        郭再祐 宜寧 倡義의 含意

        Kwak Jae-Woo(郭再祐) was the first person to raise Righteous Army during Im-Jin-Wae-Ran(壬辰倭亂), and in this paper I intend to analyze and research into the significance and background of his raising righteous army in Ui-Ryeong(宜寧). Firstly, I have given insight to the historical background and significance of the raising in Ui-Ryeong. as discussed in previous researches, the reasons why the continuous defeats of Cho-Seon in the early stages of Im-Jin-Wae-Ran were due to disorder in military administration and slackened discipline in national defence; however this paper puts emphasis on the necessity of looking into the exterior influential factor of the Japan, the world’s strongest military powerhouse at that time. In addition, I have discussed how his competence as a commander of the Righteous Army was possible to be formed, since Kwak was also a general who has outstanding realistic judgment and a sense of neutrality; and also the solidarity of the Ui-Ryeong troops. Secondly, I argued that Kwak’s raising of the Righteous Army in Ui-Ryeong contains more significance than just being the first, since he was able to raise the Army albeit the deficient conditions, especially centered around his relationship with Seon-Jo(宣祖). Moreover, I have examined the fact that Kwak’s raising gave peace to the unstable public at that time, and served as a catalyst for other raising of righteous armies to occur. Thirdly, I have confirmed that the strategic effects of the raising army in Ui-Ryeong is not just limited to local defence of Kyeong-Sang-Woo-Do(慶尙右道) beyond that it provides a turning point to the Choseon government to protect Ho-Nam(湖南) and the naval forces bases, restrain the exile of Seon-Jo and lead the participation of Myung(明) troops into war. In the thesis I have examined the defense strategies that Kwak adopted to fight against the Japanese troops three major skills, bird-rifle(鳥銃), swordwielding, charging at enemies and defense strategies adopted when positioned in a river. Among recent researches on the history of Im-Jin-Wae-Ran Righteous Army are at standstill. I proudly present this paper, as I wish this paper serves as a catalyst of more academic endeavors on the Im-Jin-Wae-Ran Righteous Army.

        보완대체의학의 암치료법을 찾는 환자들에 대한 조언

        많은 암 환자들이 보완대체의학(CAM)의 치료법을 이용한다. 의사들은 보완대체의학 치료법에 대한 권위 있는 정보들을 이를 찾는 환자들에게 책임 있는 조언을 줄 수 있기 위해 필요로 한다. 이 글은 암 환자에게 일반적으로 사용되는 선택된 보완대체의학 치료법의 효과와 안정성에 대한 최근의 증거를 요약했다. 식이요법과 보조식품, 한약 및 기타 생약제재, 침, 마사지, 운동, 심리 및 심신의학 등의 주요 카테고리가 포함되었다. 효과의 증거에 대한 '가능한 질병진행과 생존율에 대한 효과' 및 '가능한 완화효과'의 두 가지 범주가 고려되었다. 안전성의 증거를 평가하는데 있어 '직적접인 부작용의 위험'과 '통상적 치료법과의 상호작용에 의한 위험'의 두 가지 위험 요소가 고려되었다. 각각의 치료에 있어 효용성과 안정성에 대한 현재의 균형은 이 치료법이 적절히 권고가 되고 수용되어지거나(예를 들어 유방암과 전립선암을 가진 영양 섭취가 충분한 환자의 식이지방 감소) 억제되는 것을(예를 들어 과량의 비타민 A 보조제) 제시한다. 이러한 전략은 보완대체의학의 치료법을 찾는 암환자들에게 책임 있고 근거중심적이고 환자중심적인 조언을 제공하는 것을 발전시킬 수 있다.

        앙각을 가진 타원형 실린더 후류와 평판경계층의 상호작용에 대한 연구

        The flow characteristics around an elliptic cylinder with axis ratio of AR=2 located near a flat plate were investigated experimentally to study the interaction between the cylinder wake and the turbulent boundary layer. The pressure distributions on the cylinder surface and on the flat plate were measured with varying the angle of attack of the cylinder. In addition, the velocity profiles of wake behind the cylinder were measured using a hot-wire anemometry As the angle of attack increases, the location of peak pressure on the windward and leeward surfaces of the cylinder moves toward the rear and front of the cylinder, respectively. At positive angles of attack, the position of the minimum pressure on the flat plate surface is moved downstream, but it is moved upstream at negative angles of attack. With increasing the angle of attack, the vortex shedding frequency is gradually decreased and the critical angle of attack exists in terms of the gap ratio. By installing the elliptic cylinder at negative angle of attack, the turbulent boundary layer over the flat plate is disturbed more than that at positive incidence. This may be attributed to the shift of separation point on the lower surface of the cylinder due to the presence of a ground plate nearby.

