Human error of the engineer are constantly occurring by insufficiency of scientific analysis considering the behavior of railway engagements and actual working conditions and lack of research for accidents. This study investigated how to improve the system through AHP and FGI analysis of interviews and questionnaires for electric vehicles driving licenses, which cultivates the most train drivers. 제4차 산업혁명은 철도분야에도 빠르게 자리 잡고 있다. 반면, 철도종사의 행동, 실제 근무여건 등을 고려한 과학적 분석 및 미흡한 대책으로 기관사의 인적오류로 인한 사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 철도차량 운전면허 자격시험에 인적오류와 관련된 문제 출제, 시뮬레이터용 소프트웨어 개발 등 여러 가지 대책을 마련하고 있지만, 한계가 있는 것도 사실이다. 본 연구는 현재 가장 많은 인력을 양산하는 제2종 전기차량 운전면허를 전문가 인터뷰 및 설문조사에 대한 AHP 및 FGI 분석을 통해 제도 개선 방안을 연구하였다.

The aim of this study is to specify the stress and satisfaction factors for the duties of railway driverless operators and to analyze effect relationship between these factors. To accomplish this, this paper designs questionnaires about various stress and satisfaction factors and then conducts factor analysis and correlation analysis through surveys. This study has significances that the characteristics of the duty stress for railway driverless operators are verified with the characteristics of general stress and the correlation of the duty satisfaction is analyzed.

2016년 12월 수서고속철도의 개통으로 고속 열차의 시대는 끝없는 경쟁체계가 구축되었다. 철도이용자는 선택의 폭이 넓어짐에 따라 이용 요금, 접근성, 서비스 질 등 다양한 요구가 커지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 철도운영자는 서비스 이용자의 다양한 욕구 충족을 통해 고객 만족을 통한 사업 성과를 이끌어 내고 있다. 본 연구는 마케팅 측면에서 중요하게 여겨지는 고객 가치 요인을 분석하고 검증한다. December 19,2016 with the opening of SRT, the age of high-speed trains has reached an endless competition. As the choice of users has widened, demand for various users such as usage fee, accessibility, and service quality is increasing. As such, satisfying various needs of railroad service users leads to business performance through customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study analyzes and validates the factors of customer value that are considered important from the marketing point of view.

철도분야 최적유지보수(RCM) 시스템 구축에 관한 연구

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to propose that domestic rail must the work to be done in the RCM system and railway operators are to present a direction to establish the efficient and systematic system based on this. Methods : In recent years, domestic railway accidents has decreased year rapidly every year. In particular, suicidal ideation was greater than 50% of the accidents is showing a larger decrease in the influence of the screen-door construction. However, the train delay has been maintained without major changes since 2010. The most important cause of the delay operation is a vehicle breakdown. This fact demonstrates that effective maintenance of the most important activities in the railway accident prevention activities. So we have to build a RCM system in which the characteristics of the domestic railway accident. Conclusion : We proposed what is necessary functionality and the function requires a railway operators in RCM railway systeml.

