Out of 1,685,461 people who had criminal records in Korea in 2017, or 46.7 percent of the total number of ex-convict in Korea was 787,453. The Korea Rehabilitation Agency is helping the ex-convict prevent re-criminals and re-enter the community through the job support program, but there are growing voices in the field regarding the mis-matching of employers and employees. Therefore, Our research team will investigate the difference between employers of employment cooperation companies and their clients in the Korea Rehabilitation Agency, and make policy suggestions based on the differences in employment-related perceptions and desires. A survey was conducted on 100 clients and 49 employers of the agency's business cooperation, and analyzed the data using SPSS Statistics 21. The research indicates that most of the employers point out the employee is not ready to work due to lack of ability and conflicts in the workplace, and the employee insist that the employee is having difficulties in working conditions due to his or her expected wage, work environment, and relationship with the employer.
