한국 성폭력 전담 간호사의 역할 개발: 델파이 기법의 적용

This study aimed to develop the role of sexual assault nurse examiners (SANE) in South Korea. This will attempt to standardize the role of nurses in Sexual Violence Victim Support Centers across the country. This research was conducted with three steps: integrated literature review, Delphi study, and legal validity review. Three-round Delphi surveys were undertaken with 16 Korean experts. In the 3rd round, there was consensus in the degree of consensus, degree of convergence, and content validity ratio (CVR). The result of the study identified five roles, six domains, and 61 nursing activities. The role of the Korean SANE was found to be different from that in other countries due to differences in the Korean medical system and law. If this study is applied to practice in Sexual Violence Victim Support Centers and nurses are accordingly educated, performance of SANEs is predicted to improve. This will then contribute to the reduction of sexual crimes.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate children's perception of stress and the family support, taking into consideration the family type and the effects of working mothers and sibling numbers. This study also investigated stress levels among children in relationto their perceptions of family support. The subjects were 493 fourth and sixth graders selected from six elementary schools in Seoul. Statistical techniques such as frequency, mean, 3-way ANOVA, One-way ANOVA, Scheff-test were used to examine responses. In general, children highly valued family support and felt the effects of academic related stress more than any other kind of stress. Working mothers, family type and sibling numbers had a significant effect stress levels and perception of family support. The most influential factor was the number of siblings. The only child perceived the highest family support and experienced the lowest stress levels in all areas. On the other hand, children with more than two siblings perceived the lowest family support and experienced the highest stress levels. Overall, a high perception of family support decreased child stress.

Purpose: OSCE, Objective Structured Clinical Examination, is a good way to evaluate clinical skills of nursing students. To do this, we need modules, evaluators, persons to run the examination, as well as models and standardized patients if necessary. Author coached nursing students to develop modules and ran the examination by themselves. Method: 24 third-year and 4 first-year students volunteered; third-year students developed 5 modules, and organized and ran the examination. First-year students played patient role. 60 2nd-year students participated as examinees. Modules were duplicated to finish examination in a given time. The relationship between OSCE score, conventional clinical evaluation score and credit of students was compared. Effect of module duplication on score was tested. And responses of examinees were collected. Results: There was no correlation between OSCE and conventional clinical evaluation score (r=0.07), and credit (r=0.27). And there was no difference of OSCE score between duplicated modules (53.77±7.61 vs 55.33±7.74). Response of examinees to OSCE was favorable. Examinee did not expressed resistance for the evaluation by OSCE developed and ran by students. Conclusion: Nursing students successfully developed and ran OSCE, which was accepted favorably by examinees. Student-developed OSCE may play a role in evaluation of clinical performance.
한국 법의간호학 교육의 현실과 발전 방안: 포커스 그룹 인터뷰의 적용

본 연구는 국내 법의간호학 교육의 현실과 발전 방안을 확인하여, 법의간호학 교육의 발전에기여하고자 시도되었다. 국내 법의간호학 전문가 4인을 대상으로 110분 동안 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를시행하고 수집한 자료를 내용 분석하였다. 그 결과, 총 58개의 의미 있는 진술문이 추출되었고, 이를바탕으로 29개의 하위범주, 10개의 범주, ‘법의간호학 학문으로서의 정립, 법의간호학 교육의 현황, 국내 법의간호학 교육의 발전 방안 모색, 법의간호학 교육 프로그램 개발’이라는 4개의 주제가 도출되었다. 국내 법의간호학 교육의 발전을 위해서는 온라인 교육 프로그램의 개발을 통한 접근성 향상, 현재 시행되고 있는 교육 프로그램의 체계성 확보, 법의간호학 교수자의 전문성 향상, 대한법의간호학회와 대한간호협회 등 관련 기관의 노력이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 반영하여 학교와 의료기관 등에서 법의간호학 교육 프로그램을 개발한다면, 궁극적으로 법의간호 대상자의인권 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