남북철도 통합을 위한 연구경향에 대한 분석연구: 유럽 상호운영성 기술사양 중심으로

2000년 7월부터 남북 철도교류 합의 되었지만 빈번한 사업무산을 경험하였다. 남북한의 꾸준한 노력을 통해 2018년 18일간의 북한 철도에 대한 공동조사 사업을 진행하였다. 또한 2018년 6월, 국제철도협의기구에 정회원으로 가입되면서 남북철도의 법적근거도 마련하였다. 하지만 불확실한 남북철도의 환경 때문에 다양한 분야에서의 남북철도 관련 연구결과에 대한 분석이 미비하였다. 본 논문에서는 2007년 이후에 발표된 남북철도 관련된 논문을 수집하여 TSI 기준을 근거로 9가지 분야로 분류하였다, 그 결과 인프라에 대한 분야가 28.5%로 가장 많이 연구되고, 차량 및 제어/신호분야는 3.6%로 가장 적게 연구 된 것을 확인하였다.추후에는 북한지역에 적합한 차량 및 제어/신호에 대한 연구가 활발히 되어야 한다는 결과를 도출하였다. Since July 2000, South-Korea and North-Korea have been agreed railway exchange but they have experienced frequent business failures. Through constant efforts by the two Koreas, they conducted a joint investigation project on the North Korean railroad for 18 days in 2018. In June 2018, South-Korea became a full member of the Organization for the Cooperation of Railways, which laid the legal grounds for South-Korea and North-Korea railways. However, due to the uncertainty of the South-Korea and North-Korea railways environment, the results of the research on theSouth-Korea and North-Korea railways in various fields were insufficient. In this paper, the papers related to South-Korea and North-Korea railways published after 2007 were classified into nine fields based on TSI standards. As a result, it was confirmed that the field of infrastructure was researched the most with 28.5%, and the vehicle and control/signal areas with the least research with 3.6%. In the future, the study on the vehicle and control/signal suitable for North Korea should be actively conducted.

K-Means 클러스터링과 Prophet 모형을 이용한 서울특별시 미세먼지 농도 예측

Since the transition from the agricultural society to the industrialized society, fine dust has become a major threat to human health. In particular, it is a more fatal risk factor for the elderly or children. Since there is a trade-off relationship between industry and fine dust reduction, it is practically impossible to remove fine dust. However, if changes in the concentration of fine dust can be predicted in advance, the risk to the human health can be reduced through preparation in advance. In this study, we derived a fine dust prediction model by dividing 25 districts in Seoul into 5 clusters through K-Means clustering using fine dust (PM10) concentration data for 8 years and applying the Prophet model to each cluster, and demonstrated validity by evaluating the predictive performance of the model.

프로세스 중심의 경험지식 기반 이트레이닝(e-training) 시스템 구축 철도수송분야 운행 및 관제 프로세스를 중심으로

철도수송분야는 운행 중 이례상황 발생 시 신속하고 정확한 대처 여부가 업무 효율성뿐만 아니라 안전 문제에도 직결되기 때문에, 실무자를 훈련하는 이트레이닝 과정에서도 기능별 교육훈련과 더불어, 실제 업무 프로세스 상에서 나타날 수 있는 다양한 상황을 고려한 지식기반이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 프로세스 맵핑 방법론을 활용하여 철도수송분야의 핵심 업무인 열차운전과 관제 프로세스에 연동된 다차원 지식기반을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 결과 도출된 프로세스 연동 지식기반을 활용하여 향후 실무 전문가의 살아있는 경험지식을 업무 프로세스 흐름을 따라 이트레이닝 교육과정에서 활용하는 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The safety culture of an organization is the product of individual and group values attitudes perceptions competencies and patterns of behaviour that determine the commitment to and the style and proficiency of an organization's health and safety management. A good safety culture includes effective appropriate safety management systems; strong safety leadership & commitment from management; participation and involvement of the workforce; and organizational learning and continuous improvement. This paper will introduce the safety culture inspection standards and process in Korea Railway. The main purpose is to get a better understanding of safety culture and to develop measuring tool. First of all we developed the composition factor of safety culture and the question set. And we prepared the base of computerization of safety culture measurement by developing of evaluation standards and weighted value.

국가철도안전감독에 필요한 안전기준에 관한 연구

The purpose of Overall Railroad Safety Audit(ORSA) is to prevent railroad accidents and every two years to inspect and evaluate whether or not railroad operators faithfully adhere to railroad safety guidelines in accordance with the Railroad Safety Law. However despite of the many contributions of ORSA due to lots of railroad accidents such as train failures and derailment caused track irregularity this year it has been recently considered that ORSA will be renewed into Safety Certificates System as a complement. In order to guarantee railroad safety new Safety Certificates must included appropriate safety standards considering current our country's railroad conditions. Therefore in this study we're going to compare safety components of foreign audit system with those of Airlines field based on ORSA's contents for years to review Safety Management System and Safety Culture as a result we'd like to suggest to updated Railway Safety Standards.
