로직모델 기반 평가 프레임워크를 이용한 공공도서관 어린이 독서 프로그램 성과 측정 연구

본 연구는 공공도서관에서 운영하는 프로그램의 성과를 로직모델을 기반으로 개발된 평가 프레임워크를 적용하여 측정하고자 하였다. 성과 측정을 위해 서울 소재 한 공공도서관에서 운영하는 여러 프로그램 중 어린이 독서 프로그램을 선정하였다. 성과 측정 과정은 어린이 독서 프로그램의 계획, 진행, 평가 등의 업무과정 일체를 분석하여 로직 모델을 구현하였으며 이에 의거하여 예상되는 성과를 측정하였다. 데이터는 KOLAS를 통해 회원정보, 서지정보, 대출정보 등을 수집하였고, 프로그램 운영 현황에 대한 데이터는 프로그램 진행 후 작성된 보고서에서 추출하였다. 측정 결과 어린이 독서 프로그램에 참여한 회원들의 대출빈도가 상승하였고, 프로그램의 주제에 따라 대출 장서의 주제가 변화하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 독서 프로그램이 갖는 효과와 의미를 확인할 수 있었으며, 성과평가가 도서관에서 운영하는 타 프로그램 및 도서관 업무 등의 효과성을 측정하는데 유용한 도구가 될 수 있음을 보여주었다. The purpose of this study is to measure the outcomes of a program provided by a public library using the evaluation framework based on Logic Model. A reading program for children which was operated by a public library in Seoul was selected. The outcome evaluation was started with the analysis of the reading program process including planning, operation, and evaluation. Based on the analysis, a logic model framework for outcome evaluation was developed. For evaluation, user, bibliography, and circulation data were collected from the library KOLAS system. Additionally, the participant information were extracted from the final report drafted after the program. The research results show that the number of circulation of program participants was increased after the program. In addition, the range of reading topic was expanded. These findings indicate that the reading program is an effective program for promoting children's reading habit and that outcome evaluation might be a valid tool to measure the effectiveness of public library programs.
집진효율 향상을 위한 미세 에어로졸 입자의 응축에 의한 성장 연구

As the environmental problems grow, the regulation of the pollutants emitted from power plants increases. Most of the pollutants in particle phase are removed by particle removal facilities, but fine particles between 0.1 micron and I micron in diameter have a low removal efficiency compared to particles in other size ranges. Therefore the present concern has concentrated on the removal of those fine particles. The purpose of this study is to grow fine particles by condensation to the range larger than I micron. Theoretically the general dynamic equation is solved with an assumption that the particle size follows a log-normal distribution to calculate the temporal behavior of the size distribution. Experiments have been carried out to compare the results with the theoretical predictions. Particles grown by condensation are sampled by impactors and observed with SEM photographs.
고주파유도용접된 열교환기용 BAS121합금튜브의 기계적 특성에 미치는 인발조건의 영향

The aim of this study is to investigate the optimum drawing parameter for BAS121 welded tubes. The BAS121 aluminium alloy tubes with 25 mm in external diameter and 1.3 mm in thickness for heat-exchangers were manufactured by high frequency induction welding with the V shaped convergence angle $6.5^{\circ}$ and power input 55 kW. With increasing the reduction of area ($13,\;21\%$) by drawing, tensile strength was increased and elongation was decreased. With increasing the reduction of area by drawing, hardness in weld metal increased rapidly, while that of base metal increased slowly. In the specimen with the outer diameter smaller than 22 mm, hardness of weld metal was higher than that of base metal. The optimum drawing parameter of area reduction in BAS121 alloys was estimated about $13\%$ because of the work hardening of welds.

For military training and course-of-action analysis, OneSAF Int'l version being used in ROK Army has a limited capability to simulate NBC(nuclear, biological, and chemical) damages. For high-fidelity NBC combat simulation, it is required to visualize NBC contamination dispersion in consideration of weather conditions and terrain characteristics. However, OneSAF itself handling interaction among thousands of combat entities cannot carry out a simulation of NBC contamination dispersion because it brings about an excess burden. To resolve this problem, this research aims to design simulation federation for analysis on NBC operational effects. After examining design consideration to connect OneSAF and a NBC contamination dispersion model, we design a federation architecture that facilitates the interaction between OneSAF and a NBC contamination dispersion model. Afterwards, we implement a federation interface to share simulation data by publish-subscribe pattern and to translate them into the proprietary format for each model. We prove the possibility of federation between both models, as showing that dispersion of NBC contaminated cloud and changes in concentration are reflected in OneSAF-based engagement simulation.
다자간 원격 협업을 위한 적응형 전송 기능을 가진 고화질 영상 서비스의 설계 및 구현

