한국의 상대적 지역박탈 현황과 변화

지역 건강불평등 문제를 이해하는 것은 지역 간 건강 수준 격차를 줄이고 전체 국민의 건강 수준을 높이기 위한 인구집단 전략으로서 큰 의미를 갖는다. 이에 이 글에서는 건강불평등에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 지역 특성을 이해하기 위해 지역박탈지수를 산출, 지역 간 박탈 수준 차이와 과거와 오늘날의 박탈 수준 변화를 파악하였다. 지역박탈지수는 지역의 상대적 박탈 수준을 관찰하는 도구로서 정책적 활용 가능성이 높다. 우리나라에서는 정책을 수립·이행하는 데 이를 전적으로 활용하지 못하고 있으나, 지역박탈 개념은 관련 사업의 필요성을 강화하거나 방향성을 수립하는 데 적합한 원칙이 될 수 있으며, 추후에는 지자체 자원 배분을 위한 근거로도 적극 활용할 필요가 있다.

여성노동에 대한 사회정책의 관점

The purpose of this paper is to indicate the problems which are gradually manifested in the feminization tendency of labour force labour force and to make demonstration of the ideological characteristics in gender factor affecting the present industrial nations under the social policy-viewpoint. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The demographic, socio-cultural, and economic properties from the year 1960 to the year 1990 brought dynamic changes on a variety of families. 2. 「An increment of feminization in the labour force」goes on the view that consists of low-wage section and part-time engagement. 3. Distinctly, the discharge number of women workers in increasing unfairly after IMF situation in Korea. 4. Ultimately, the woman labour force of social policy system is based on the ideology of 「family wage」, that is, the patriarchality is only transferring from the family to the nation. 5. The social policy that is formed under the role-division of gender idelogy premises the subsidiarity of the social policy. For example, Sweden and Scandinavian Nations-frienly model for woman and family.

VDT 작업능률을 위한 인간인자(Human Factors)와 視환경조건

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the VDT task environment more detailly, and to adjust the human factors as physiological load index. And that is to establish the visual environment-condition elements for the VDT task efficiency centered on the materials of the Korean Standard Institute. The conclusions are summarized as follows; First, recently the magnetic waves which are composed of low frequency damage the cell membrane and become the cause of the different cancers of humanbody to the VDT operators. Second, the influences of the visual phenomenon and the visual acuity are evidently expressed by the VDT operator in the subjective · the objective evaluation. Third, the human factors of the muscle load are primarily measured by the oxygen-consumption capacity and the mental load are measured by the CFF(flicker values), HRV, respiration, eye-blink, blood-pressure, skin temperature, skin resistance. This study shows the measuring methods of these human factors to the VDT operators. Fourth, this study finds the visual condition to the VDT operators is based on the Korean Standard Institute reports(final 1994 year).

주거수준 측정의 관련 인자에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to certain relational factors of Housing Level Prediction, which affects Housing Policy. And the factors are bound in with current social changes. Conclusions of this study are as follows ; Firstly, Environmental condition in housing·community is pricipal for estimating level index of living circumstances. Secondly, The changed condition in housing life is caused by the combination effect of socal·economic variations. One thing is changed conception of the conventional life cycle. The other thing is the changed demand in owenership of housing of youth·old stratum. Thirdly, The relational factors of Housing Level Prediction are the size of house(room), total occupied ares…), level for residence (room/person), dissatisfactional ratio (satisfactional ratio) to housing·residential environment, expense percent in housing / total household consumption, policy about housing loan and th prediction in the before and after of housing market.

조선시대 건축의 家垈제한과 家舍규제에 대한 도시계획적 의미

The purpose of this study is to observe the meaning of city(Han-Sung Bu) planning of residential architecture in Cho-Son Dynasty, chiefly to be concluded about the regulations of house-site and house-details. The conclusion of this paper was discussed through the historical documents and matials as the following : Firstly, this regulational institutions about residential architecture is made up of social-value characteristics, that is, attachment-particularity belonging to achievement, in Cho-Son Dynasty Secondly, the collapse of this regulational institutions is caused by an rank overturn originated from military exploits and Nap-Yul after Japanese invasion in 1592. Thirdly, two factors that are mentioned above brought about the population explosion, the change of inhabitants in Han-Sung Bu. Therefore, the place(Han-Sung Bu) has produced a great many trading people of the middle class.

