Acetaminophen, which causes acute liver min in humans and animals, has made useful inducer of hepatoxicity for studying hepatopreventive drugs. Injinhotang is known as one of the hepatopreventive drugs. However, its mechanism of recovery of hepatoxicity treated with acetaminophen is poorly understood. this study was performed to observe the antioxidative effect of injinhotang extract and its several combination groups. The results were obtained as follows:1. In the study on free radical scavenging effect in vitro(the suppressing effect on peroxidation of linoleic acid on concentration, the scavenging effect of DPPH radical, inhibitory effect of superoxide in xanthine-xanthine oxidase system and the inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation reaction by hydroxy radical in H2O2-Fe2+system, injinhotang have more effect than its components groups relatively. 2. In the study on antioxidants system in vivo(the level of serum LPO, the level of hepatic LPO, catalase, GSH, GST), only injnhotang has a significant effect. 3. In the study on hepatotoxicity(GOT, GPT, $\gamma$-GTP, ALP, LDH, b ilirubin), only injinhotang has a significant effect. These results suggest that injinhotang has the protective effect on acetaminophen-induced hepatoxicity. The mechanisms of these are supposed to be involved in antioxidant and three drugs' cooperative synergy effect.
Poly(trimethylene terephthalate, PTT) 1×1리브 편성물의 신장특성에 관한 연구

The tensile properties of Poly(trimethylene terephthalate, PTT) $1{\times}1Rib$ knitted fabrics were experimentally studies, and the specimens has $1{\times}1$ rib stitched structure which are weft knitted fabrics with various lengths of loop. The $1{\times}1$ rib weft knitted fabric showed larger tensile linearity, tensile energy and tensile resilience in the direction of courses. The tensile properties increased with increasing the loop density in all directions, and perfectly increased with the course directions than the wale directions.

The result indicated relationship between the provelies of specimen and the parameter of water vapor Permeability. II was fecund that the water yarn permeability resistance of the boundary layer of the specimen increased with increasing temperature as well as the relative humidity. And intrinsic water vapor permeability resistance of specimen was kept constant. On the other hand, the apparent water vapor Permeability resistance was fond to increase with increasing the thickness of the specimen, the temperature, and the relative humidity and to decrease with increasing the air permeability and the awarent density.
정유 공장에서 발생된 폐수 슬러지의 최적 감량화 방안 연구

In this study, anaerobic digestion, electro-oxidation and electro-fenton oxidation processes were investigated to reduce oily refinery sludge. Anaerobic digestion process was not suitable for oily activated sludge reduction because of characteristics itself and, as experimental results revealed, reduction efficiency was low for electro-oxidation process. However, 40% total suspended solid reduction of oily activated sludge was obtained by electro-fenton oxidation process, operating at pH=1, 0.5 A and Fe2+: H2O2 ratio = 1:30. In addition, higher reduction efficiency was obtained as reaction time was increased (30, 60, 90, 120 min) despite of low H2O2 concentration. From the results, it has been investigated that electro-fenton oxidation is efficient process for oily activated sludge reduction.
라이프스타일 성향과 관광지에서의 SNS 정보과시행동 연구

According to the research purpose that says that, through the information braggies through the SNS in the process of the tourist attraction behavior, the tourists will have the direct influences on the level of the satisfaction and the intention to revisit regarding the tourist attraction, which becomes the object, and that such an information braggies of a tourist will have the influence on the lifestyle that is based on the personal values, through the samples of the 397 tourists who had one or more tourism experiences within the recent 1 year and who had experienced one or more information braggies, the relation verifications had been carried out, and the suggestions were arrived at. Firstly, among the motivations for the SNS information braggies, the fame and the self-expression had acted strongly on the overall satisfaction regarding the tourist attraction, and the interaction and the self-expression had acted strongly on the intention to revisit. Secondly, regarding the main lifestyle tendencies that cause the motivation for the SNS information braggies, they were the factors of the society orientation and the leisure orientation. Especially, it was confirmed that the society orientation had acted on the external motivations, including the fame, the self-expressions, etc., and that the leisure orientation had acted on the internal motivations, including the self-expression, the feeling of ego efficacy, etc. The last fact is that, regarding the information braggies through the SNS, in relation to the satisfaction at the tourist attraction, the influence on the intention to revisit is stronger than the influence on the overall satisfaction.
아토피 피부염 환자에서 0.03% Tacrolimus (Protopic®) 연고 도포 후 발생한 잠행 백선

We report a case of tinea incognito in a 29-year-old man after applying the 0.03% tacrolimus ointment. He was known atopic dermatitis patient and has been treated with intermittent application of tacrolimus. For his facial pruritus 0.03% tacrolimus ointment was prescribed, and after one week he developed annularly grouped erythematous plaques and patches around the ointment-applied area. The KOH smear revealed multiple fungal hyphae. Dermatologists should be aware of the possibility of topical tacrolimus to be the causative agent for tinea incognito.
