Based on the literature study for the determination of perchlorate in soil we chose the ion chromatography as a measurement method and decided to use 70 mM KOH as an eluent to avoid the interference derived from the co-elution of pyrophosphate (P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>7</sub><sup>4−</sup>), tripolyphosphate (P<sub>3</sub>O<sub>10</sub><sup>5−</sup>). Also we proposed to use air dried soil through 0.15 mm sieve and distilled water as an extractant. Under the these basic concepts, we carried out the experiments to set up the detail procedure like solid to liquid ratio (S/L ratio), extraction time, device for extraction and indicating factors for quality control (e.g. precision, accuracy, MDL, LOQ). In case of time and device for extraction, 5 hours of mechanical shaking or 1 hour of centrifugation showed better precision and accuracy than that of sonication for 1 hour According to these results, we proposed the extraction method combining 5 hours of mechanical shaking with 1 hour of centrifugation. From the aspect of S/L ratio, the ratio of 1/2 or 1/3 showed resonable precision and accuracy. In case of the ratio of 1/2, there would be some problems in the separation process when the proportion of fine particle is high. Therefore, we proposed the extraction ratio of solid to liquid as 1/3 instead of 1/2. With the consideration of cost effectiveness and soil salinity, we proposed the use of cartridge for removing the interfering anions like chloride, sulfate and carbonate in specific sample such as saline soil.

This study aims at exploring relation of stress response and countermeasure type according to Participation at Yoga training. This study set as a population adult women participating at Yoga training and residing at S City, in south Gyeonggi-do, and S City, C City. By giving out total 380 copies of questionnaire, the study used total 354 copies for final analysis excluding 26 copies judged to be unhonest or omitting responses of the gathered questionnaire sheets, and to verify average difference between variables, looked into research purposes by using multiple regression analysis and to verify the validity and credibility of questionnaire, by using reliability analysis, and to examine into relations between each variable, by using correlation analysis, to look for correlation between variables, by using multiple regression analysis. Through such procedures, the study elicited following conclusion, conclusion to Yoga stress response and Yoga stress countermeasure response showed that at stress response and emotional relieving countermeasure as sub-factor, it had a negative effect on aggressive factor, frustration, rage and somatization factors had no statistical effect. The entire explanative ability of stress response to emotional relieving countermeasure as sub-factor of stress response accounted for 5.3%. Problem-focusing countermeasure factor had a positive effect on rage factor, and negative effect on aggressive factor. Frustration, somatization factors had no statistical effect, and the entire explanative ability of stress response to problem-focusing countermeasure as sub-factor of stress response accounted for 4.9%. Social support pursuing countermeasure factor had a positive effect on rage, and aggressive factor had a negative effect on aggressive factor. Frustration, somatization factors had no statistical effect, and the entire explanative ability of stress response to social support pursuing countermeasure as sub-factor of stress response accounted for 4.0%.

파워 글라스 시스템의 특성은 주로 윈도우 레귤레이터의 거동 특성과 글라스 런에 의한 저항에 의해 결정되며, 주로 시험 결과 분석을 통해 시스템의 성능을 예측한다. 본 논문에서는 시험적인 방법의 한계를 해결하기 위해, 익스플리시트 코드를 사용한 해석적 방법을 제안하였다. 해석 모델에 사용한 글라스 런의 마찰 계수는 다양한 조건에서의 마찰 시험을 실시하여 구하였으며, 무니-리블린 모델을 사용하였다. 또한, 윈도우 레귤레이터 파트의 메카니즘은 패스트 벨트 시스템과 슬립 링 요소를 사용하여 모델링 하였고, 상승시 발생하는 전류와 하중과의 상관관계 분석을 통해 레귤레이션 메카니즘의 신뢰성을 검증하였고, 모터의 특성을 고려하여 신뢰성 있는 글라스 상승 시간을 예측하였다. The performance of power window system was decided by driving characteristics of the window regulator part and reaction by the glass run. The performance of power window system usually has been predicted by experimental methods. In this paper, analytical method using the explicit code was suggested to overcome the limit of the experimental methods. The friction coefficient of grass run was obtained by the friction test at various conditions and the Mooney-Rivlin model was used. Also, a mechanism of window regulator consisted with the fast belt system and the slip ring elements. And, we conducted the analysis considering characteristic of a motor and obtained the lifting speed of automotive glass with high reliability.
