      • 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 도메인 분석 및 설계 방법

        CBSD(Component-Based Software Development)는 이미 존재하는 소프트웨어 컴포넌트를 조립함으로써 시스템을 개발하는 방법이다. 컴포넌트를 이용하여 시스템을 개발하는 것은 개발시간과 비용을 줄이고, 생산성을 향상시키는 등 여러 가지 장점을 가진다. 그러나 여러 벤더에 의해 개발된 컴포넌트를 조립하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이를 위해 컴포넌트가 어떤 문맥에서 사용되는 지 이해하는 것이 필요하며, 이 문맥은 아키텍쳐에 의해 결정된다. 따라서 컴포넌트 기반의 어플리케이션 개발은 아키텍쳐를 기반으로 하였을 때 가능하다. 또한 컴포넌트 기반 어플리케이션 개발을 위해서는 도메인 개념이 필수적이다. 컴포넌트의 재사용성을 높이기 위해서 관련된 시스템의 집합인 도메인에서 컴포넌트를 개발해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 기반 어플리케이션 개발을 지원하는 도메인 아키텍쳐 개발방법을 제안한다. 도메인 아키텍쳐는 도메인 분석 및 설계 과정에서 생성되는 것으로 컴포넌트와 그들간의 관계를 표현한다. 도메인 아키텍쳐를 이용하여 컴포넌트를 개발함으로써 재사용성이 높은 컴포넌트를 효율적으로 개발할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 어플리케이션 개발 시 도메인에서 제공하는 정보를 이용하여 쉽게 어플리케이션을 개발할 수 있다. Component-based software development(CBSD) is a method for building large software systems by integrating previously-existing software components. Software development method using components has several advantages such that reducing time to delivery and development costs, and increasing productivity, etc. But, integrating components developed from multiple vendors is too difficult. As a result, it is required the understanding on the context of use to develop reusable components. The context of use for software component is determined by software architecture. Therefore, it is possible to develop an application based on components if it is based on software architecture. Also, it is essential to consider domain concepts for CBSD. To increase the reusability of components, we should develop components in a domain which is a set of related systems. In this paper, we proposed a domain architecture development methodology that supports component-based software development. Domain architecture that represents components and their relationship is produced through domain analysis and design process. We believe that component development methodology using proposed domain architecture can efficiently develop highly reusable components as well as easily develop an application using information acquired from domain architecture.

        바위수염 추출물의 파골세포 분화 억제 및 에스트라디올 활성 평가

        In the present study, the estrogenic activity and anti-osteoclastogenic activity of the Myelophycus simplex extract were evaluated using T47D-Kbluc cells and bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs). As a result of the measurement of the estrogenic activity in the T47D-Kbluc cell line, the Myelophycus simplex extract showed increased estrogenic activity in a dose-dependent manner in association with its concentration. To confirm the regulatory effect of the Myelophycus simplex extract on the estrogen-responsive gene, the Myelophycus simplex extract showed a similar tendency to estradiol: the expression of estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) was significantly decreased while the expression of estrogen receptor 2 (ESR2) was increased. Furthermore, the Myelophycus simplex extract exhibited an inhibitory effect on osteoclast differentiation. In conclusion, these Myelophycus simplex extracts might be regarded as candidates for further studies or the development of functional food products or medicine to prevent or avoid postmenopausal symptoms for women.

      • 한방 치료를 병행한 슬관절 재활 CPM 증례보고 3례

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to report the cases of knee injury that are treated with both CPM and Korean medicine. Methods : We treated 3 patients who had knee joint pain and gait disturbance by knee injuries with Korean medicine and CPM treatment. We evaluated the outcomes by checking NRS, ROM, Lysholm knee score, walking state and other symptoms. Results : The NRS, ROM, Lysholm knee score, and other symptoms of 3 patients were improved before they. These results show possibilities of simultaneous treatment of Korean medicine and CPM. But there is a limit that the number of cases is not sufficient, and there was no long-term follow-up after discharge. Conclusions : Simultaneous treatment of Korean medicine and CPM has an effect on knee joint rehabilitation. Further studies are needed to prove the effectiveness of Korean medicine combined with CPM.

