        자연과학 : 태권도 겨루기 선수들의 반달차기 동작의 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 태권도 경기 시 많이 사용되는 받아차기 중에서 반달차기 동작의 객관적인 자료와 방향을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 10년 이상 경력의 전국대회에서 입상을 한 4명의 우수선수집단과 입상을 하지 않은 비우수선수집단 4명으로 구성된 총 8명의 웰터급 선수들을 대상으로 반달차기 동작의 운동학적 변인을 분석하였다. 영상분석을 위해 Vicon Motion System의 MX13카메라(300Hz, 7대)를 사용하여 촬영하였고, 촬영된 영상은 Vicon Motion System을 이용하여 간단한 언어로 프로그램하였으며, Polygon Viewer에서 각 변인의 3차원 좌표값을 얻었다. 그에 따른 반달차기 동작의 소요시간, 각 관절의 각도변인, 신체중심이동 변인의 운동학적 요인을 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 연구결론을 얻었다. 1. 태권도 겨루기 경기 시 발을 차는 다리와 지지하는 다리의 슬관절 각 변위 변화가 커야 임팩트시 받아차기의 일종인 반달차기 동작이 효과적으로 수행된다. 2. 발을 차는 다리와 지지하는 다리가 동시에 교차하는 지점에서 고관절의 각 변위 변화는 최대굴곡이 이루어져야 받아차기의 일종인 반달차기 동작이 효과적으로 수행된다. 3. 상체젖히기 동작 시에 과신전을 해야 받아차기의 일종인 반달차기 동작이 효과적으로 수행된다. 따라서 태권도 겨루기 경기 시 선수들이 반달차기 동작을 효과적으로 경기에 적용하기 위해서는 슬관절, 고관절 그리고 상체 젖히기의 신전을 높일 수 있는 훈련을 통해 기존의 반달차기 자세를 보완해 나갈 수 있도록 해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to provide scientific data about the most effective performance of the Bandal Chagi which is used very frequently in Taekwondo competitions. For this study, to analyze the changes in kinematics two groups of subjects were classified from welterweight Taekwondo players. One group of four skilled players who have had more than 10-years experience and got a prize in national championships, The other group has four unskilled players who have had no experience to winning a prize for Taekwondo. For motion analysis, 7 Cameras(MX13) Vicon Motion System captured the kinematic data. Polygon Viewer was used to output the three dimensional data. The results by analyzing the necessary time of action, angle-change in every joint, and changes in body center of mass(com) in kinematics are as follows. 1. When players are in competition, Bandal Chagi can be practiced more effectively if one`s knee joint angle-change is larger between players` supporting leg and kicking leg. 2. Bandal Chagi can be practiced effectively when hip joint`s angle-change forms the maximum flexion at the point where the kicking leg and supporting leg crossover. 3. Bandal Chagi can be performed effectively when one hyper-extends their hip while extending their upper-body. In conclusion, when training for Taekwondo kyorugi competitions, for players to apply the Bandal Chagi more effectively, players must be trained to enhance knee joint, hip joint and extension in pulling back upper-body action.

        양궁 선수들의 경기력 향상을 위한 셋업에서 슈팅동작시 지면반력 분석

        The study of examine into ground reaction force set up to shooting different between archer superior player group and non-superior player group. Therefore the purpose of this study S city man archer players that national prize career 4 persons and not prize career archer non-superior player 4 persons and than total 8 persons. This study was measurement 10 distance and total 6 shooting on the ground reaction force. analysis of ground reaction force in the set up to shooting position for improve performance archers was resulted movement center of gravity the front and after, right and left, pressured up and down. The results of study can be summarized as follows ; first, movement center of gravity into change ground reaction force in the set up to shooting position the front and after resulted for right foot between archer superior player group and non-superior player group was right foot not statistically and then left foot was statistical many difference 0.1%, second, movement center of gravity into change ground reaction force in the set up to shooting position the Left and right resulted for right foot between archer superior player group and non-superior player group and than right foot was statistical difference 0.5% and left foot was statistical most difference 0.01%, third, movement center of gravity into change ground reaction force in the set up to shooting position the up and down resulted for pressure high point was left foot and right foot not statistical different and than left foot low point was not statistical different and right foot high point was statistical many difference 0.1%.