여성의 sexuality에 대한 법적ㆍ의학적 침해

In this study, the totality of phenomena connected in sexual appearances or sexuality whether or not they are concerned with sexual satisfaction is the operational conception of 'sexuality'. This study is based on the belief that the social behavior of the woman is applicable to the 'sexuality' and to the dual-ideology governing mechanism. The purpose of this study is to establish the relation of the Power- Knowledge (namely, andro-centric ideologies)in the society in discussing the sexuality of the womankind in the legal medical interpretation. The subjects of investigation are 36 cases reported in the judical precedents of the supreme court from 1990-1995(that is, the rape, statutory rape and criminal assult). The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows : First, the meaning of the legal interpretation is expressed in dichotomy mechanism(namely, an assulter/ the injured - rational/ emotional, objective/ subjective - masculine/ feminine). And the statement of the injured is considered as emotional·subjective, so that it presses the injured into disqualification. Second, especially, infanticide and rape are criminal acts revealed in the legal·medical penetrated interpretation. Third, the legal definition and application to the rape come into line with the conception of 'the continuum of sexual violence'. The sexuality of the womankind is grounded from the pragnancy and delivery. But we all know that Our Sexuality is able to take the malleability of Our Self, and that we Should bring to mind that Our Sexuality plays an important role in body - self identity - social regularness as a connected point.

도시 저소득층을 위한 주택정책의 방향 : 부산광역시를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to compare the results of housing policy for low-income peoples in this country with those of foreign countries, chiefly on the administrative disposition of Pusan city. The guarantee of 「residence right」as human rights will be secured by establishing the clear countermove of administrative housing policy. The conclusion is as follows ; 1. 「The poor environment areas in urban housing」are the major housing zone in low-income peoples of urban districts, and are mainly situated on the periphery of the urban center for a temporary residence since the Korean civil war, 1950. This formation of defective housing zone is caused by the inclemency of housing environments, and so this study has shown four problems of Pusan city housing policy. 2. This study presented civic betterment devices, and those are ① the autonomization of housing market, ② the extention proposition in lease residence, ③ the role redistribution and control between central government and local goverment, ④ the institutional mechanism for protecting cinsumers. 3. The local housing policy direction is ① the urgent need of reenactment in the scope and definition of houseless population, ② the settlement of housing level to establish the lowest housing standard (for example, optimum size in housing, optimum equipment of housing environments).

공동주택 주방공간을 대상으로 한 실내공기오염실태와 개선에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to examine the situation of Indoor Air Quality environment as to the kitchen in the group housing, and to present appropriate improvement device in the kitchen indoor air ventilation through the survey, measurement methods. The conclusions are as follows; (1) Especially, the contaminated air situation of the kitchen area spreads wide in open plan between living and kitchen by the characters of architectural plan type and occupant's behavior habits. Therefore, we need to control IAQ, and should renew range hood system for active ventilation importation.(2) The using condition of gas-range, ventilation hood, the number of smokers, the various behavior of occupant's influence IAQ level, for example, the consistency of CO2exceeds a permitted limit by the gas-range using over 5 minutes.(3) Dust and CO2 exceed closely the allowable value level of the contamination, so, this paper claims to establish the permission limit related with the using of gas-range, the appropriates frequency of ventilation and the smoking in the group housing. (4) This paper indicates several points about the improvement of the current range-hood system. The important problem is the noise, so the diminution of the range-hood system noise needs to improve this part urgently. The second problem is the filter change and the cleaning of range-hood system without difficulty for ventilation route if this system actively air-supply and air-evacuation with synchronously.

