We investigated the physicochemical and antioxidant activity characteristics of tomato porridge with different ratios (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%) of tomato powder in order to determine its potential health benefits. Tomato porridge samples were measured to obtain 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity. The DPPH radical scavenging activity increased with the addition of tomato powder. The moisture contents of samples ranged from 81% to 78%. The L-value decreased, while a- and b-values increased, as the amount of tomato powder in the porridge increased. Also, the pH of samples decreased with increasing quantity of tomato powder. Based on sensory evaluations, the tomato powder intensified color, flavor, taste, appearance, viscosity and overall acceptability of the porridge. The sample that comprised 6% tomato powder had the highest color, flavor, taste, appearance and overall acceptability scores. Consequently, this research found that incorporating this percentage of tomato powder into the rice flour was the best formula for tomato porridge.

Zirconia ceramic fixed dental prosthesis with all-on-4 concept implants for irradiated maxilla: A case report

The implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis in irradiated maxilla needs meticulous treatment planning due to low bone healing capacity. All-on-4 concept implantation can reduce the number of implants to be placed avoiding bone grafting procedure. Conventionally, prefabricated angled abutments for tilted implants have been used. However, in this case, it was replaced with computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) abutment. This case report described all-on-4 concept implantation and fabrication of CAD/CAM zirconia fixed dental prostheses using CAD/CAM titanium abutments. 방사선치료를 받은 상악에 임플란트 지지 고정성 보철물을 이용하여 수복하는 것은 골치유능력이 낮기 때문에 상세한 치료계획이 필요하다. All-on-4 개념에 의한 임플란트 식립은 골이식을 피하면서 임플란트를 매식할 수 있어 유리하다. 일반적으로 경사된 임플란트에는 기성 경사형 지대주를 사용해왔다. 본 임상증례에서는 computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM)으로 제작된 지대주를 사용하였다. 본 증례는 all-on-4 개념에 의해 임플란트를 매식하고 CAD/CAM titanium 지대주를 제작한 다음 CAD/CAM zirconia 고정성 보철물로 수복하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 보고하고자 한다.

1. Objectives: This case study described a process of the patient diagnosed as acute hepatitis A treated by medication based on the Sasang Constitutional Medicine and acupuctural theraphy and obtained improved effects about several symptoms. 2. Methods: We diagnosed the male patient with acute hepatitis A as Tae-Eumin Exterior-Cold-Disease by the Cold in the Esophagus, and administered Mahwangbalpyo-tang and Handayeolso-tang according to clinical progress. And we evaluated the results by liver function test(LFT; AST, ALT, $\gamma$-GTP ), total bilirubin level and the visual analog scale(VAS) of symptoms. 3. Results and Conclusion: Almost symptoms (except for jaundice) at the time of admission were disappeared, and also jaundice (estimated by color of scleras and color of urine) was alleviated. Also level of AST, ALT, $\gamma$-GTP and total bilirubin decreased in laboratory test. We obtained positive effects to the therapy but we considered necessities of further comparative studies with control group.

아로마 에센셜 오일의 사상체질의학적 분류제목

1. Objectives: Aromatherapy is one of the alternative medical treatments by flavors of essential oils extracted from plants. This study was to investigate the classification of aroma essential oils by Sasang Constitution for clinical applications. 2. Methods: 1) We searched scientific name of aroma essential oils and scientific name of herbs, classify aroma essential oils according to Sasang Constitution. 2) If the method 1) is impossible, sort them by regard of aroma essential oils' flavors, specific characters and efficacies. 3. Results: Aroma essential oils suitable for Soeumin are 27 kinds, for Soyangin and Taeeumin are each 16 kinds, and for Taeyangin are 5 kinds.(Duplicates are allowed.) The cases which can not be classified clearly, are 10 kinds, so they are able to consider the Constitution of the more than two-phase. 4. Conclusions: Most of aromatic herbs are warm and spicy by pre-reports. So, aroma essential oils suitable for Soeumin are most often. After this study, studies about Sasang Constitutional herb recipes and more clinical studies are needed.

상악골 Le Fort I 골절 환자에서 경구 기관 내 삽관 하에서의 악간고정 및 정복: 증례보고

In order to reduce jaw fracture accompanied by basal skull or nasal fracture, submental intubation could be generally performed. Albeit submental intubation has been widely accepted, it could develop complications such as nerve injury, glandular duct injury, and orocutaneous fistula. Here, we suggest oral intubation for overcoming complications and providing more stable surgical environment in emergency case. Under oral intubation maintaining in retromolar triangle and buccal corridor space, intermaxillary fixation was successfully underwent in 38-years-old female patient with Le Fort I fracture accompanied by pneumocephalus.

