This paper proposes a new system to maximize efficiency of Air Base Protection Operations through the development of location identification software. The Wibro-based location identification system for Air Base Protection Force offers Blue Ground Force digitalized character message which is not exposed to enemy. Also, it is possible to automatically provide the location of Blue Ground Force to Air Base Ground Operations Center. The test result proves that this system is very helpful when Air Base Protection Force executes Air Base Protection Operations.

Active control method is applied to a flexible beam excited by a shock impulse by focusing on reducing the residual vibrations after the shock input. It is assumed that the shock input can be measured and is always occurred on the same point of the beam. If the system is well identified and the corresponding inverse system is designed reliably, it has shown that a very simple feed-forward active control method may be applied to suppress the residual vibrations without using an error sensor and adaptive algorithm. Both numerical simulation and experimental result show a promising possibility of applying to a practical problem.

최근 국방 분야에서는 사용자 편의성을 고려한 무선통신 기술의 적용을 위해 다양한 방법으로 연구를 수행하고 있다. 기존의 중앙방공통제소 작전 콘솔 시스템은 전통적인 유선통신 기술 기반의 인터페이스로 구성되어 정보 공유에 대한 정확성, 정밀성, 완전성, 적시성, 공통성 측면에서 여러 가지문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 임무요원의 작전 요구 성능을 극대화할 수 있는 무선 작전 콘솔 시스템모델을 제안한다. 제안한 작전 콘솔 시스템 모델이 기존의 작전 콘솔 시스템 모델보다 성능이 뛰어나다는 점을 미 국방성 네트워크 중심작전 프레임워크 평가 도구를 이용해 검증하였다. In recent years, the military is carrying out a study for the application of wireless communication technologies with consideration of user convenience. Existing the Master Control Reporting Center operation console system consists of traditional wired communication technology interface is limited to the sharing of information on the correctness, currency, completeness, timeliness, consistency. This paper proposes the Wireless Communication Based Operation Control System Model to maximize required operational capability. We verified that the proposed system model has better performance than the existing system model using Network Centric Operation Conceptual Framework tools.
유연보의 충격응답에 대한 단순 피드포워드 능동제어 실험 및 성능분석

In this paper, we have proposed a method which can make it possible to stably transmit and receive data like the ARC-164 radio frequency hopping environment as a S/W packet modem with PSK modulation. This is a method that the S/W packet modem with PSK digital modulation and the use of PC sound cards change over from data to voice signals and then transmit/receive data. We confirmed not only that it is possible to solve the slow speed communication with the use of sending data through multi-channels and PSK modulation that has the ability to methodically improve transmission rates, but also that it is possible to send the state of frequency hopping stably. In conclusion, we've confirmed both tactical values that though the transmission rate may be a tad slow, a state of frequency hopping of more than 94% confidence plus voice and data can be sent via radio at the same time. In this paper, the proposed S/W packet modem is only an implemented S/W component, so when we apply it to aircraft that we don't consider EMC problems with, then we have the advantage of a wider use of conventional UHF/VHF/HF radio that is possible to voice communication. If we recognize these operational requirements, we can apply for a lot of field equipment efficiently.
비행기지 PAR을 이용한 DGPS 공항 접근 및 착륙 정확도 분석

This paper analyzes the accuracy on the approach and landing of aircraft to an airport through comparison with airbase Precision Approach Radar and aircraft track data of DGPS equipped in aircraft. The proposed analysis result could be a basis for verifying the possibility that DGPS can be utilized in Airbase precision approach and landing. Position identification capability of widely used commercial DGPS is fairly accurate on latitude and longitude, while there is a slight error for being used in an airbase accurate approach and landing of Category I precision when it comes to altitude. Thus, we tested accuracy by analyzing actual flight track data of high performance aircraft to verify the accuracy of the airbase approach and landing using DGPS. Through the research, we developed instrumentation to compare PAR track data with DGPS track data, which can be used in reducing the number of PAR verification Flight utilizing it as a system measuring PAR accuracy at PAR installation phase.
3G 네트워크에서의 IMS/SIP 기반 합법적 감청 기법

음성망 중심의 전통적인 합법적 감청(Lawul Interception) 기술 표준은 최근의 IP 기반 음성망(VoIP)과 다양한 종류의 멀티미디어 어플리케이션에 대한 연속적 추적이나 네트워크를 이동하며 통신하는 IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem)/SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 기반의 패킷을 연속적으로 추적하기에는 기술적 한계를 가지고 있다. IMS/SIP에 대한 합법적 감청에 관한 기술 표준은 유럽의 ETSI(European Telecommunications Standards Institute)중심으로 표준 아키텍처를 제시하고는 있으나 연속적 감청 기법의 상세한 표준과 기술의 제시는 미흡하거나 공개를 제한하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 전통적인 음성위주의 감청기법이 가지고 있는 한계를 극복하고 이동 중인 합법적 감청 대상 노드에 대한 IMS/SIP 기반의 연속적 감청을 위한 아키텍처를 제안하였다. 또한, 제안된 아키텍처의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 상에 50개 이상의 감청 대상노드와 패킷 통신을 구현하였다. 실험결과는 ETSI가 제시하고 있는 기존의 합법적 감청 아키텍처에 비해 높은 효율성과 연속적 패킷 수집에서의 기술적 고려요소들을 새롭게 식별하였다. Lawful interception(LI) standard of telephone networks has technical limitations to lawfully intercept IMS/SIP-based mobile communication network subscriber who using Android and iPhone device. In addition, the technical standards related to legal interception of the IMS/SIP of the wireless network is insufficient compared to the systematic study of the development of a wireless network infrastructure. The architecture proposed in the standard of ETSI(European Telecommunications Standards Institute) for the seamless LI is insufficient to overcome the limitations of traditional voice-centric LI techniques. This paper proposes an IMS/SIP-based architecture to perform LI under 3G networks that focuses on mobility-supported environments with merging cellular networks and the Internet. We implemented the simulation to verify the efficiency of the proposed architecture, and the experimental results show that our method achieves higher lawful interception rate than that of existing interception methods.

This study analyzed the applied condition of urban design introduced to Haeundai new town to confirm the object of apartment complex about the residential patterns. And also it choosed apartment complex bulit in Haeundai new town and then analyzed applied improvement plan to make the urban design guideline exert efficiently, and finally find more appropriate process of urban design.