        국가지정기록물 관리현황과 개선방안 연구

        한국근현대사의 굴곡 속에서 공공 및 민간기록물이 훼손되고 유실되었다. 2007년 "공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률"이 "공공기록물관리에 관한법률"로 전면 개정되면서, 민간에 소산되어 있는 주요 기록물을 파악 보존하기 위해 '국가지정기록물'을 지정하는 제도가 보강되었다. 중앙기록물관리기관에서 일정한 기준과 범위를 정하여 '국가지정기록물'을 지정하여 소장기관을 후원함으로서 공공기록물의 한계를 보완하고 한국사회의 역사상을 풍부히 하는데 기여할 것이라 기대하고 만든 제도이다. 2007년부터 2015년까지 총 14건의 기록물이 국가지정기록물로 지정되었다. 본고에서는 어떠한 기록물들이 '국가지정기록물'로 지정되었으며, 소장처들은 국가지정기록물을 어떻게 관리하고 활용해왔는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 국가지정기록물 지정제도의 관리현황을 파악하고자 한다. 더불어 '국가지정기록물' 소장기관의 담당자를 면담하여 국가지정기록물 소장처의 기록물 관리현황과 서비스 현황 및 국가지정기록물 지정 효과를 살펴보고, 국가지정기록물 지정제도의 개선방안을 제언하고자 한다. This study is on management present and improvements on National Records Designation System. National Records Designation System is a system that supports management and preservation of changes of records designated by the government through consideration that such records are worth preserving permanently nationally among records acquired by individual or organization. This system is meaningful in a way that it established systematic foundation to hand down by informatizing historic private records which are in danger to be lost or damaged due to lack of proper care. However, compared to the number of designated records, the information that could be practically drawn from such records are limited. This triggered this study to be launched. National Archive sometimes promotes designation and management of National Designated records. Yet archival information service offering access of user to national designated records are very rare. I conducted survey and interview of managers, field research, and documentary research of 10 records holding institution that keeps national designated records currently. I considered that current management status of National Records Designation System can be figured out minutely through these research. As a result of such research, most of the records holding institutions offered display as their least archival information service. The objective of records informatization was to utilize the records. Also further plans on information service related to records and various utilization were suggested. records holding institution manager did not give positive answer on effect of designating national designated records and cooperation between National Archive. Support to National Archive only focused on preservation. For national designated records holding institution designated after 2011 were not getting proper support. In addition, National Archive's support rarely met records holding institution's need. In such circumstances, things to consider for improvements of National Records Designation System is as following. First, designation of national designated records should be based on the utilization of the record. Each records holding institution's willingness to utilize corresponding records and National Archive's ability to draw the willingness out should be considered. Also, it shouldn't be left as mere complementary policy of National Archive's selecting policy. Second, for National Records Designation System to be managed permanently, it should be changed as the system that supports enhancement of private records management. The aim should point to the direction where private can manage and preserve the records on their own. Third, There needs to be changes on the subject and process of national designated records designation. National designated record is the record that was considered valuable by the government among private records. Thus, such records should be the best one to show private field. Accordingly, records that represent contemporary society and include various states and contents should be chosen to be designated. Moreover, public discussion be formed by citizens and related professionals in order to properly select the record.

        축류송풍기의 저소음 설계에서 수치최적화기법들의 평가

        Three-dimensional flow analysis and numerical optimization methods are presented for the design of an axial-flow fan. Steady, incompressible, three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are used as governing equations, and standard k- ${\varepsilon}$ turbulence model is chosen as a turbulence model. Governing equations are discretized using finite volume method. Steepest descent method, conjugate gradient method and BFGS method are compared to determine the searching directions. Golden section method and quadratic fit-sectioning method are tested for one dimensional search. Objective function is defined as a ratio of generation rate of the turbulent kinetic energy to pressure head. Two variables concerning sweep angle distribution are selected as the design variables. Performance of the final fan designed by the optimization was tested experimentally.

