In the Late Chosun dynasty, as the ideological consideration and values based on neo-Confucianism, which was the dominant political ideology at that time, have been on the wane, new needs for practical and substantive learning have begun to appear. Elites of the dynasty desiring new intellectual contact captured the values from the culture from China and came to adopt new Chinese culture. The inflow of Chinese civilization is easily observed in the tea ceremony of the nobility of Chosun dynasty. The Nobility appreciated the tea ceremony and accumulated knowledge about tea from related theoretical books written by Chinese experts. Yuseo contains most of the excerpts explaining Chinese tea and the Chosun's publication and adoption of the book established the dynasty's theoretical backgrounds of tea culture. The tea-related books of Chosun were categorized and publicized with specific sections; tea-time manner including the making process, tea brewing and tea drinking, as well as the trade of tea. The Chosun's tea theory book influenced by China has a shorter history and smaller amount compared to China. On the other hand, by imitating and editing Chinese books, the dynasty settled the independent form upon tea theories in its way.

『육로산거영(六老山居詠)』의 茶脈과 茶禪思想

Yuknosangeoyeong is a book of poems written by the monks of Daedun Temple and Dasan. The poems were written by quoting rhyming words from the Sangeosi of Seokok. Yuknosangeoyeong informs on one part of the history of Korean Buddhism. Specifically, at the end of the Goryeo Dynasty, Taegobowu inherited Dharma from Seokokcheonggong, passing on the Dharma lineage of Korean Buddhism. Seon monks perceived that life in the mountains is more valuable and desirable than that in the secular world and believed that such a life provides more opportunities to commune with nature in depth. Such a notion is in line with the nature of tea.

감성의 초국적 접속과 그 작용의 양면

오늘날 감성의 유통은 개인과 개인 혹은 개인과 불특정 다수 사이의 접속을 대기하는 수많은 1인 채널을 특징으로 지닌다. 그리고 그로 인해 마치 분자의 브라운 운동과 같이 불규칙하고 확산적으로 움직이는 감성의 운동적 특질이 발현되고 있다. 이 글은 합목적적 구조 속에 자리해온 전통적 질서와 사회문화의 인식적 기반 위에 이 같은 감성적 특질이 발현되는 양상을 감성적 근대를 조명하기 위한 전거로 바라보고 있다. 그리고 그러한 양상의 구체적 의미를 밝히는 데 목적을 둔다. 좀 더 나아가자면, 이 글의 논의를 통해 ‘글로컬(glocal) 문화’를 배경으로 다축의 지역에서 발생하여 전 지구적으로 움직이는 오늘날 감성의 운동적 특질이 한국 사회문화의 재구조화와 어떠한 상관관계를 지니는지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 이 과정은 특히 미디어를 매개로 상호 간섭하는 감성의 파동을 양가적 측면에서 분석하여 세계 속 한국 또는 한국사회 내부의 다양한 발화 위치를 확인하고 감성적 근대의 실제를 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 특히, 이 논의의 과정에서 감성적 코드로 무리를 형성하고 동일지향성을 나타내는 행동을 준칙으로 삼는 팬덤(fandom)의 개념과 그것이 발생하고 움직이는 문화적 현상을 주된 분석의 대상으로 두고 있다. 그 이유는 글로컬 감성이라는 새로운 소통 패러다임과 그 운동성을 추론하기에 앞서, 전근대적 구성체로는 명명하기 어려운 이 새로운 소속감의 연대가 주로 미디어를 매개로 구성하는 집합적 행동이 이해되어야하기 때문이다. 초국적 공감의 가능성은 곧 중첩된 감성의 시대, 일원화된 감성의 재구조화 가능성과 신체적 판별가능성을 상실한 가짜감성의 날조 위험성이 공존하는 위험한 가능성의 시대 속에 열려있다. 팬덤 감성의 소통과 행동 체계는 한 국가나 사회의 국부적 지역이나 사회문화적 마이너리티의 감성만이 아닌 국가와 인종의 상호 관계 속에서도 적용 가능할 것으로 보인다. 또한 이것은 오늘날 다중성을 지닌 세계적 공감장의 생성과 운동 방식을 읽어낼 일종의 해법이 될 수 있을 것이다. Today’s emotional circulation is characterized by a number of one-person channels awaiting connections between individuals and individuals, or between individuals and unspecified individuals. And, as a result, the kinetic trait of emotion irregular and diffusive moving like the Brownian motion of the molecule is being expressed. This paper sees the appearance of this emotional characteristic on the cognitive basis of the traditional order and social culture that has been placed in the constructive structure as an authority to illuminate the emotional modernity. And aims to reveal the concrete meaning of such aspect. Furthermore, the discussion of this article suggests that the motional qualities of emotions that emerge from the multi - axis region and move around the globe in the background of ‘glocal culture’ are correlated with the restructuring of Korean social culture I would like to take a look at whether you have. This process will be helpful to understand the actuality of the emotional modernity and identify the various firing positions within the Korean or Korean society in the world by analyzing the wave of emotion that interfereswith each other through the media in particular. Especially, in the process of this discussion, the concept of ‘fandom’, which forms a group with emotional codes and acts as a rule of the same direction, and the cultural phenomena that occur and move are the main analysis subjects. The reason for this is that, before deducing the new communication paradigm and mobility of glocal emotion, it is necessary to understand the collective action that the new age of belonging which is difficult to name as pre-modern constitution is composed mainly media. The possibility of transnational sympathy opens up in the age of overlapping emotions, in the era of dangerous possibilities of coexistence of the possibility of restructuring of unified emotions and the false danger of false emotions that have lost the possibility of physical discrimination. The communication and behavior system of the fandom sensitivity can be applied not only in the local region of a country or society, but also in the mutual relation of the state and the race, not the sense of socio-cultural minority. It could also be a sort of solution to read the creation and movement of the global sympathies of multiplicity today.

