 업체를 설문과 심층인터뷰를 통해 조사하고 이를 비교 자료로 향후 지원사업의 개선안을 제시하려 한다.

        In this paper deals with linearized control of induction motor by vector control. Output equation induced from d-q axies voltage and current equation of induction motor. The condition of induced equation is that rotor's current of axies has 0(zero) and state current of d axies which was driven by synchronous speed is constant. The induction motor is modelled from nonlinear to linearized in condition to its control by vector control method and we obtained simple model as like as a separately excited DC motor drive system. This paper presents the fully digital controlled induction motor drive system based on the proposed linearized method and the control circuit of system consists of 16 bits micro computer and all the function are implemented with software. Vector control technique is used to obtain good dynamic performance. The stator current oriented to the rotor flux vector can only be decoupled to the flux component and torque component. The principle of vector control means controlling the two components independently. When the voltage source inverter control with P-I controller is empolyed, in spite of secondary resistance Rr Variation, the Vector control condition is satisfied. Linearized control is studied through digital simulation and verified with experiment. The experimental results coincide nearly with the linearized control theory and it is expected that is useful to the high-performance servo application.

        The Sound and the Fury is one of the most widely discussed and best known of all Faulkner’s works. It is the story about the collapse of the Compson family, a provincial aristocracy in the South of America. Mr. and Mrs. Compson, and their four children live in their own ways without love. So they can’t communicate with one another because of their isolation. Therefore, the Compsons are destined to meet the fall of the family and Faulkner expresses this process of the Compson family’s destruction through Quentin’s consciousness on his final day mixed with his painful past. So Quentin can be said to be a central hero in the novel and he plays an important role as a mouthpiece of the Compson family’s destruction. He is also one of the sick heroes in Faulkner’s novels and a victim in modern sense, who can’t overcome the impulse of suicide. The central event of The Sound and the Fury is Caddy’s affair with Dalton Ames and it is a major cause of Quentin’s suicide. Quentin is obsessed with Caddy’s virginity. His obsession with Caddy’s virginity is symbolic of his desire to find something pure and unspoiled to belive in. Although his father tries to make Quentin understand that it is the fanciful man who invents “Virginity” and that woman don’t care about it, Quentin, hurted by this statement, can find no ethical system of values which would compensate for his father’s negative view of the world. All the acts that he observes in the modern world seem to affirm his father’s views. Such awakening toward this world makes him feel that life is also useless and drives him to the impulse of suicide. Another major motive of Quentin’s suicide is his character. Quentin equates time with reality which stands for Caddy’s loss of virginity. That is why he devotes so much effort to escape from the symbols of time. Only an eternal sleep from which he will not awaken forever will stop the destructive effect of time which wears away all values and beliefs. To say in conclusion, Faulkner succeeds in presenting one of the ultimate human problems through the suicide of Quentin who experienced the extreme agony in the traditional southern world so different from this world.