        유도결합형 플라즈마 식각공정을 통해 제작된 460 nm 격자를 갖는 나노 광결정 특성

        The GaN thin film on the 8 periods InGaN/GaN multi-quantum well structure was grown on the sapphire substrate using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition. The nano-scaled triangular-lattice holes with the diameter of 150 nm were patterned on a polymethylmethacrylate blocking film using an electron beam nano-lithography system. The thin slab and two-dimensional photonic crystals with the thickness of 28 nm were fabricated on the GaN layer for the blue light diffraction sources. The photonic crystal with the lattice parameter of 460 nm enhances spectral intensity of photoluminescence indicating that the photonic crystals provides the source of nano-diffraction for the blue light of the 450-nm wavelength.

        무인항공기용 천음속 사류형 압축기의 공력 설계

        In the present paper, a transonic mixed-flow compressor that has relatively lower frontal area than that of centrifugal compressors is discussed, and aerodynamic design as well as performance prediction are performed. Main design constraints are compressor exit Mach number of 0.3 and flow angle of 30degrees at the design point, and maximum overall compressor diameter of 177mm, that is 7.0inch. The mass flow rate of design point and pressure ratio are 1.05kg/s and 5.2:1, respectively. The aerodynamic design results show that the transonic compressor designed with forward-swept inducer and curved diffuser can have the target performance with efficiency of 75% within the given constraints. And the compressor exit flow characteristics are discussed here.

        외부 음향여기가 원주 후류 유동에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

        The effect of an external acoustic excitation on the wake structure behind a circular cylinder was experimentally investigated. The sound wave was excited in the frequency range of the shear layer instability and two sound pressure levels of 114 and 120dB were used in this study. As a result, the acoustic excitation modified the wake structure by increasing the velocity fluctuation energy without changing the vortex shedding frequency. The acoustic excitation enhanced the vortex shedding process and promoted the shear layer instability. Consequently, the acoustic excitation reduced the length of the vortex formation region and decreased the base pressure. In addition, the vortex strength of vortices was increased and the width of the wake was spread out due to the acoustic excitation. When the excitation frequency was identical to the shear layer instability frequency, the effect of the external flow control on the cylinder wake was maximized. In addition, with increasing the sound pressure level, the effect of the external acoustic excitation on the wake structure increased.

        COBie 기반 하수처리시설 유지관리시스템 구축

        BIM 기술의 하나인 COBie 포맷의 출현으로 설계와 시공단계에서 발생한 정보가 운영단계로 자동 전송이 가능해지면서 BIM을 중심으로 하는 유지관리시스템 개발 프로세스가 건축물을 중심으로 실험되고 있다. 하지만 BIM 시장 확대가 예상되는 현재 시점에서 건축물을 포함한 토목시설과 산업시설에서의 COBie 활용성에 대한 검토가 선행되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 "공공하수도시설 운영 관리 업무지침"과 현재 운영중인 하수처리시설을 대상으로 진행하였고 후자는 업무지침의 결과를 검증하고 보충하는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결론은 세 가지로 요약된다. (1) 자산 모델링 방법인 COBie는 시운전 정보를 포함하기에는 충분하지 않으며, (2) 하수처리시설 모델링에 필요한 IFC 개발과 패밀리 구축이 반드시 필요하다. 그리고 (3) 현재의 운영관리시스템에 적합하게 설계된 COBie 모델은 산업시설분야의 COBie 포맷 타당성을 높여 줄 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 산업시설에서의 COBie 적용을 위한 기초 자료로 이용될 것으로 기대된다. With the introduction of COBie (Construction Operation Building Exchange) in BIM technology enabling an automatic transfer of design and construction information to operation and management (O&M) phase, the BIM centric O&M management system development process has been tested on the subject of architectural types of building. However, for now, there is a need to investigate the technical feasibility of COBie application to civil structures including industrial facilities. This study takes both "O&M Guideline for Public Wastewater Treatment Plant" and a real wastewater treatment plant into account for the purpose, in which the latter is intended to supplement the result of the first. The findings are three-folds: (1) COBie, as an asset modeling, is not sufficient enough to encompass commissioning data, (2) more relevant IFC development and family library build-up useful to modeling wastewater treatment plant is imperative, and (3) well-planned coordination and organization of COBie data-set in line with O&M practice will enhance the feasibility of the COBie in industrial facilities. The result could be used for a basis study for COBie application, particularly in industrial facilities.
