        간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동간호사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스 및 간호업무수행

        Purpose: This study aimed to improve nursing practice efficiency by analyzing and comparing the emotional labor, job stress, and performance of nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards and in general wards. Methods: The study surveyed 151 nurses in comprehensive nursing care and general wards. The results were analyzed by ${\chi}$ 2test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in terms of emotional labor, job stress, and performance for the two different types of nurses. Statistically significant positive correlations were noted between job stress and emotional labor, nursing performance, emotional labor, and job stress in the comprehensive nursing care wards, and between job stress and emotional labor, and nursing performance in the general wards. Conclusion: A longer duration of direct nursing in comprehensive nursing care wards tended to increase, emotional labor and job stress. However, the quality of nursing provided to patients tended to improve. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institutional plan for carrying out efficient nursing while reducing emotional labor and job stress among nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards.

        Extension of block matrix representation of the geometric mean

        To extend the well-known extremal characterization of the geometric mean of two $n \times n$ positive definite matrices $A$ and $B$, we solve the following problem: \begin{equation*} \max \Bigg\{ X:X=X^*,~ \begin{pmatrix} A & V & X \\ V & B & W \\ X & W & C \end{pmatrix} \geq 0 \Bigg \}. \end{equation*} We find an explicit expression of the maximum value with respect to the matrix geometric mean of Schur complements.

        중학교 발레 표현활동의 수업선호도 향상요인에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 전국 주요권역의 극소수의 중학교에서 이루어지고 있는 발레를 통한 표현활동 수업을 통하여 학생들의 표현활동 능력성취(이해능력, 실기능력, 창작능력 등)와 수업만족도(수업환경만족, 프로그램만족, 지도 및 평가만족, 교육효과만족 등)의 상관관계를 알아보고 수업만족도가 발레표현활동 수업선호도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석함으로서 발레 동작을 통한 표현활동 수업의 전국적 확산 및 활성화가 가능한지에 대한 기본적인 연구정보를 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 발레 표현활동을 통한 학생들의 능력성취가 수업만족도에 영향을 미치고 긍정적인 수업만족도가 발레 표현활동의 수업선호도를 향상시키는 요인이라는 결론을 얻었다. 또한 이 연구를 통하여 발레 표현활동은 일상의 구기 종목 및 다른 유형의 표현활동 학습에서 일상적으로 이루어지기 힘든 신체활동을 할 수 있게 하여 학생 개개인의 사상과 감정을 창의적이고 예술적인 표현활동으로 융합하여 수업에 대한 호기심과 관심을 이끌어 내어 궁극적으로는 수업선호도를 향상시키는 요인이라는 것으로 확인하였다. The result showed that the students’ class performance affects their class satisfaction. Also, it showed that the students’ satisfaction of the class was the cause of the students’ preference of the class. In conclusion, from now on, educational resources must be readily available to schools, so that the number of ballet classes would be increased. These resources will allow students to develop curiosity and enthusiasm that motivates them to voluntarily and actively participate in class. On the basis of the conclusion above, this thesis suggests the following: Firstly, there are just a few middle schools in the nation that includes ballet classes in their curriculum. Therefore, by the results of this study, more schools should inherit ballet classes into their curriculum, as well as encouraging their students to participate. Secondly, to allow students to participate in performing arts of all genres, such as ballet, the current physical education curriculum should be revised. Thirdly, by adopting ballet classes into the curriculum, an environment where students can learn about their career choices earlier and develop into professionals can be created.

      • 폐기물 에너지화를 위한 베트남 호치민시 생활폐기물 분석에 관한 연구

        베트남은 급격한 경제성장으로 인하여 생활폐기물 발생량 증가되고 있으며 전력수요량 역시 급증하고 있다. 따라서 베트남 정부에서는 생활폐기물 처리문제와 부족한 전력난을 해결하기 위하여 폐기물을 이용한 소각발전에 가장 큰 인센티브를 부여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 베트남 호치민시의 생활폐기물을 처리하는 동시에 소각 발전사업을 통해 전력을 생산하는 사업의 추진을 위하여 호치민시 생활폐기물의 성상분석을 실시하였다. 폐기물 성상분석 대상지역은 베트남 호치민시의 생활수준을 고려하여 4군, 7군, 2군, Go Vap 지역으로 설정하였으며, 동남아 지역 날씨 특성에 따라 우기와 건기를 구분하였다. 건기를 기준으로 4개 지역의 평균 삼성분 분석결과 함수율 57%. 가연분 40%, 회분3%로 나타났다. 우기의 경우 평균 삼성분 분석결과 함수율 66%, 가연분 29%, 회분 5%로 분석되었다. 건기 기준으로 4개 지역의 평균 건조발열량 5,830kcal/kg, 저위발열량 1,800kcal/kg 고위발열량 2,520kcal/kg으로 나타났으며, 우기를 기준으로는 4개지역 평균 건조발열량 5,680kcal/kg, 저위발열량 1,190kcal/kg, 고위발열량 1,980kcal/kg으로 분석되었다. 폐기물 성상분석 결과를 활용하여 적절한 폐기물 전처리공정을 선정하고, 이를 통해 폐기물 소각 발전시설의 설계를 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        음성신호기반의 감정분석을 위한 특징벡터 선택

        Recently, computer form were smaller than before because of computing technique"s development and many wearable device are formed. So, computer"s cognition of human emotion has importantly considered , thus researches on analyzing the state of emotion are increasing. Human voice includes many information of human emotion. This paper proposes a discriminative feature vector selection for emotion classification based on speech. For this, we extract some feature vectors like Pitch, MFCC, LPC, LPCC from voice signals are divided into four emotion parts on happy, normal, sad, angry and compare a separability of the extracted feature vectors using Bhattacharyya distance. So more effective feature vectors are recommended for emotion classification.

