        The purpose of the study was to figure out the most effective teaching and learning methods for the running long jump record. For the study, 4 sample classes were selected from four classes of K middle school in In-Cheon. they were divided into four groups, each formed with 40 subjects - group A, group B, group C, group D. Group A exercised using the program that limited an approach running distance to 25M, group B exercised using the speed exercising program with the limit of approach running distance to 18M, group C exercised using the jump exercising program that were consisted of 3 steps, one-step jumping and box training, group D exercised with free style including that subject decided the approach running distance with their convenience by themselves. A t-test was employed for the comparison between valid running long jump and modified running long jump records. Also ANOVA was employed for the among-group comparisons. The results of the study were as follows: 1. All four training methods were effective for 50M running after training period, while group B improved the percentage of improvement on their running time the most. but there was no significant differences among the groups. 2. All four training methods were effective for sargent jump after training period, while group C improved the percentage of improvement on their record the most. but there was no significant differences among the groups. 3. Comparing between valid running long jumping record and modified running long jumping record, there was no significant difference among the groups, but all four training methods were effective for record of valid and modified running long jumping record after training period, while group D improved the percentage of improvement on record the most. 4. Comparing the improvement of the record between valid running long jump and modified running long jump record, there was no significant difference between, while all the group except group D improved the record of modified running long jump record. 5. For the analysis of the training effect between modified and valid running long jump through t-test, there was no significant difference on the training effect between modified and valid method, while there was significant difference on the pure record in middle, after the training period.

      • 태권도 선수들의 심판 판정 인식에 따른 심리 상태 및 경기 영향도 분석

        이 연구는 남 · 여 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교, 실업팀 태권도 선수들의 심판원 및 심판 판정에 대한 제반적인 인식도를 조사하고, 이에 따른 선수들의 심리적 상태와 경기에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 지역별로 중 · 고 · 대 · 실업팀 각각 3개 팀씩 총 619명을 선정하여 선수들로 하여금 설문지에 자기평가기입법(self-administrated method)으로 응답하도록 하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구의 목적에 맞게 기술통계(descriptive statistics), 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 단순회귀분석(Simple regression)을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 연구문제의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배경변인에 따른 심판원 및 심판 판정 인식과 선수들의 심리 상태 및 경기 영향을 분석한 결과, 심판 판정에 대한 일반적인 인식에서는 성별 요인에서, 심판 판정의 공정성 인식에서는 성별 (p<.001), 학력(p<.05), 체급별(p<.05)요인에서, 심판 판정의 일관성 인식에서는 성별(p<.001), 처 급별(p<.05)요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 배경변인에 따른 선수들의 심리적 상태 영향을 분석한 걸과, 선수들의 심리적 상태에 대한 영향에서 성별(p<.05), 학력(p<.01), 운동경력(p<.이)간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 경기에 대한 영향에서 성별(p<.05)에 대해서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 태권도 선수들의 심판원 및 심판 판정 인식에 따른 선수들의 심리상태에 대한 영향력 자이 결과, 심리적 상태에 대한 영향과 경기에 대한 영향은 .492로 정적상관을 강고 있으며, 통계적으로 p<.01 수준에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 심판원에 대한 인식과 심판 판정 요인 간에는 매우 높은 상관관계를 보여주고 있으며, 심판 판정의 공정성, 일관성, 신속성의 순서대로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 태권도 선수들의 심판원에 대해 긍정적으로 인식할수록 심판 판정에 대해서도 긍정적으로 인식한다는 점을 의미하며, 또한 심판 판정의 공정성, 신속성, 일관성이 있다고 인식할수록 태권도 심판원에 대한 인식도 긍정적이라는 사실을 보여주고 있다. 결론적으로 이 연구결과를 기초할 때 그 동안 태권도 경기에서 심판 판정과 관련하여 심판의 판정이 우수선수를 선발하는데 있어 잘못 평가되어져 왔음을 인식하고, 심판은 심판교육과 관련하여 판정의 객관성을 제고시키기 위한 방법으로 보다 심층적으로 규명할 수 있는 후속연구 및 제도적 장치를 구축하여할 것으로 생각된다. This study set out to investigate the general perception of the judges and their judgments of Taekwondo players from co-ed middle and high schools, colleges, and professional teams, and to examine and analyze the impacts of the perception on their psychological state and performance. For those purposes, three teams were selected from the middle and high schools, colleges, and professional teams in each region. Total 619 subjects participated in the study and filled out a questionnaire in a self-administrated method. The collected data went through descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and simple regression analysis according to the research goals. The following conclusions were drawn regarding the research questions: First, it was examined what kind of relations there were between 'the players' perception of the judges and their judgments' and 'their psychological state and performance' according to the background variables. As a result, there were statically significant differences in their perception of the judgments' fairness in gender(p<.001), educational background(p<.05), and weight(p<.05). As for their perception of the judgments' consistency, there were statistically significant differences in gender(p<.001) and weight(p<.05). Second, the players' psychological state was analyzed according to the background variables. As a result, there were statistically significant differences in gender(p<.05), educational backgrounds(p<.01), and Taekwondo career(p<.01). As for their performance, there were significant differences in gender(p<.05). Third, it was examined how their perception of the judges and their judgments affected their psychological state and performance. As a result, there were positive relations of .492 between their psychological state and performance with the significance level at p<.01. Fourth, there were extremely great correlations between their perception of the judges and their judgements in the order of fairness, consistency, and quickness of the judgments, which implies that the more positive perception the Taekwondo players had of the judges, the more positively they thought their judgments were and that those players who thought the judgments to be fair, quick, and consistent had a positive perception of the judges. In short, the study started with the acknowledgement that there were wrong practices to screen great Taekwondo players by the judges. In the future it's necessary to study in-depth and develop some institutional measures to increase the objectivity of judgments in addition to more education of the judges.

