To estimate the penile blood flow changes during artificial with erection intracorporeal papaverine injection, we injected 99 m Technitium-Human Serum Albumin via antecubital vein simultaneously and calculate the radioisotope activity of the penis using computerized Gamma Camera. We classified the results into 3 groups according to the transit time, erection persistent time and venous index in 67 impotence patients. We defined the arteriogenic impotence with the delayed transit time (more than 600 seconds) in 13 patients and venogenic with the shortened erection persistant time (less than 200 seconds) and decreased venous index (less than 0.8) in 11 patients. The rest of them (43 patients) were regarded as equivocal impotence, probably nonvasculogenic or psychogenic.

β-Carotene의 오존산화반응을 통하여 불포화 색소물질에 대한 오존의 탈색효과와 반응성분의 변화를 정량 적으로 비교하였으며, 카로티노이드계 색소가 주요 발색원인물질인 beeswax에 대한 오존의 산화반응을 물, 0.5%와 1.0%수산화나트륨수용액, 20%와 95%초산수용액에서 실시하여 각 반응계에 따른 탈색효과를 비교검토하였고 과산화수소의 첨가효과도 검토하였다. β-Carotene의 불포화이중결합의 감소와 탈색효과는 정량적으로 비례하였으며 beeswax의 탈색효과도 잘 일치하는 결과를 얻었다. Beeswax의 탈색효과는 1.0% 수산화나트륨수용액에서 반응한 것이 가장 우수하였으며, 과산화수소의 첨가(왁스의 2%)시 390nm에서의 흡광도가 0.045로 좋은 탈색효과를 얻을 수 있었다. Beeswax의 탈색에 있어 오존산화반응이 물리흡착보다 효과적이라는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. Bleaching effect of ozone on unsaturated coloring material was compared quantitatively with the change of composition of reactants through the ozone oxidation of β-carotene. Beeswax colorized by carotenoids was reacted with ozone in water, 0.5% and 1.0% sodium hydroxide solution, and 20% and 95% acetic acid solution and bleaching effect of each reaction condition was compared with each other. And then the additive effect of hydrogen peroxide was investigated. Decrease of unsaturated double bond of β-carotene was proportioned quantitatively to the bleaching effect of ozone on β-carotene and was in accordance with the bleaching effect on beeswax. The bleaching effect of ozone on coloring material in 1.0% sodium hydroxide solution was better than any other condition and the absorbance of beeswax at 390 nm was improved to 0.045 with the addition of hydrogen peroxide(2% of wax). For the bleaching of beeswax, it was concluded that the ozone oxidation was more effective than physical adsorption.
Glycol Oleates의 합성과 절삭유제로서의 물성

Glycololeates for the application of cutting fluid were synthesized from oleic acid and glycols such as ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and triethylene glycol. The ratio of glycol-monooleate and dioleate in product according to the reaction condition was analyzed by TLC, CC and HPLC. Properties of glycololeates as cutting fluid were examined by various testing methods such as profile test, pH test, anti-foaming test friction coefficient test and emulsion stability test to compare those of base oil and cutting fluid trading in the market. Non-catalytic reaction of glycololeates synthesis was showed too low conversion rate, but too fast conversion rate and deep color deterioration of products was obtained with acid-catalyses reaction. Using the SnCl2 catalyst, conversion rate was medium range and products which suitable for the application of cutting fluid with mild colored and with desirable mono- and di-oleate composition was obtained. Cutting fluidal properties of glycololeates with SnCl2 catalyst were better than those of base oil, and were similar level to those of cutting fluid containing various additives.

The purpose of this papen in (1) to describe the basic form of Korean sentence, and (2) to set up the basic from of Korean sentence. Korean basic sentence is decided by sentence Copontents according with semantic functions of the predicate. Basic sentence form of Korean is derived from basic sentence, and then they appear to layer; basic sentence form primary is 'subject+predicate' and primant sentence form is 'subhect+object+predicate', 'subject+complement+prechicate'. Seconcalry sentence form is 'detenminer+subject+predicate', 'subject+adjective+predicate'.