현대도시의 分極化현상과 그 타개 방안에 대한 진전

The purpose of this report is to make clear how much the city occupant's endeavor to improve their urban ecosystem is made, and how progressive the community recovery movement(i.e., CDC- Community based Development Corporation)is in the polarization facts of the fragmental contemporary city. This report is concluded as follows. 1. Taking into consideration the CDC movement in the groval city, community revival movement wants to change the fragmentation by the network formation between "the space of the place- the identification of the city place" and "the space of the place". The individual movement has the final goal which solves the shortage of the housing-deficiency problem as a affordable home. 2. The contemporary city is composed of the block of "the professional space(pro-space)" and " the existential(identification) space( place-space)". In the urban region planning, CDC activates the source of mixed-traits in the real city, which is to invert-fragmental existential space into pro-space. It is the important problem that the housing-partnership through the CDC movement is the completeness step, which needs the contact with the political institution in the public and the private sector.

중국 명청-민국시대 산파의 이미지 형성과 변화

This paper reviewed the social role and social position of midwives during the the Ming and Qing periods and tried to analyze what changes appeared in the images of miwives after modern Chinese society. During the Ming and Qing periods, midwives were called ‘Wenpo[온파]’, ‘Shoushengpo[수생파]’, ‘Jieshengpo[접생파]’, and were evaluated as immoral beings by male doctors and Confucian writers because they lacked medical skills and were perceived as committing improper behavior. However, Midwives played a professional role in the area of delivery and childbirth rituals, providing women with medical services that male doctors could not provide due to Confucian gender separation. Therefore, for woman, midwives were reliable beings who experienced childbirth and shared abundant experiences. However, the social role and and position of midwives changed a lot as Western medicine spread and modern hygiene concepts were introduced in the late Qing society. Midwives were degraded as the target of “discipline” and “modification” of modern hygiene administration for “rich countries” and a “strong breed”. In addition, they were considered as “non-scientific” and “unsanitary” old woman, and were cited as the main reason for puerperal fever of mothers and tetanus of newborns which cause China’s high infant mortality rate. On the other hand, Birth attendant, who received modern hygiene education formed a contrasting image with midwives. The image of midwives produced and constructed by newspaper had a great influence on the change in the role and social position of midwives. This paper aims to examine how images of midwives were produced in general, focusing on various newspapers, Pictorial magazine, and examining the effect of the formation of such popular images on the transition of midwives ’ social roles and professional expertise. 본 논문은 명청시기 산파가 수행했던 역할과 사회적 위치를 검토하고 근대 이후 산파의 이미지에 어떤 변화가 나타났는지 분석하려고 하였다. 명청시기 산파는 온파(穩婆), 수생파(收生婆), 접생파(接生婆) 등의 이름으로 불렸는데 남성 의사와 문인들에게 의료적 기술이 부족하고 부도덕한 존재로 평가되며 ‘성급하고’ , ‘인내심 없는’ , ‘우매한’ 존재로 묘사되었다. 그러나 산파는 유교적 성별분리로 인해 남성 의사들이 제공할 수 없는 의료 서비스를 여성에게 제공하면서 분만과 출산의례의 영역에서 중요한 역할을 수행하였다. 때문에 여성들에게 산파는 풍부한 경험으로 노련하게 출산을 돕는 신뢰할 수 있는 존재였다. 즉 산파는 주류사회에서 비판받으면서도 사회적으로 인정받는 이중적인 이미지를 가지고 있었다. 그러나 청말 서구 의료가 전파되고, 근대적 위생 행정이 전개되면서 산파의 사회적 역할과 위치에는 큰 변화가 발생하였다. 중국의 ‘강국(富國)’과 ‘강종(强種)’을 위해서 산파는 근대적 위생행정의 ‘훈육’과 ‘개조’ 의 대상으로 전락하였다. 또한 산파는 ‘비과학적’, ‘비위생적’인 이미지를 갖게 되었고 산모의 산욕열이나 신생아의 파상풍을 일으키는 주범으로 비판받기도 하였다. 근대 신문매체가 생산하고 구축했던 산파의 이미지는 산파의 역할과 위치의 변화에 많은 영향을 미쳤고 대중 역시 이러한 정치, 사회변화의 영향을 받게 되었다. 본고는 청말 민국시기의 신문광고와 논설, 화보를 중심으로 산파의 이미지가 대중적으로 생산되는 측면을 살펴보고, 이와 같은 대중적 이미지의 형성이 산파의 사회적 역할과 위치에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다.
