      • 수치해석을 통한 수중 성형폭약 강판절단 성능 평가 연구

        본 연구에서는 성형폭약의 수중 관입 성능을 조사하였다. 성형폭약을 물속에서 사용할 때 폭약과 피폭체 사이의 물은 절단능력에 악영향을 미치므로 제트에너지 손실방지, 수밀성 및 내수압성을 유지하기 위해 외부장치를 적용하였다. 이에 대해 기초 실험을 실시하였다. 성형폭약의 종류와 사용량, 형상, 튜브의 재질, 결속상태 등을 변수로 하여 성형폭약의 외부장치 형상에 따른 수중 관입 성능을 비교 검토하였다. 기초실험과 함께 AUTODYN 수치해석 프로그램을 수행하였다. 수치해석을 통하여 다각도의 촬영스냅으로 구조화된 형상의 모델을 구현하였고 실제 실험 결과들과 비교 분석하여 관입깊이에 미치는 인자 기여도를 분석하였다. 그 결과 원형 장치가 사각 장치보다 더 적합하였다. 인자 기여도에서는 stand-off, cavity chamber type, set rubber wire 순으로 나타났다.

      • 발광다이오드의 색상 변화에 따른 미세조류의 성장 특성 : Growth characteristics of microalgae according to the color change of light emitting diodes

        microalage is a useful resource which has Recently been attracting attention all over the world as its ability not only to fix carbon dioxide with photosynthesis but also to commercially produce useful secondary metabolites. Most of all, it has two advantages; first, the possibility of mass production; second, the high content of lipids which is the target product of the components. In order to cultivate these microalgae effectively, it is essential to supply efficient light, most of all Light emitting diode also has three advantages; first it can be selectively irradiated with color; second, it doesn't generate heat; last, it has more economical than fluorescent lamp, a conventional light sources. Although the study to apply a light emitting diode to microalgae culture has been attempted recently, more research results are needed to be applied commercially. In this study, the optimal light color was derived with using a light emitting diode to enhance the photosynthesis of the microalgae. Microalgae used in this study was cultured in a cultivation tank after sampling from the P University fish farm. Medium was used as a Jaworski's medium. The number of dominant species in the culture is three: Chlorella sp, Scenedesmus and Ulothrix. The amount of photosynthesis of microalgae was measured with the concentration of dissolved oxygen. The optimal color ratio of the findings microalgae photosynthesis is the color ratio of light(Red : Blue = 63% : 37%) in the same amount of color strength, and The optimal color ratio of the findings microalgae photosynthesis is the color ratio of light(Red : Blue = 63% : 37%) in the same amount of light intensity. When you examine the optimal color ratio that was discovered by using a light-emitting diode, 62.9% power is maximum as compared to when it was irradiated the cause fluorescent lamp (Watt) low.

