        기계설계 기술자의 기업내 학습의 행태

        The purpose of this study was to identify and to describe, phenomenologically, the essence of the learning experiences of machine design technicians which take place in their workplaces. A phenomenological approach was used to gather data from 12 purposely selected working machine design technicians. They were given Seidman's three stepped in-depth interviews from March to July in 2002. Using phenomenological procedures, the essential meanings were disclosed via the phenomenological reduction. As conclusions, the main variances of machine design technicians learning experiences are the interaction of the technicians with other men and surrounding things. Their diverse styles of learning experiences are the manifestation of the various social-psychological interactions in the real workplace. Their specific characteristics of learning experiences come from the dependence of machine design technique itself. The major drive of learning experiences for them is not only the vocational survival will but also their love of the work itself. As recommendations, the study of adult vocational learning should be complemented by a phenomenological approach to disclose vocational field's characteristics. Enterprises should have learning organizations and learning cultures, where vivid inter-human and with-material interactions flourish, courageous learning losses are accepted, varieties of individual styles of working and learning are not suppressed, love of work itself is valued, work is praised not only for its economic benefits but also for its intrinsic benefits.

        기계설계 기술자의 학습경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify and to describe, phenomenologically, the essence of the learning experiences of machine design technicians. Via the phenomenological reduction, 12 portraits of learning experiences and thematic descriptions of machine design technicians' learning experiences were made. As conclusions, the main variances of machine design technicians learning experiences result from the interaction of the technicians with other men and surrounding things. The phenomenological research reveals many phenomena which hitherto have not been shown by usual adult learning theories.As a recommendations, the study of adult learning theories should be complemented by phenomenological study to reveal the actual essence of it for each concrete research target. Enterprise should be the place where vivid inter-human and with-material interactions flourish, 일터에서의 학습은 경험을 통하여 이루어진다. 일터의 학습은 실천공동체에의 참여 속에서 일어나며 일터는 무의식적·무형식적 학습이 이루어지는 장으로서 그 안에는 잠재적 학습과정이 존재한다. 일터의 맥락은 학습의 구조를 결정하여 준다. 일터의 학습은 존재를 위한 학습이며 존재양식 자체이다. 일터에서의 학습은 일하는 자의 성인으로서의 특성을 고려하여야한다. 각 일터는 고유의 학습요구내용을 가진다. 학습경험은 상호작용적인 현상이며 인간의 내면에 의미를 구성하는 심리적 현상이다. 그 현상은 심히 맥락 의존적이다.3. 현상학적 연구의 방법론

        전문대학 교육과정의 운영실태와 개선방향

        This study was carried out to examine the existing problems of Junior college curriculum, so as to get some improvement ideas of them. Firstly researcher took a short look at the current technological change which enevitably would give influences upon curriculum of these colleges. Precedent curriculum development studies done by faculties were the target of examination for collecting the problems. They also served as improvement hints givers. Findings from the study was as follows (1) It was common notion among Junior college faculties that Junior college educational object is occupational. (2) and that the curriculum should have very close relevance to industrial tasks. (3) The curriculum should be task-centered, project-centered, student-centered. (4) Students should be inspired through career guidances. (5) College-Industry Cooperative education need be strengthened evenmore. (6) Flexibilty and diversity should be allowed in the curriculum. Conclusion : (1) Job-analysis is unmissable approach in the curriculum development. (2) Cooperative educational efforts be more intensified. (3) The curriculum development cycle be shorter to cope with rapidly changed technology. (4) Life-through-Work philosophy be shared with young people of this country especially those in Junior colleges. Recommendations : (1) Junior college curriculum take its position in-between student-parent-industry-college needs. (2) Job-development, sandwitch or dual system be tried. (3) Technician qualification examination criteria be closely reexamined to meet industrial tasks criteria. (4) Career guidance approach also be the bases of curriculum. (5) Sufficient facilities be supplied for depening workshop practice. (6) Task force for continuing curriculum inovation be launched now.

        경상북도 전문계 고등학교 발전방안

        이 연구의 목적은 경상북도에 소재하고 있는 전문계 고등학교가 발전할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이 연구는 다음과 같은 과정을 통해서 수행되었다. 첫째, 전문계 고등학교 관련 정책, 전문계 고등학교의 교육여건, 지역 산업여건 및 전망, 전문계 고등학교 진단, 교육수요자들을 대상으로 요구조사를 하였다. 둘째, 경상북도 전문계 고등학교의 내적, 외적 사항을 고려하여 발전방향을 설정하였다. 셋째, 경상북도에 소재한 전문계 고등학교 발전을 위한 기본방향을 설정하고 그에 따른 추진과제를 제시하고, 단위학교별, 계열별, 권역별 발전 전략, 행·재정적 지원 방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과로는 첫째, 경상북도 전문계 고등학교 발전을 위한 5대 기본방향, 15대 추진과제, 45대 세부추진과제를 수립하였다. 둘째, 경상북도에 소재하고 있는 각 전문계 고등학교별로 전문화 및 특성화 영역, 발전 기본방향, 발전방안, 우선 해결과제, 지원 요청 사항을 포함한 단위학교 발전방안을 수립하였다. 셋째, 경상북도에 소재하고 있는 전문계 고등학교의 계열의 SWOT분석을 실시하고, 계열발전방향, 발전과제 및 전략을 포함한 계열별 발전방안을 수립하였다. 넷째, 경상북도를 4개의 권역으로 구분하고 각 권역별 인구추이, 학교수, 학생수, 중점사업 및 산업발전계획 내용을 기초로 하여 권역에 따른 계열별 발전방향 및 발전방안을 제시하였다. 다섯째, 전체 발전방안, 단위학교, 계열, 권역별 발전 방안이 잘 수행될 수 있도록 행·재정적인 지원 전략을 수립하였다. The purposes of this study were to suggest directions to promote vocational high schools in Gyeongsangbuk-do by adapting actively to internal and external environment changes, and corresponding to regional characteristics and industrial demands. The study was performed as follows: (1) analyzing the external and internal surroundings of vocational high schools in Gyeongsangbuk-do such as related educational policies, conditions and prospects of regional industry, community member's notices and needs, educational conditions and self development plan of vocational high schools, (2) establishing the strategic criteria selected for promoting the vocational high schools by the results of the first, (3) based on the strategic criteria, establishing the basic directions for promoting the vocational high schools in Gyeongsangbuk-do and development strategies by schools, fields, and regions. The following five findings are the results of this study. (1) S basic directions, 15 themes, and 45 sub-themes of the vocational high school development were established. (2) Promoting plans for all 72 vocational high schools were provided in terms of basic directions, development strategies, and specialization. (3) Promoting plans for vocational high school fields such as agricultural high school, technical high school, commercial high school, and home economics high school were presented. (4) Based on the industrial strategies in Gyeongsangbuk-do, promoting plans for four provinces were presented. (5) Administrational and financial strategies were suggested in order to support for promoting vocational high schools in Gyeongsangbuk-do.
