스테인레스 강섬유를 이용한 고성능 영구거푸집적용 벽체적구조물의 설계변수 연구

건설현장에서 노동집약적 공정과정인 거푸집공정을 개선하고자 비탈형 영구거푸집에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 지금까지 개발된 영구거푸집의 경우, 그 크기 및 성능 등에 있어서 현장에 적용하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 개발된 고성능 영구 거푸집(HPPF)이 적용된 구조물의 현장적용성 분석에 대한 연구로써, 기 실험된 HPPF의 재료 및 구조적 특성을 바탕으로 해석적 접근을 수행하였다. 대상 구조물로는 HPPF 재료특성이 효율적으로 발휘될 수 있는 벽체 구조물을 선정하였으며, 유한요소 해석 프로그램을 이용하여 1회 최대 타설높이를 분석한 후, 이를 실제 벽체설계에 적용하여 HPPF 적용단면의 현장적합성을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 기존 콘크리트만으로 제작된 벽체구조물에 비해, HPPF의 추가적인 성능향상 효과로 인해 기존 콘크리트 벽체구조물 대비 콘크리트 및 철근량의 절감효과는 물론, 장기적으로 HPPF 적용 고내구성 벽체 구조물에 의한 직·간접적인 경제적 효과를 확보할 것으로 분석되었다. In the construction site, to improve the man-dependent form work, non-stripping form has been studied but the developed non-stripping form was hard to applied with respect to the cost, form size and performance. This study is for evaluating the adaptability of the developed non-stripping form named as high performance permanent form (HPPF). To do this, the analytical approach and parametric study were performed based on the research for fundamental material characteristic of the HPPF. The target concrete structure is a wall structure because of its effectiveness of HPPF. To evaluate the structural efficiency of the HPPF applied wall structure, FEM analysis was performed to decide the maximum placing height at one time then it was applied to design the wall structure. In the result of the analysis, the HPPF applied wall structure showed the lots of advantages that it can reduce the cost resulted from reducing concrete and steel rebar even if it has same structural performance to the conventional concrete wall structure with same dimension. With this analysis result, it can be evaluated that the HPPF applied concrete structure can be a concrete structure with the long term durability in site.
Characteristics of Blue and Ultraviolet Light-Emitting Diodes with Current Density and Temperature

Temperature and injection-current dependencies of radiant flux from blue and ultraviolet GaInN/GaN multiple quantum well (MQW) light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were investigated. Experimental results indicate that, compared to blue LEDs, the radiative efficiency of ultraviolet LEDs is relatively insensitive to injection current. It is expected that shallow potential minima caused by indium fluctuation in high-indium-containing GaInN quantum wells for blue LEDs result in a high radiative efficiency at low injection currents due to the localization of carriers; however, the radiative efficiency decreases rapidly with increasing injection current due to the delocalization of carriers.
Reduction of efficiency droop in GaInN/GaN light-emitting diodes with thick AlGaN cladding layers

GaInN/GaN multiple-quantum-well light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with 0.4 µm-thick AlGaN cladding layers and two quantum wells (QWs), designed for investigating the origin of efficiency droop, are demonstrated to have a lower efficiency droop than typical GaInN/GaN LEDs with 5 QWs. Considering the much less electron leakage over the active region, and the larger carrier density due to the smaller active volume of the LED with AlGaN cladding layers than those of the typical LED, it is suggested that the dominant mechanism responsible for the efficiency droop is electron leakage rather than the Auger recombination which scales with the cubic power of the carrier density.

Quantitative assessments with respect to the strength, stability and stresses of thermally damaged reinforced concretes are significantly critical. This is because engineering properties such as bond strength of the reinforced concretes in extremely high temperature environments will be quickly altered. In accordance with previous studies regarding the behavior of reinforced concretes at extremely high temperature, a decreasing rate of reinforced concrete strength has been concerned as a function of only temperature. By performing heat transport analyses based on finite element method, the fire curves classified by depth could be estimated. ISO 834 standard fire curves in terms of surface temperatures were used for examining the proposed fire curves. Accordingly, this study shows that the assessment regarding the residual bond strength ratio can be simplified and accurate as routine stability assessments for thermal damaged reinforced concrete structures are performed, the proposed method can be effectively used for the assessments for bond, strength of thermal damaged reinforced concrete structures in practice.

In this study, pull-out test of GFRP reinforcing bars with deformed type rib, which is contained with milled fiber were performed. Deformed type rib is attached to surface of FRP re-bar for improving bond performance to concrete and formability of surface. The maximum average bond strength, stiffness and failure mode of pull-out test specimens reinforced with GFRP re-bar were evaluated. As a results of test, it is confirmed that short fiber in rib increased maximum bond strength. Also, basic development length of GFRP re-bar in accordance with ACI 440. 1R-26 is calculated and compared with experimental results.