        포텐셜 함수와 슬라이딩 모드 제어기법을 이용한 무인기 군집비행 제어기 설계

        본 논문에서는 포텐셜 함수와 슬라이딩 모드 제어기법을 이용한 행동양식 기반의 분산 형 군집비행 제어구조를 제안하였다. 군집비행 행동양식을 위해 각 개체의 상호작용을 포텐셜 함수로 표현하였으며, 군집형태를 유지하며 기준궤적을 추종하기 위해 군집중심점 제어기법을 제안하였다. 시스템의 불확실성과 임무환경에 의한 포텐셜 함수 변화에 대해 강건한 성능을 유지하기 위해 슬라이딩 모드 제어기법을 적용하여 제어기를 구성하고 안정성을 평가하였다. 또한 예상하지 못한 장애물에 대한 군집 회피기동을 위해 비행경로 수정기법을 제시하였다. 수치 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 군집비행 제어기법의 성능을 평가하였다. This paper deals with a behavior based decentralized control strategy for UAV swarming utilizing the artificial potential functions and the sliding mode control technique. Individual interactions for swarming behavior are modeled using the artificial potential functions. The motion of individual UAV is directed toward the negative gradient of the combined potential. For tracking the reference trajectory of UAV swarming, a swarming center is considered as the object of control. The sliding-mode control technique is adopted to make the proposed swarm control strategy robust with respect to the system uncertainties and the varying mission environment. Numerical simulation is performed to verify the performance of the proposed controller.

        Our adolescents, despite of its importance, cannot build their own healthy recreation culture and they have the distorted forms of recreations due to several factors which restrain their recreation activities. Therefore we need to find out how they spend their spare time through sports and leisure activities and what kinds of problems are lie in it in order to offer basic data of adolescents' recreational activities and build up their characters. This study surveyed and analyzed actual conditions of their recreation activities. And the purpose of the study was to offer basic data which might help adolescents to build their own healthy recreation culture and to give teachers guiding data for recreation education. As the result of the survey and analysis, it is necessary to assign more recreation time to students and to take recreation education actively through normalizing school system. Following conclusions are made from the study. 1) It must be analyzed why adolescents don't take part in sports and leisure activities. Then adolescents' participation in them should be encouraged. 2) We should teach teenagers the necessities of doing sports and leisure activities at home, in school and in society to understand the recreation newly. 3) Most adolescents spend tim~ in sports and leisure activities twice a week and less than one hour a day, showing the amount of exercise is lacking. Especially, as they move to the upper grade, the amount of time for sports and leisure was decreased. 4) About 80% of students have thought that they don't have the sufficient amount of time for indoor and outdoor sports due to too many school works. Therefore school curriculum must be reconsidered. 5) Cultivating friendship motivates adolescents to recreate themselves with sports and leisure activities. For that reason, sports and leisure activities which can be enjoyed with their friends should be developed and publicized. 6) Adolescents do sports and leisure activities in a passive way because of their personalities, game rules and boredom. Hence the schooling of them must be required. 7) Because of the scarcity of facilities, most adolescents enjoy sports and leisure activities in school. Accordingly, we must deliberate on expanding facilities, cutting down on the rental fees.