      • 도로포장 하부구조의 변형특성에 대한 실험적 연구

        포장체의 역학적 거동특성을 가장 합리적으로 반영하는 하부구조 재료의 특성치는 탄성계수로 평가되고 있다. 특히 회복탄성계수를 중심으로 한 변형특성은 차량하중의 반복재하 조건에서 유발되는 포장재료의 응력-변형 상태를 반영한 특성치로서, 포장 하부구조 재료의 특성을 가장 합리적으로 반영할 수 있는 물성치로 평가되고 있다. 하부구조 재료의 변형특성은 매우 다양한 요소에 영향을 받는 것으로 밝혀지고 있어서, 외국의 시험결과를 직접적으로 적용하면 많은 오차를 내포할 가능성이 크므로 국내 재료의 역학적 특성이 고려된 설계입력변수 결정이 필요하다. 그러나, 국내 하부구조 재료의 변형특성에 대한 시험자료가 거의 없는 상태로, 고유의 포장 설계법의 개발에 대단히 큰 장애요인이 되고 있다. 또한, 개발될 한국형 포장 설계법에 부합되는 변형계수 개념에 근거한 시공관리, 재료의 품질 기준 정립을 위해서도 비선형 탄성계수를 중심으로 한 역학적 특성치의 규명은 대단히 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 포장 하부구조 재료의 변형특성에 대한 다양한 영향요소를 공용상태에서 경험하는 구속응력 범위에서의 특성을 중심으로 평가하고, 평판재하시험으로부터 현장 탄성계수 평가 가능성을 크로스홀시험과 실내 공진주시험결과와 비교분석하는 기법을 적용하여 검토하였다. 연구결과, 노상토의 탄성계수는 변형률크기, 함수비, 건조단위중량, 구속응력의 영향을 받고 있으나 하중반복횟수에 대한 영향은 무시할 수 있는 수준으로 나타났다. 한편, 변형률 크기에 따른 탄성계수의 변화를 최대탄성계수로 정규화하여 나타내면, 구속응력, 함수비, 건조단위중량의 영향을 거의 받지 않는 것으로 나타나 변형률 크기의 영향을 독립적인 영향요소로 고려할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 노상토의 탄성계수는 하중주파수가 증가함에 따라 미소하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 구속응력의 증가에 따른 노상토의 탄성계수 증가 정도는 무시할 수준을 넘어선 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 일반적으로 노상토에 적용되는 축차응력 모델을 국내의 노상토에 대하여 적용하는 경우 상당한 오차가 유발될 것으로 예상되며, 구성모델에 구속응력 또는 체적응력의 고려가 필수적인 것으로 판단된다. 보조기층 재료가 경험하게되는 구속응력 범위에서는 정규화탄성계수 감소곡선의 변화 정도는 크지 않아, 변형률 크기에 따른 비선형 특성은 구속응력과 무관한 독립변수로 설정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 보조기층 재료의 탄성계수는 하중주파수의 변화에 무관하게 일정한 값으로 결정되었다. 즉, 점성이 없고 입상의 보조기층 재료에 대한 하중주파수의 영향은 없는 것으로 평가되었다. LVDT와 로드셀을 적용하여 하중강도와 변위량을 엄밀하게 측정한 평판재하시험과 현장 지반의 비선형 탄성계수결정에 널리 적용되는 공내재하시험으로부터 노상토의 비선형 탄성계수의 결정 가능성을 검토하였다. 평판재하시험과 공내재하시험 모두 노상토의 현장 비선형 탄성계수를 직접적으로 측정하는 시험기법으로서의 개발 가능성을 확인하였다. The design procedures for pavement systems presented in the 1986 AASHTO Guide for Design of Pavement Structure (AASHTO Guide 1986) has adopted the use of resilient modulus (MR) in the pavement design to represent the deformational characteristics of pavement materials, which replaces the empirical "soil support value" used in the earlier design guide. Deformational characteristics of pavement foundation materials are important parameters in the mechanistic design of pavement system. Different testing techniques are likely to have different ranges of reliable strain measurements, different applied stress level, and different loading frequencies, and the deformational characteristics of soils can be affected by all of these variables. Testing conditions are also different with conditions in the actual pavement system. For the reliable evaluation of the deformational characteristics, therefore, the effects of these variables need to be considered, and measured values should be effectively adjusted to the actual conditions where pavement system is working. The subgrade soils are mostly non-plastic sandy in Korea, and representative subgrade soils were collected for testing from the actual pavement projects. To evaluate the deformational characteristics of subgrade soils, RC/TS, TX, and FF-RC tests were performed. The effects of various variables on modulus were studied. The modulus of subgrade soil increases with loading frequency. The maximum shear modulus, Gmax, was significantly affected by confining pressure and water content, but normalized modulus (G/Gmax) reduction curves were almost identical and independent of water content and confining pressure below about 100kPa. The variation in the modulus with number of loading cycles is small and can be ignored in a practical sense. The MR values of subgrade soils are affected by several factors. AASHTO T-294-92I has adopted the deviatoric stress model for subgrade soil, which consider deviatoric stress only. However, the moduli of subgrade soils in Korea, which are most sandy soils, were affected by not only deviatoric stress but also by confining pressure. The effects of loading frequency, mean effective stress, and loading cycles on the deformational characteristics of subbase soils were investigated herein. The moduli of subbase soils were found to be almost independent of the loading frequency. For subbase soils, however, MR values is significantly influenced by confining pressure (or bulk stress), not by the magnitude of deviatoric stress. Field testings such as crosshole and plate bearing tests can be used to determine the modulus of pavement foundations under in-situ conditions. In this paper, laboratory and field tests were performed at a site which consisted of the nonlinear deformational characteristics of foundation materials such as the effects of strain amplitude, loading frequency, confining pressure. It has shown that when the effects of these factors are properly taken into account, the stiffness values evaluated by various field and labrotary tests are comparable to each other fairly well.

