동북아 자동차 산업의 현황 및 경제협력에 관한 연구 : 한.중.일 중심으로

Under the sudden change of competitive environment, the economic cooperation as a part of survival strategy is being a big issue among countries. There was much discussion based on the geological adjacency as well as cultural homogeneity regarding the economic cooperation of three countries, Korea, China, Japan. It has been also known that major trade countries of the world concluded the treaty of region trade, then extended the number of export, and drew a success in foreign direct investment. It can be considered that Korea will play a major role in the three countries' automobile industry based on Japanese demonstrated technology. Chinese resources, market and experience with their economic cooperation. Therefore it is expected that a big result will be achieved throughout such a role play of each country. This paper has a purpose to light up the distinctive quality and the present condition of each country in automobile industry, and to promote the foundation of three countries' economic cooperation. It is convinced that the economic cooperation of three countries. Korea, China and Japan in automobile industry, will play a great role in the world automobile market.
Intelligent Visual Surveillance - A Survey

Detection, tracking, and understanding of moving objects of interest in dynamic scenes have been active research areas in computer vision over the past decades. Intelligent visual surveillance (IVS) refers to an automated visual monitoring process that involves analysis and interpretation of object behaviors, as well as object detection and tracking, to understand the visual events of the scene. Main tasks of IVS include scene interpretation and wide area surveillance control. Scene interpretation aims at detecting and tracking moving objects in an image sequence and understanding their behaviors. In wide area surveillance control task, multiple cameras or agents are controlled in a cooperative manner to monitor tagged objects in motion. This paper reviews recent advances and future research directions of these tasks. This article consists of two parts: The first part surveys image enhancement, moving object detection and tracking, and motion behavior understanding. The second part reviews wide-area surveillance techniques based on the fusion of multiple visual sensors, camera calibration and co-operative camera systems.

본 연구에서는 공학교육인증과정을 운영하는 프로그램에서 소속 학생들의 성공적인 학습성과 습득을 보장하 기 위한 관찰 및 관리 수단으로서 학업성취도 관리시스템 구축의 필요성 및 운영 사례를 소개한다. 본 대학의 전자공 학 프로그램을 대상으로 관련 데이터베이스를 구축하고 학생들의 교과목 이수 이력 및 학습성과 성취도를 점검할 수 있도록 하여 학생들은 스스로 학업 계획을 수립할 수 있도록 하고 교수들에게는 학생별 맞춤식 상담이 가능하도록 하였다. 구축된 시스템에서는 학습성과와 관련된 각종 통계도 제공하도록 하여 프로그램 차원의 학습성과 관리가 가 능토록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 시스템의 성공적 구축 및 운영 예를 제시함으로써 공학인증과정의 운영에 필요 한 각종 통계지표의 계산 및 제시가 가능함을 보인다. In this study we explain the necessity of a developing management system of academical achievement in a progrm running the accredited engineering program as an observation and management tool to assure students' succesive achievement of program outcomes, and also present an operation result of the constructed management system. Taking the electronic engineering program in our school as an object, we constructed a relating database to monitor the students' course work completions and achievement of program outcomes, to allow students to build their plans for course work and to enable professors to proceed customized counseling for assigned students. The constructed system also provide various statistics relating program outcomes to allow program professors to proceed effective management of outcomes in the program level. In this paper we show that it is possible to calculate and provide the various statistical indicators, which is needed to effectively run accredited engineering programs, by presenting the results relating successful construction of the system and its operation.