        다운증후군 아동의 발목 근력과 유연성 향상 운동프로그램 참여가 보행 패턴 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 발목 움직임을 발생시키는 근육들의 근력, 유연성 향상을 위한 운동 프로그램 참여가 다운 증후군 아동들의 보행능력과 균형능력에 어떠한 영향을 줄 수 있을지 과학적으로 검증해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 B광역시에 거주하는 10명의 다운증후군 아동들이 참여하였다. 운동 프로그램 참여 전·후 발뒤꿈치 접지시간 비율, 보행각도, 발의 회내 비율, 양발서기와 오른발/왼발 외발서기 시 균형능력을 대응표본 t-검정(paired t-test)을 실시하여 측정 변인 간에 사전/사후 결과 차이를 검증 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 발뒤꿈치가 접촉 시간이 증가되어 발이 흡수하는 충격을 분산 시키는 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 양발보행각도의 감소로 인해 정상인의 보행각도에 근접한 결과를 보여주었다. 셋째, 양발지지와 오른발/왼발지지 조건 모두에서 균형능력의 향상을 보였다. The purpose of this study is to scientifically verify how participation in an ankle muscle strength and flexibility training can affect to improve the gait pattern and balance ability of children with Down syndrome. The participants for this study were 10 children with Down's syndrome living in metropolitan city B. The heel contact time ratio, gait angle, more pronated change ratio, and balance ability when standing on both feet and right/left uni-foot standing before and after participating in ankle muscle strength and flexibility training were measured and conducted to a paired t-test to compare the results between pre and post test. As a result, first, the heel contact time ratio was increased, which has the effect of dispersing the shock absorbed by the foot. Second, the gait angle was close to that of a normal person. Third, balance abilities were improved in both foot support and right/left foot support conditions.

      • 노면 경사도 추정 기법을 이용한 CVT 최적 정속 주행 제어 기법에 관한 연구

        Estimation of longitudinal load such as road slope and rolling resistance is essential for precise cruise control of automotives. In this paper, using model based road slope estimation method with gravity sensor, precise longitudinal dynamic model of automotive vehicle is presented for vehicle auto-cruise control. Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) can cover a wide range of ratios and shift the engine operating points for a certain demanded power towards higher loads and lower speeds. This makes it possible to operate a combustion engine in more efficient working points than stepped. With this merit, fuel optimal cruise control by CVT ratio control is possible using precise longitudinal dynamic model using model based road slope estimation.

      • DCT 제어기 설계 및 검증을 위한 HIL 기반의 시험 자동화 시스템 구축

        DCT system is innovational transmission system. But because of complexity of DCT system, model based development is essential for DCT TCU function development. Also, new validation system is necessary to reduce development / validation cycle time and cost. This study suggests the a HIL(Hardware-In-the-Loop) simulator, which can validate DCT TCU system, and HIL based automated test process. This system can not only reduce the development/validation cycle time and cost but also ensure more reliable vehicle quality. This automated test process makes possible to perform tests that require critical timing, hazardous environment, complex scenario and repetitive practice under various conditions. And we can obtain more reliable test results, as well as validation cycle time is reduced and the quality of vehicle is improved.

      • 중력 센서를 이용한 모델 기반 노면 경사도 추정기법

        Precise estimation of vehicle mass and road grade are crucial issues in longitudinal control of automotives, such as drivability, traction, or cruise control. There are two main methods for calculating road slope, which is model based road slope estimation and g-sensor based road slope estimation. Vehicle model based road slope estimation needs exact vehicle parameter values and many restriction for slope estimation such as gear shifting, inaccurate estimated engine torque, etc. On the other hand, G-sensor based slope estimation can be calculated most of driving condition but there can be error with real road slope by sensor offset or by vehicle suspension setting. In this paper, a recursive least square method is implemented to the model based road slope estimation for offline parameter estimation and bias adaptation for the g-sensor based road slope estimation will be followed. With bias adaptation, g-sensor based road slope estimation can be reliable for most of driving condition.