In the case of utilizing standed way, news man present design coonsidering graphics systems in the areas of using graphics of specialist who do management and presenting idea, or put effect on the right or left of anchor, or disposit graphics up the shoulder of anchor, and graphics use relationship of The use of graphics is under the influence of graphics systems of news desk(press section) or talent of news hawk and graphics specialist, there is little care for one newsman on his own judgement to perfect complicated graphics, this progress together with a qualified specialist having necessary knowledge and skill, newsman should know function of utilizing graphics systems to get best graphics from graphics systems news graphics are always attained on the social environment of viewers, at the same time self-righteousness is not permitted, and graphics content should be designed to communicate identically with news articles. In the way of developement, we classify KBS1, MBC9 o'clock colligation news time through video monitor as realtive importance in use and expression mode, to investigate the function of graphics in news and show controversial point, to present concrete and theoretical basis of nonlinguistic news communication guide in information communication is significance of this thesis.

      • 실시간 임베디드 시스템용 네트워크 모듈 구현

        최근에 고속 네트워크 장비, PDA 단말기, 휴대폰, 인터넷 셋톱 박스 등과 같은 임베디드 시스템의 개발로 인하여 임베디드 운영체제의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 과거의 임베디드 시스템에서는 단순히 순차적인 작업만을 하기 때문에 임베디드 운영체제의 필요가 없었으나, 점차 시스템의 복잡성과 다양성을 만족시키고 프로세스의 관리를 하기 위하여 임베디드 시스템에서 운영체제가 요구되어지고 있다. 또한 사용자들에게 빠른 응답시간과 프로세스의 실시간 처리의 필요성이 증가함에 따라 실시간 임베디드 운영체제로의 포팅이 이루어지고 있다. 이미 상용 임베디드 운영체제는 많은 장비에 포팅되어 사용되어 지고 있지만 제품의 개발과 판매에 따른 라이센스를 지불해야 하는 부담을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 공개된 운영체제인 리눅스를 기반으로 하여 임베디드 시스템에 포팅하려는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있고 공개적인 실시간 임베디드 운영체제에 대한 연구 및 개발도 계속해서 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ARM계열인 Intel의 StrongARM SA-1110 프로세서를 기반으로 한 타겟보드에 임베디드 운영체제로서 리눅스를 포팅하였고, 네트워킹 기능을 위하여 이더넷을 기반으로 한 기본적인 네트워크 프로그램을 동작시켰다. 또한 실시간기능을 위하여 리눅스 기반위에서 동작하는 실시간 운영체제인 RTLinux를 포팅하여 실시간 운영체제상에서의 네트워킹 기능을 구현하였다. 임베디드 시스템에서 저장장치를 구현하기 위하여 플래쉬 메모리 기반의 블록 장치 드라이버를 작성하고, 파일 시스템인 JFFS를 구현하였다. Recently, a necessity of embedded operating system is on the increase because an embedded system is developed such as a high speed network device, a PDA, a cellular phone, a internet set-top box and so on. The embedded operating system is not necessary because the system performs a simple operation in old times however, it has been demanded more and more to satisfy complex and various systems and to manage processes. As the embedded system requires processing tasks of real-time and fast response's time, a real-time operating system should be ported to guarantee such requirements. Many embedded equipment has already been ported a commercial embedded operating system, however it bears the expensive license fee for products in order to develop and to sell. Therefore, linux, which is an open system, is continuously studied and developed to substitute such expensive commercial products as an operating system for real-time embedded systems. In this study, we have successfully ported linux on an embedded system, which is based on Intel StrongARM SA-1110 processor, then written several network modules for ethernet-based network devices. We have also developed real-time network functions in order to port RTLinux on our target system. Finally, we have implemented block devices based on flash memory and JFFS for our target embedded system.