      • 친환경 실내디자인에 대한 실무자의 의식 및 실천정도

        Recently, the interest in "health" increased along with the quality of life, consciousness on environment-friendly design is rising. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to plan guidelines for the realization of environment-friendly Design for Interior space. Survey research method is used in this research to collect data. The respondents in this questionnaire survey were 215 interior designers. The major findings of this study are as follows ; Most of the respondents were aware of the risk factors of environment-friendly design in interior space. The overall risk factors on environment-friendly design in interior space showed to be higher than average but, the overall performance on environment-friendly design in interior space showed to be lower than the risk factors. Therefore, it is thought that the "economic burden" issue could be raised in their Architectural Practice. Also, problems in environment-friendly design in interior space planning features showed to be of interior space was "lack of awareness of users of space and "lack of awareness of interior designers", and "policy support." Thus we must solve these problems, which are "economic burden", "lack of awareness of interior designers", "policy support". Through this, broad application of environment-friendly design in interior space will be possible.

        친환경 실내디자인에 대한 실무자의 의식도 실천정도

        As the environmental pollution is intensified, the interest in the conservation and quality of global environment is also increasing. Interior design affects on environmental conservation as well as the quality of outdoor and indoor environment through all phases of interior design. Therefore, interior designers should do environment-friendly design. The purpose of this study was to examine the consciousness and application degree of environment-friendly interior design in actual project by interior designers. The study was conducted by a questionnaire survey. The subjects were 215 interior designers working in Seoul area. The major findings of this study were as follows : 1) The 33 representative elements of environment-friendly interior design were selected and categorized into 5 fields : resources and materials, energy savings, ecological environments, indoor environments, and space effectiveness. These would be useful to carry out environment-friendly interior design projects and related researches. 2) Many interior designers didn’t understand what the environment-friendly interior design is correctly, even though they were interested in it. Therefore, the educational program of environment-friendly interior design should be developed. 3) Even though interior designers thought most elements of environment-friendly interior design very important, they didn’t apply them well to actual projects. This implies that alternatives for activating them are needed.

      • 중학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 자아탄력성이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중학생들을 대상으로 지각하는 사회적 지지와 자아탄력성이 학교생활적용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 지각한 사회적 지지와 자아탄력성 중 상대적으로 어느 것이 학교생활적응에 더 큰 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 자아탄력성은 남녀 학생 간에 차이가 없었으나 사회적 지지와 학교생활적응은 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 지각한 사회적 지지와 학교생활적응은 높은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 물질적 지지, 정보적 지지, 정서적 지지, 자존적 지지가 높을수록 학생들은 학교생활에 잘 적응하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아탄력성과 학교생활적응 간에는 높은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각한 사회적 지지와 자아탄력성이 학교생활적응에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아본 결과 학교생활적응에 전반적인 영향을 주는 변인은 사회적 지지보다 자아탄력성이었다. 이상 본 연구에서 학교생활적응에 대한 개인적ㆍ환경적 변인의 영향에 대한 결과를 종합해 볼 때 상황에 맞고 융통성 있는 행동과 문제해결 책략을 동원할 수 있는 자아탄력성이 높을수록, 그리고 자아존중감이 높을수록 중학생들은 학교생활에 잘 적응하는 것으로 나타났다. This study was designed to investigate the effects of middle school students' perceived social support and ego-resilience on school adjustment. For this study, the sample was collected from 622 second grade students(286 boys and 336 girls) of 3 middle schools in Busan. They were examined by survey instruments such as Interpersonal Support Evaluation List, Ego-resilience Scale and School Adjustment Scale. The data was analyzed by t-test, Cronbach α, corelation analysis and stepwise multiple regression with statistic analysis program(SPSS 12.0). The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, it showed that there were no differences of ego-resilience between the boys and girls, but there were differences of social support and school adjustment, Namely, they were perceiving social support differently in material support, information support and emotional support. Also they were perceiving school adjustment differently in study adjustment and environmental/ general adjustment. Second, it showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between perceived social support and school adjustment. the higher they had the degree of material support, information support, emotional support and self-respect support, the better they were adapted to school life. Third, it showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between ego-resilience and school adjustment. Finally, it showed that school adjustment was influenced generally by the factor of ego-resilience than social support. Therefore, we should try to develop education programs to raise their self-respect and to help them enhance the ability of ego- resilience.