효과적인 원격 헙업환경을 구축하기 위해서는 참가자들이 의도하는 바를 사실적으로 전달하여야 하며, 특히 손동작, 표정, 분위기와 같은 시각적인 감정전달 요소들은 고품질 영상 전달을 통해 상호간에 공유되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다자간 공동작업 환경으로 널리 사용되고 있는 액세스그리드(Access Grid, AG)에 기반을 둔 디지털 영상과 고선명 디지털 영상 지원하는 고화질 영상 서비스를 제안하여 협업 환경의 실감성 향상에 기여하고자 한다. 제안하는 영상 서비스는 다양한 영상 코덱과 영상 프로그램을 AG 환경에서 이용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, AG 노드들에 다양한 영상 서비스를 송수신할 수 있는 세션 묘사 및 공지 프로토콜을 이용한다. 또한 급격한 네트워크 상황 변화에 따른 영상 품질 저하를 최소화하기 위하여 네트워크 적응형 전송 기법을 이용한 디지털 비디오 전송 기능을 제공한다. 이는 종단간 멀티캐스트 네트워크 성능을 지속적으로 감시하고, 네트워크 성능에 따른 송신측 프레임 전송률을 조절한다. 테스트베드에서의 구현 및 실험 결과는 제안하는 서비스가 AG 영상 서비스의 품질을 개선하고 네트워크 변화에 의한 품질저하 현상을 감소시킬 수 있음을 보여준다. To construct seamless collaborative environments, what all participants intent should be delivered, and visual elements such gesture, facial expression, and ambiance should be shared with all participants. In this paper, we propose high-quality video service to support DV(digital video) and HDV(high-definition DV) based on Access Grid(AG) which is a prevalent collaborative system. The proposed service is designed for employing versatile media tools and codecs with SDP(session description protocol) and SAP(session announcement protocol). We also design network-adaptive video transmission module to mitigate the impact of network fluctuation. This periodically monitors multicast performance and controls frame rate on sender side considering network condition. The experimental results over the test bed show that proposed service enhances quality of AG video service and provides seamless high-quality video transport by mitigating the impact of network fluctuation.
맞춤형 주거환경수정을 이용한 노인의 건강상태 차이비교 분석: 커뮤니티케어 사업을 중심으로

본 연구는 65세 이상 노인 36명을 대상으로 커뮤니티 케어 사업에서의 주거환경수정이 낙상 위험환경과 대상자의 건강상태에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 주거환경 및 대상자의 특성에 대한 평가를 위해 HOME FAST와 WHODAS-K 2.0을 사용하였으며, 집단 사전·사후 실험연구로 진행되었다. 평가를 바탕으로 주거환경수정 서비스를 시행한 결과, 낙상 위험수준은 통계적으로 유의하게 감소되는 변화를 나타내었으며(p<.01), 건강상태의 경우에는 이동성(p<.01)과 사회참여(p<.05)영역에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되어 전반적 건강상태(p<.05)의 변화에도 긍정적인 변화를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 더 많은 연구 대상자 확보하고, 포괄적인 주거환경 평가를 활용한 연구가 필요하며, 주거환경수정의 질적 서비스 제공을 위해 대상자 우선순위 선별과정과 전문인력 인프라 확충이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of home modification in the community care project on the fall risk environment and the health condition in elderly people aged 65 and over. HOME FAST and WHODAS-K 2.0 were used to evaluate, and it was conducted as a group pre-post experimental study. As a result of implementing the home modification service based on the assessment, the fall risk level showed a statistically significant decrease (p<.01), and in the case of health condition, mobility (p<.01) and social participation (p<.05) was confirmed that it was statistically significantly improved in the domain, showing a positive change in the overall health condition (p<.05). In the future, research using a comprehensive home assessment is needed for more subjects. and a process of selecting subjects prior, expansion of professional manpower infrastructure to providing a quality service is required.
정신분열병환자에서 만발성 운동장애와 $5-HT_6$ 수용체 유전자 다형성(267C/T)과의 관계

Objectives:Tardive dyskinesia(TD) is a serious side effect associated with long-term antipsychotic treatments. Some candidate genetic polymorphisms were reported to be associated with TD and possible involvement of serotonergic receptors in the pathophysiology of TD has been suggested. In the present study, we investigated the association between $5-HT_6$ receptor gene polymorphism and TD with schizophrenia. Methods:To investigate the relationship between $5-HT_6$ receptor gene polymorphism and TD, 60 patients with TD were compared with 60 patients without TD. The 267C/T allele of $5-HT_6$ receptor gene was genotyped by means of polymerase chain reaction method. TD was evaluated using the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS). Results:The patients with the three 267C/T genotype showed no significant differences in age, gender, and duration of illness. No significant difference in genotype frequencies was observed between schizophrenic patients with and without TD. In addition, there was no difference in allele frequencies. Further analysis with an measure of AIMS scores showed that these scores were not significantly influenced by the $5-HT_6$ receptor gene polymorphism. Conclusion:These results suggest that 267C/T polymorphism of $5-HT_6$ receptor gene is not significantly associated with susceptibility to TD in schizophrenia.