      • 우리나라 金融國際化의 現況과 政策方向에 관한 硏究

        As Korea has come to have a favorable of international payments with the increase of its economic scale, its economy is not only faced with a strong open door pressure from abroad but also has to strengthen its economic constitution through the economic system by the private initiative out of the system of governmental one. Especially, to actively meet with the rapid change in the international economic conditions, it can, not be denied that the improvement in the market function of financial sector relatively lagging far behind compared with real economy and the pursuit of financial internationalization take presedence of all others for a continuous economic growth. When it is premised that the opening in the field of real economy is actually realized in the future, Korean financial industry will enter into a new phase and have to go through a definite and reasonable adjustment toward internationalization of banking for the attendant effective and balanced development. But since financial internationalization takes on both historical and cultural traits which are just different from the traits of other countries according to the or the financial situation or the development stages of the financial agencies of their own, the pursuit of financial internationalization appropriate for our financial conditions and financial development stage should be taken up with care. The financial internationalization is process in which domestic and overseas financial transaction is carried out freely on the basis of market principles with domestic financial market mutually connected with international one, and the details are as follows; 1) the internationalization of financial transaction. 2) the international development of financial business. 3) the mutual inroads of financial agencies. 4) the internationalization of financial-capital market. 5) the internationalization of domestic money. To attain such financial internationalization, essential prerequisites for the internationalization as a kind of system should be met above all. In major advanced countries financial internationalization was carried out under circumstances where essential prerequisites to the internationalization were met and by the need of financial economy itself, which was felt when the range of such trade opening as that of foreign trade, foreign exchange, and capital ect. was extended, and business activites become multinational and expanded into the field of capital export with the achievement of a balance between domestic and foreign economies. But, in our country, financial internationalization was progressing with the development of the internationalization in real sector and by the necessity of the foreign currency accomodation and the increase of international financial service. Recently through the opening of the branches of foreign banks in Korea and capital liberalization, a gradual opening of financial and capital market is being made, and thanks to the establishment of a favorable balance of international payments, pushing substantial financial internationalization forward began to be possible. But under the circumstances where financial agencies are not developed enough to actively meet with the changes in financial situation and they are backward in management strategies including international financial business, it is possible for the reckless and rapid pursuit of the opening and internationalization of finance to bring about negative effect on the general national economy. Therefore in the case of Korea, it should be after various problems arisen in the course of financial internationalization in main advanced countries and their countermeasures are closely examined and analyzed that the fundemental plans for such internationalization are worked out. The detailed policies for each task of financial internationalization in due consideration of Korean economic, social characteristics can be proposed as follows: First of all, to reinforce international competitive power of financial institutions in this period of financial internationalization, the expansion of international business range of those agencies and the varification of their international business must be realized. Second, the foreign bank branches in Korea have chiefly carried out the role of a buffer in the field of Korean international balance of payments so far, but the role of those branches should be reformulated so that they can give an effective source of foreign currency and substantially contribute to our continuous economic development. Third, to meet the open door pressure from abroad extending foreign exchange and the range of capital liberalization, we should extend foreign financial market and suitable environment and supplementary arrangements for that purpose must be and examined. And in pushing forward the internationalization of Korean Won currency, its influency on the national economy must be analyzed in many ways, and only through the extension of Korean Won supply and the development of overseas Korean Won market, such internationalization should be purposed. But above all in Korean financial internationalization, effective measures should be taken in consideration of financial customs, financial philosophies, and financial environment of our own country, and a continuous study be done in this field.       • Redistribution and International Economics : Theory and Evidence

        본 논문은 6장으로 구성되어 있으며 Rent-seeking의 효과를 국제경제학적관점에서분석하였음. 노동을 생산적및 약탈적활동으로 나누었음. 2장은 동태페쇄거시경제모델을 이용하여, 부의 재분뮐貂〉�値�균형에서의 소비와 자본대노동비율수준이감소하며 또한 과다한 변호사수가 경제성장의�다는 것을 보여주고 있음. 경제에있어 또한 적정한 수의 변호사 수도 유도되었음. 또한 소송적인 인센티브가집중계획경제에 비해 분산경제에 있어서의 균형수준을 낮춤. 3장은 동태거시개방있어 부의 재분배가 무역수지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였음. 부의 재분배활동이 증가함에따라 초굻湺�迷遠�축적하고 이 때문에 국제수지가 흑자를 나타냄. 새로운 균형점에서는국제수지가 다습�달성하며 무역수지적자는 축적외화자산으로부터의 이자수입으로상쇄됨. 분산경제에서는 소송응岵�인센티브로 말미암아 무역적자가 더 커짐. 4장은 리카아도-바이너 무역모델을 이용하여 부의활동의 결과를 살펴 보았음. 재분배활동에 쓰이는 노동이 늘어남에 따라 양측산업에서의 자본의 퓐쩜�감소함. Rent-seeking활동이 국제적으로 유동적인 자본에 대한 수익율을 감소시킴으로써 이 해외로 팔리게됨. 이것이 자본수지흑자를 야기시킴. 이 장에서는 또한 Rent-seeking의관점에서자를 분석하였음. 5장은 각국별자료를 이용하여 변호사수가 자본노동비율과경제성장에 미치는 부효과를 분석하였음. 경제성장율은 변호사수와 음으로 상관되어있음. 또한 변호사수대 화이트 칼뗍貂′篤�따라 무역적자와 국제수지적자가 커짐. SUR모델 분석은 경제에 있어 변호사수가 증가함염譯撰痴痔岵悶�재정적자가 모두증가한다는 것을 보여주고 있음. 미국의 시계열자료를 이용한 결국별 자료 분석결과를뒷받침하고 있음.