        골반 골절에 한방재활치료를 적용한 증례 보고 및 보존적 치료에 대한 국내 문헌 분석

        The objective of this study is to investigate conservative treatment of pelvic fracture, and report that Korean rehabilitation treatment is effective for pelvic fracture. We reported a case about pelvic fracture treated with Korean rehabilitation treatment. We searched 10 domestic electronic databases to find reports on conservative treatment of pelvic fracture. We selected and analyzed 12 studies. In this case, pain, range of motion, and Oswestry Disability Index of patient were improved by Korean rehabilitation treatment. In analysis, traction, pelvic sling, hip spica cast, pelvic belt, medication are used in western medical treatment. Acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, physical therapy, manual therapy are used in Korean medical treatment. Most of conservative treatments are effective for pain, bone union, osteoporosis, dysfunction. In this study, we expect further study of Korean rehabilitation treatment program for pelvic fracture to compensate existing conservative treatment. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2018;28(2):135-148)

        도홍사물탕(桃紅四物湯)이 골절 유합에 미치는 실험적 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the bone healing effect of Dohongsamul-tang (Taohongsiwu-tang; DH) on femur fractured mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (naive, control, positive control and DH). All groups except naive group were subjected to bone fracture on both hind limb femurs. Naive group received no treatment at all. Control group was fed with normal saline, and positive control group was orally medicated with tramadol. DH-treated group was orally medicated with DH. We analysed the levels of BMP2, COX2, Col2a1, Sox9, Runx2, and Osterix genes on 3, 7 and 14 days after fracture. Alkaline phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, total cholesterol, and triglyceride levels were measured for safety assessment. Results In morphological, histological analysis, callus formation process of DH-treated group was faster than the control group. BMP2, Sox9 gene expression were significantly increased at 7 days after fracture compared to the control group. COX2, Col2a1 gene expression were significantly increased at 14 days after fracture compared to the control group. Total cholesterol was significantly increased by DH at 3 days. Triglyceride was significantly decreased by DH at 3, 7 days after fracture compared to the control group. Conclusions Dohongsamul-tang promoted bone healing process after fracture by stimulating the bone regeneration factors. And DH shows no hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity and serum lipid abnormality. In conclusion, it seems that DH helps to promote fracture regeneration after bone fracture by regulating gene expressions related to bone repair. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2020;30(2):47-66)

        슬관절 수술 후 재활에 대한 Continuous Passive Motion 치료와 한의 병행치료의 체계적 문헌 고찰

        Objectives The objective of this study is to report the evidence that continuous passive motion (CPM) therapy combined with Korean Medicine is effective for knee injuries. Methods We searched 2 Korean medical electronic databases, and 2 Chinese electronic databases to find randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) that treat knee injuries with Korean Medicine combined with CPM therapy. We selected studies by screening. We extracted data from selected RCTs, and analyzed RCTs by using Cochrane`s Risk of bias criteria. Results 386 studies are searched, and 7 RCTs are selected. According to the study, several kinds of Korean Medicine such as hydrotherapy, decoction, acupuncture, moxibustion, and manual therapy are used with CPM therapy for the knee joint postoperative rehabilitation. We found the encouraging evidence that Korean Medicine and CPM combined therapy is more effective than single CPM therapy by alleviating pain, increasing range of motion, and improving knee function, etc. However, the risk of bias in most RCTs was judged to be uncertain. Conclusions Combination of Korean Medicine and CPM therapy can compensate the defect of single CPM therapy, and promotes the recovery of knee joint function. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2017;27(3):33-45)