        여자 대학생들의 턱걸이 수행능력 향상을 위한 운동프로그램

        The purpose of this investigation was to determine the effect of a combined strength and aerobic conditioning program on the ability of college-age women to perform the pull-up exercise and to identify the characteristics of women successful in performing a pull-up at the end of the program. Participants significantly increased upper body strength and fat-free mass and decreased fat mass and percentage of body fat. Participants successful at performing a pull-up had significantly greater 1 repetition maximum strength. A three variable equation (% body fat, body fat mass, and body mass) was developed to predict which women would be successful at completing a pull-up at the end of a similar training program.

        유아들의 신체 적성운동 프로그램이 체격 및 기초체력 향상에 미치는 영향

        This study has been completed with male 20 or female 20 of the infants sports center in Wonjusi, Korea and has measured their heights and weight for the physical measurement as a pre-examination. The examination of physical strength contains bending the waist for the flexibility measurement, keeping the balance with one foot for the balance measurement, standing board long jump for the power meaurement, sitting in V-style for the muscle endurance measurerrent, the round-running for agility measurement And the program has done according to the physical education program of sports center in Gurogu like the appendix and the tool-playing and the apparatus gymnastics was done three times a week for 12 weeks and one time was for 40 minutes. Twelve weeks later, the same examination with pre-exam was performed. The results of study can be summarized as follows : 1. The height and body weight of all children became higher than before physical constitution and basis physical strength in an exercise program but the difference is not wide statistically. 2. The power of all children has improved and so many difference is almost same as 0.1% for both male and female. 3. The flexibility of all children has improved but the difference is not wide statistically. 4. The balance of all children has improved and very difference is almost same as 5% for male so many difference is 0.1% for female. 5. The muscle endurance of all children has improved and so many difference is almost same as 0.1% for both male and female. 6. The agility of all children has improved and so many difference is almost same as 0.1% for male and very difference is almost same as 1% for female.

        비타민 C, E 복합 섭취가 최대하 운동후 지질과산화물 및 SOD활성도와 혈중피로물질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of atioxidants supplementation and VO₂max 80% exercise intensity on the activities of lipid peroxidation, superoxide dismutase, and blood fatigue elements(specifically lactate, and ammonia). Twenty collegiate were participated in the maximal exercise test before and 8weeks actioxidants vitamin supplementation. The Subjects were divided into two groups; vitamin C,E supplementation group(n=10), placebo group(n=10). The results of the study can be summarized as follows; MDA and SOD levels of vitamin C,E supplementation group in 8weeks VO₂max 80% exercise intensity was significantly different but those of placebo group in 8weeks VO₂max 80% exercise intensity was very alike. The change of lipid peroxidation caused by 8weeks VO₂max 80% exercise intensity was significantly different according to vitamin C,E supplementation. The concentration of MDA reduced by vitamin C,E supplementation. The effect of vitamin C,E supplementation was beneficial to reduce the concentration of MDA caused by high intensity exercise. These data suggest that higher intensity can results in a significantly increase as indicated, but in can results in a signigicant improvement on SOD activity as anti-oxdant defense system. Also, controled blood fatigue elements effectively.

        항산화제 투여와 지구성 고강도 운동이 SOD 및 MDA활성화에 미치는 영향

These data suggest that intensity endurance exercise can results in a significantly increase as indicated, but in can results in a signigicant improvement on SOD activity as anti-oxdant defense system. On the other hand, it was suggest that regular physical training can results in a reduction in lipid peroxidation responses in trained individual compared with untrained individual.

      • 단기간 크레아틴 투여에 따른 축구선수들의 근력 및 뇨 크레아티닌에 미치는 영향

        This study subject were Twenty-four highly trained, university football players with at least 1 year of college playing experience. This study tested strength with a 1-RM power clean exercise before and after creatine supplementation. Urinary creatinine concentration was measured via light spectrophotometer at 0, 1, 3, and 7days. An analysis of variance with repeated measures was computed to compare means for all variables. I reached some conclusions as follow : Creatine supplementation had no significant group, period, or interaction effects on strength or urinary creatinine concentration. However, significant period effects were found for urinary creatinine concentration in before supplement. This data suggest that creatine monohydrate in any amount does not have any beneficial ergogenic effects in highly trained university football players. However, a proper strength training stimulus for 7days can increase strength in highly trained athletes.