        치과위생사의 기대업무와 수행업무 격차가 이직의도와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of gap between expected job and performed job on job satisfaction and turnover intention in clinical dental hygienists. A total 292 hygienist in dental hospitals and dental offices in nationwide completed a questionnaire on their daily routine job and job which they expected and measured gap between expected job and performed job, such as chairside assisting, preventive care, consultation, reception. The study showed the gap on chairside assisting job among age, career and showed the gap on consultation among age, education, career and showed the gap on reception among age, career. gap on chairside assisting, salary satisfaction, personal day affected job satisfaction and gap on chairside assisting, children, salary satisfaction affected turnover intention. The study showed that salary satisfaction and gap on chairside assisting associated with turnover intention and job satisfaction. Personal day affected job satisfaction but did not affect turnover intention.

        일부 대학생에서 치면세균막 관리 프로그램에 의한 치면세균막 감소 효과 및 관리 난이도

        For the purpose of examining the dental biofilm reduction effect and control difficulty level through a dental biofilm control program in this study, the total of 131 medical records (82.9%) were used for the final analysis upon excluding the records that were not suitable for this study among the records of 158 persons for the medical records of clinical hygiene case reports that were submitted from 2006 to 2011 by students at the Department of Dental Hygiene at N University located in Chungnam region. The result of examining the dental biofilm reduction effect according to the visit number when conducting a dental biofilm control program showed that the dental biofilm index reduced meaningfully as the visit number increased. However, in the case of those that visited for 7 sessions, the level of reduction was not statistically meaningful. For the purpose of comparing the dental biofilm index mean per area of teeth during the final session visit of dental biofilm control program, the area of teeth was classified into labial/buccal surface, lingual/palatal surface and proximal surface, and the dental biofilm index of lingual/palatal surface was the highest with 26.5%. The result of measuring the dental biofilm of maxilla/mandible revealed meaningful differences between the dental biofilm index of maxilla and mandible. The result of analyzing the dental biofilm index of labial/buccal surface, lingual/palatal surface and proximal surface revealed meaingful differences among the dental biofilm index of labial/ buccal surface, lingual/palatal surface and proximal surface.

        치과위생사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out factors that affect turnover intention among dental hygienists. This study also provides a method to decrease the turnover intention, and demonstrates plans to improve organizational effectiveness. Methods: The data was collected from 300 dental hygienists working at dental clinics in Daegu and Kyungbuk province during the month of September, 2010. The total of 152 copies were used for analysis. The questionnaires were consisted of 6 categories: turnover intention, empowerment, organizational commitment, burnout, stress, and job satisfaction. T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression were applied in this analysis. Results: 1. Looking at the relations between turnover intention and general characteristics, urnover intention was the highest among 20-29 age group, junior college graduates, and the group that had lees than 2-5 years of working experiences(p<0.05). Regarding marital status, singles had higher turnover intention than married people. 2. Looking at the correlation among turnover intention, empowerment, organizational commitment, burnout, stress, and job satisfaction, most of these factors showed significant correlations. However the correlations between organizational commitment and stress, stress and empowerment, stress and job satisfaction were not significant(p<0.05). 3. Organizational commitment and stress had significant influence on turnover intention(p <0.05). Organizational commitment was the most significant factor and it negatively influences the turnover intention. Conclusions: In order to decrease the turnover intention among dental hygienists, plans that can increase the organizational commitment should be implemented by improving organization-related factors.

        알츠하이머 치매 환자에 동반된 우울증상의 치료에 관한 Mirtazapine의 효과와 안정성에 대한 개방 연구

        Depression is one of the most devastating behavioral symptoms in demented patients but there is little evidence about effective and safe pharmacotherapy. We aimed to determine the effectiveness and safety of mirtazapine in treatment of depressed patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). The consecutive patients with AD who have significant depression were assigned to an 8-week open-label, prospective study. Patients received mirtazapine 15-45 mg/day. The changes in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D) scores were primary outcome measurement. The change in Clinical Global Impression-Severity scale (CGI-S) scores and tolerability-safety profile were the secondary efficacy variables. Thirty-two out of 38 (84.2%) patients completed the study. There was a significant reduction in HAM-D and CGI-S between the pre- and post-treatment with mirtazapine (p<0.01). There was no significant side effect and cognitive deterioration. The results of this open-label pilot study suggest that mirtazapine may be an effective choice for treatment of depressed patients with AD.