대학생의 문제해결능력 향상을 위한 차명상 효과 연구

This study speculated on the effect of tea meditation on enhancement of problem-shooting abilities. The subjects of the study participated in tea meditation and experienced the positive effect of tea meditation on enhancement of problem-solving abilities. As they had few opportunities to meditate themselves and live an independent life during the adolescence period, they had depression, anxiety, negative way of thinking, and lack of self-identity, self-confidence and abilities to identify the hearts of problems. However, it was discovered that through time of introspection after the tea meditation, their abilities to face with and solve their problems were enhanced. After the tea meditation program, the subjects acquired positive ways of thinking to recover the sense of self-identity and had better abilities to identify the hearst of problems and solve them. Therefore, it is important for them to continue tea meditation for better problem-shooting abilities and universities should support it through organized education programs. 본 연구는 한국의 대학생들이 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위하여 차명상을 체험하고 난 후의 효과에 대하여 살펴본 것이다. 본 연구는 문제해결능력이 차명상 전과 후에 어떻게 변화되었는지 효과를 체험하고 그 사례를 중심으로 결과를 정리하였다. 연구참여자들은 청소년기에 자기를 성찰하고 자주적인 삶을 살 수 있는 기회가 부족했기 때문에 우울, 불안의 부정적 사고와 자아정체성과 자신감의 결여, 문제핵심파악능력부족 등의 삶을 갈등하고 있었다. 그러나 차명상 후 자신을 돌아볼 수 있는 성찰의 시간을 통하여 자신의 문제를 직면하고 이를 해결하려는 사고력이 향상되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구참여자들은 차명상 후 자아정체감을 회복하는 긍정적 사고로의 전환이 이루어졌고, 문제핵심파악 및 의사결정능력까지도 향상되는 결과를 보였다. 따라서 연구참여자들이 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 차명상을 지속적으로 실천하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 위해서는 대학의 제도적 교육이 뒷받침 되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

대학생의 문제해결능력 향상을 위한 차명상활용 사례 연구

급격하게 변화하는 현대사회에서 한국대학생들이 문제해결능력을 함양하기 위해 필요한 자기관리 요건과 차명상의 적용 사례를 고찰하였다. 급격하게 변하는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 물결 안에서 신체적으로나 경제적인 면에서 아직 독립성을 확보하지 못한 대학생들이 현실 문제를 효율적으로 해결하기 위해서는 문제해결능력을 함양하는 것이 우선되어야 한다고 본다. 이에 있어서 자신을 이해하고 관리할 수 있는 자기주도적인 행동과 사고방식은 문제를 해결하는 능력을 기르는 기본 요건이라고 할 수 있다. 자신의 상황을 파악하고 미래의 삶을 준비하는 문제는 현재 자기관리를 어떻게 하는 가에서부터 출발해야 한다. 따라서 본고에서는 자기를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방편의 하나로 차명상을 선택하여 이를 학생들에게 적용한 사례를 중심으로 문제해결능력이 향상되는 효과를 기술해 보았다. 문제해결능력을 기르기 위한 자기관리의 매개체로서 차명상을 적용하는 것은 차의 명상적 효과가 문제를 해결하는 사고능력을 기르는데 효율적으로 작용하기 때문이다. 차를 통한 명상은 단순히 차를 마시는 것이 아니라 차를 마시는 행위를 집중적으로 바라봄으로써 심리적 안정을 꾀하고 자신을 관리하는 능력을 키울 수 있는 도구로 활용하였을 때 그 효과가 나타난다. 차명상을 하는 동안 느낌과 감각을 알아차리고 자신을 객관적 시각에서 통찰하여 자신의 문제를 분석하고 해결하는 능력을 향상시키는 데 의미를 두었다. This study aimed to look into requirements for self-control needed to cultivate problem-solving ability in Korean college students and cases where tea meditation was applied to enhance the ability. In the era of the 4th Industrial Innovation facing sharp social change, self-control ability is important to college students who have not yet acquired ability to control themselves in physical and financial aspects. To cultivate effective problem-solving ability, they should have self-leading behaviors and ways of thinking through which they can understand and control themselves. Self-control to overcome problems between themselves and organizations begins from knowing their position and needs. The ability to control thinking, emotion and behaviors is an important factor in evaluation of personality. The self-control ability is important because it has an absolute influence on formation of personal relationship with organizations in this society. The application of tea meditation as a medium of self control is efficient for cultivation of problem-solving ability. Tea meditation can be a means to help the students have psychological stability and enhance self-control ability when they see tea-drinking behaviors as well as when they drink tea. They can be aware of feeling and senses accompanied by tea meditation when they acquire ability to see through themselves in an objective perspective. In conclusion, this study has meaning in that it was discovered that tea meditation can work as an effective medium for self-control to enhance problem-solving ability in college students.
