        베릴륨이 포함되지 않은 치과도재소부용 비 귀금속 합금의 열처리(Degassing) 온도에 따른 결합강도

        치과보철물에 사용되는 도재전장 주조관 중에서 베릴륨이 미 첨가된 Ni-Cr계 비귀금속의 degassing 온도를 다르게 조절하여 금속의 산화막 형성과 metal-ceramic 결합력을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 금속과 세라믹간의 결합강도 측정하기 위해 만능시험기를 이용하여 3점 굴곡 시험을 시행하고, 결합강도 측정 후 합금-도재간의 계면을 관찰하였다. 베릴륨이 포함되지 않은 비 귀금속 합금과 도재간의 결합강도를 측정한 결과는 No-de gassing(32.92±3.55 ㎫), 960℃-degassing(35.66±1.69 ㎫), 980℃-degassing(32.82±3.28 ㎫) 값을 보였지만 유의성은 없었다. Degassing 온도에 따라 산화막 두께는 No degassing(20-25 ㎛), 960℃(5-7 ㎛), 980℃ (10-15 ㎛)로 나타났다. 비귀금속 합금과 세라믹간의 파절양상은 모든 시편에서 금속표면에 세라믹이 일부 부착된 복합파절(mixed failure) 양상을 보였다. The formation of oxide layer on the metals and the bonding strength of metal ceramic was analyzed by varying the temperature of degassing on the non precious metal containing no beryllium used as the Porcelain Fused to Metal. For this purpose, using the universal testing machine, 3-point bending test was conducted to measure the bonding strength between metals and ceramics and after the measuring of bonding strength, the boundary between alloy and dental material was observed. The bonding strength between non previous alloy containing no beryllium and dental materials showed the values of 32.92±3.55 ㎫ in no-degassing, 35.66±1.69 ㎫ in 960℃-degassing, and 32.82±3.28 ㎫ in 980℃-degassing but there were no significant difference among them. The thickness of oxide layer varied depending on the temperature of degassing with 20-25 ㎛ in no degassing, 5-7 ㎛ in 960℃ and 10-15 ㎛ in 980℃. The shape of failure between non precious metal alloy and ceramic was the mixed failure where the a part of ceramic is attached on the surface of metals in all samples.

        1977~2013년 한국의류학회지와 해외 의류학 저널 출판논문의 연구동향 및 저자, 연구관계망 분석-피복과학 분과를 중심으로-

        This study investigated original articles published in the Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles (JKSCT) from 1977 through 2013 with a consideration of the research collaboration structure. Two international journals were chosen: Textile Research Journal (TRJ) and International Journal of Clothing Science and Technology (IJCT) in order to compare the clothing science research trends of JKSCT-publications to international trends. The collected data from the three journals were used to probe periodic changes in the number of publications and nationality of authors to find the relative international position of Korean clothing and textile researchers. Figures, tables, and references in each article were counted to suggest the most suitable way to express and interpret clothing science results. In addition to the quantified data analysis, a qualified analysis was investigated with the co-author network analysis. The findings revealed an increase in the number of published articles in JKSCT until 2009 with the rapid decrease after. The number of co-authors in JKSCT was relatively small compared to TRJ and IJCT but growing in the clothing and textile science group. The number of references in JKSCT increased 3 times from 1977 to 2013; therefore, it was assumed there is more recent active clothing and textile research. Lastly, a pattern of authors`` interaction and the most contributed authors in the network was illustrated in the clothing and textile science group. The present study confirms that JKSCT has made significant progress toward knowledge development in the clothing and textile field and suggests that the analysis of accumulative knowledge helps researchers broaden the scale and approach of studies.

        1994년~2014년 한국생활환경학회지의 연구동향 분석

        This study investigated original articles published in the Journal of the Korean Society of Living Environmental System (JKSLES), Journal of Physiological Anthropology (JPA), and Journal of Human-Environment System (JHES) from 1994 to 2014. Quantitative, qualitative, and historical analyses were conducted through the analysis of authors, affiliations, tables, figures, references, and key words. Based on the data, the main difference among journals was the average number of authors per article mapped over time. It was 2.7±1.5 authors in JKSLES having dominant articles with 2 authors, 2.9±1.6 authors in JHES having dominant articles with 3 authors, and 4.3±2.2 authors in JPA having dominant articles with 4 authors, respectively. ‘Thermal comfort’ was the main key word in JKSLES throughout the whole year. Periodically, ‘skin temperature’ (1994~1995), ‘thermal comfort’ (1996~2000), ‘thermal comfort’ (2001~2005), ‘physical activity’ (2006~2010), and ‘elderly’ (2011~2014) were the most frequently appeared key words in the JKSLES articles. We analysed the network among authors in terms of degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality. The findings showed that JKSLES made noticeable progress in the development of knowledge but interdisciplinary collaborative researches among the following four major areas, ‘construction, sports science, health science, and clothing science’ were not actively accomplished.

        고령 제주 해녀의 행동성 체온조절과 내한내열성의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in thermal adaptive properties for the elderly haenyeos by a questionnaire and a local cold tolerance test. We carried out an one-on-one questionnaire in Jeju, Korea. A total of 112 hanyeos (68±8 yr in age) and 177 haenyeos (66±8 yr) participated in the survey. The questionnaire in the main survey consisted of 37 questions related to demographic characteristics (3 questions), diving practices and diving suits (12 questions), and behavioral temperature regulation and thermal tolerance (22 questions). As a local cold tolerance test, finger cold-induced vasodilation (CIVD) at 4℃ were measured during 4℃ cold water immersion for old haenyeo (N=3) and young female (N=12) groups. The results showed that the elderly haenyeos felt warmer in summer and colder in winter when compared to their own twenties. However, haenyeos considered themselves as the one who sweats more and being more sensitive to heat in summer compared to the similar aged of older non-women divers, whilst they perceived being less sensitive to cold than other older non-women divers. For the finger CIVD test, the eldelry haenyeo group showed higher minimum finger temperature and faster peak time which indicate greater local cold tolerance when compared to the young female group. In summary, the elderly haenyeos identified themselves to have weaker cold tolerance compared to their twenties, but greater self-identified cold tolerance than other aged nonwomen divers, and greater local cold tolerance than young females.