국내 문헌정보학과 교수연구업적의 계량적 분석

본 연구는 국내 문헌정보학과 교수 205명이 2001년부터 2016년간 발표한 총 4,643편의 학술논문의 연구데이터를 대상으로 교수들의 연령, 출신학교 등의 경력적 요인을 분석하고 논문수, 피인용수, 논문 당 피인용수(cpp) 등의 계량서지학적 지표들을 활용하여 지난 16년간의 국내 문헌정보학과의 연구동향을 포괄적으로 분석하였다. 총 4,643편의 수집 논문은 국내 논문 4,049편, 해외 논문 594편이며, 이와 관련한 피인용수는 총 22,328회로 국내 13,556회, 해외 8,772회로 나타났다. 분석 결과, 국내 문헌정보학 교수들의 과반수가 50대 이상이며 50대 교수가 가장 높은 생산력과 영향력을 소유하고 있어 한국 문헌정보학이 성숙기에 이른 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 지속적으로 증가하는 논문수, 피인용수와 최근 높은 증가율을 보이고 있는 해외 학술지 논문수와 피인용수는 꾸준히 성장하고 있는 국내 문헌정보학 연구, 특히 해외 학술활동의 증진을 보여주었다. 이와 더불어 근래에 급증한 공동연구 또한 국내 문헌정보학 연구가 지난 16년간의 꾸준한 발전을 통하여 성숙기에 접어든 것을 보여준다. In this study, we analyzed demographic and bibliometric data of Korean library and information science researchers and their publications between 2001 and 2016. The total number of papers collected is 4,643, 594 of which are international papers and 4,049 are domestic papers. The total number of citations for domestic papers is 13,556 and the total number of citations for international papers is 8,772, totaling 22,328 citations. The study found a majority of faculty members to be over 50 years old and those in fifties to be the most productive and influential, which shows the maturity of Library and Information Science (LIS) in Korea. Steadily increasing publication and citation counts along with marked increase in international papers and citations also reflect the steady growth of LIS research in Korea with the a trend towards international publications highlighted. These findings along with rapid increase of co-authored papers in recent years suggest that Library and Information Science research in Korea has entered the period of maturation through the past 16 years of steady development.

항공사 콜센터 상담원의 감정노동과 이직의도와의 관계에서 사회적지원의 조절효과

본 논문은 감정노동 종사자 중 항공사 콜센터에 근무하는 상담원을 대상으로 감정노동과 이직의도와의 관계와 그 관계를 조절하는 사회적 지원의 효과를 검증한 것이다. 분석결과 항공사 콜센터 상담원의 감정노동은 이직의도와의 관계에서 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 감정노동과 이직의도와의 관계에서 사회적지원은 부(-)적으로 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 상사와 동료의 지원이 상담원의 감정노동으로 표출되는 이직의도와의 관계를 감소시키는 역할을 한다는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과는 항공사 조직관리 측면에서 상담원의 감정노동 수준을 정확히 파악하여 콜센터 경쟁력에 기여하고 이는 상담원의 이직의도를 낮출 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. This study is to examine the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intension and moderating role of social support in airline call center tele-communicators who perform emotional labor using telephone without direct confronting with clients. This study empirically shows that emotional labor increases turnover intention and social support negatively moderate the relationship of emotional labor and turnover intension Social support is suggested to reduce the negative results of emotional labor causes. This study makes a contribution in providing the fact that emotional labor is an important managing factor in administration of call center tele-communicators.

원저 : 비만 환자의 사상체질에 따른 입욕법 및 핀다요법 적용에 관한 제안

This study is to suggest the herbal bathing and the manual therapy with herbs for obesity patients according to the Sasang constitutional medicine. Methods In this study, first, we found the books, web sites and papers about bathing. And also we classified the herbs those are used each therapy according to the Sasang constitutional medicine theory. Results and Conclusions: We make good used of salts, sulfur or herbal agents inserted into a bath, when we are bathing. And we knew that "The Pinda manual therapy" is a therapy with medical herbs in the West. The Pinda manual therapy is a fomentation therapy with wrapped in cloth and steamed medical herbs. According to Sasang constitutional right to bath in each prescription were as follows. Taeeumin: Taeeumin Galgeunhaegi-tang. / Soyangin: Soyangin Hyeongbangpaedok-san. / Soeumin: Gunggwihyangso-san, Soeumin Kwakhyangjeonggi-san. / Taeyangin: Ogapijangchuk-tang. And also, by Sasang constitution, applicable herbs to the Pinda therapy were as follows. Taeeumin: Seokchangpo, Wonji, Gobon, Gamguk, Sokdan, Wiryeongseon.. / Soyangin: Hyeonggae, Bangpung, Bakha, Ganghwal, Dokhwal. / Soeumin: Kwakhyang, Soyeop, Danggwi, Cheongung, Sesin, Jinpi. / Taeyangin: Ogapi, Mokgwa, Nogeun, Gyomaek. It will be need to more study for effective clinical applications.

This paper explores psychiatry and psychotic treatment in early twentieth century Britain in Virginia Woolf's Mrs. Dalloway, and discusses the physical meaning of an individual at the boundary of the closure, separation, and movement of private and public spaces caused by illness. Traumatic neurosis, which was coined in the nineteenth century, appeared in World War Ⅰ soldiers suffering from shell shock, now called post-traumatic stress disorder or, PTSD. To illustrate the unexplained symptoms, medical officers conspiring with the ruling powers called cowards or the weak for a number of patients who had no injuries but felt physically aggressive. During the war, military officials had to find a pretext to return the afflicted soldiers to the battlefield. After the war, their symptoms were also not acknowledged because of compensation problems. Each time, those symptoms were only a matter of an individual. In other words, it was not because of the war, but rather the nature and personality of the individual. This forced many soldiers and veterans to experience additional mental and physical pain beyond the impact of the shell shock. In Mrs. Dalloway, Septimus Warren Smith is suffering from trauma neurosis after returning to work after the war. It is also a painful and heterogeneous experience for Septimus to re-enter everyday life in London. However, the ruling powers, who have been devoting themselves to postwar reconstruction, require the people to live as individuals to fit for the goal of national reconstruction. Such a push is only another example of violence to Septimus. The state regards individual inadequacies as a threat to society and leads to his personal separation, detention, and control. Ultimately, he cannot be considered a healthy individual at the national level, so Septimus commits suicide. He escapes the situation of being imprisoned in a sanatorium and throws himself out the window. Unlike some assessments of the trauma neurosis based on Woolf’s own personal experience, Mrs. Dalloway criticizes the eugenic lineage of British society and the medical profession that coincides with the power class, revealing the problems of an individual, nation, and a race.
