디지털컨버전스가 더욱 더 본격화되면 가전제품에서 보아왔던 것처럼 단순한 제품간의 기능의 통합을 넘어 금융상품이나 방송서비스, 신용카드 등 다양한 분야의 결합이 가능해지고 각 기기간의 데이터 교환이 상호 가능해진다. 따라서 모든 제품간의 네트워크화를 이루게 되어 생산자와 소비자간의 유기적 결합을 통한 새로운 산업환경의 변화를 이끌어 내리라는 전망이다. 특히 최근 각광을 받고 있는 멀티미디어인 휴대용 동영상 플레이어(PMP), 개인 정보단말기(PDA), 디지털 멀티미디어 방송(DMB), 디지털카메라 등 여러 가지 형태의 디지털 미디어와 IT기술의 결합이 예상된다.

ESG 경영을 위한 변화 및 대응 전략 검토

ESG management means to thoroughly consider the investor's perspective when evaluating corporate value, and environmental, social, and governance issues are continuous and strategic monitoring issues in identifying risk and opportunity factors related to corporate management activities. In other words, the perspective of value creation is reflected in business relationships. The fundamental purpose of ESG management is continuous business value creation and thorough management of investment risks and business transactions in contractual relationships. It is also a requirement of linked investors. The field that Korean companies are currently experiencing the most is the recognition that 'ESG information collection is necessary and maintenance must be prioritized' in investor IR and global sales and marketing departments, and the primary need for this is emerging. In addition, as the legal affairs office, environmental safety department, and human resources department, which conduct compliance management, carry out related tasks, clarity at the organizational level must precede in order to properly establish an information integration and management system. It covers the scope of securing new market opportunities such as management, disclosure and communication. Therefore, in regard to the newly emerging ESG management and response methods, it is necessary to review and implement it repeatedly so that sustainable exchange profits can be created by simultaneously managing non-financial risks as well as efforts to enhance corporate value for financial returns. ESG 경영이란 기업 가치를 평가할 때 철저한 투자자 관점을 고려하는 것을 의미하는 것이며, 기업의 경영활동과 관련된 위험 및 기회요인을 파악함에 있어 환경, 사회, 지배구조는 지속적이고 전략적인 모니터링 이슈이다. 즉, 비즈니스 관계에서 가치 창출의 관점이 반영된다. ESG 경영은 지속적인 비즈니스 가치 창출과 계약 관계에서의 투자 리스크 및 비즈니스 거래의 철저한 관리를 근본 목적으로 하며, ESG 경영은 재무적 가치에 대한 '건전한 약속 이행'을 위한 엄격하고 투명한 기준이며, 기업가치와 연계된 투자자의 요구사항이기도 하다. 현재 한국 기업들이 가장 많이 경험하고 있는 분야는 투자자 IR 및 글로벌 영업 및 마케팅 부서에서 'ESG에 대한 정보 수집이 필요하고 유지관리가 우선시 되어야 한다'는 인식이며, 이에 대한 일차적인 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한 준법경영을 수행하는 법무사무국, 환경안전부서, 인사부서 등에서 관련 실무를 수행하므로 정보 통합 및 관리 체계를 제대로 구축하기 위해서는 조직 차원의 명확성이 선행되어야 하며, 궁극적으로 ESG 관리는 기업 프로세스 차원의 리스크 관리, 공시 및 커뮤니케이션 등 새로운 시장 기회를 확보하는 범위를 포괄하고 있다. 따라서 새로이 대두되는 ESG경영에 대한 관심과 대응 방법에 있어서도 재무적 수익에 대한 기업가치 제고 노력뿐만아니라 비재무적 차원의 리스크 관리를 병행하여 지속가능환 수익이 창출되도록 검토와 이행을 반복하여야 할 것이다.

새집증후군 현상 및 유해가스 제거방안 연구

When you move to a new home, or when you change the wallpaper or flooring of your home, office, etc., you can enjoy the joy of opening your new home with the sick house syndrome, such as the stinging smell and stinging eyes that may appear after the interior work. It is only a moment. Volatile organic compounds from building materials, adhesives, wallpaper, and paints used in new buildings or new furniture cause residents' health and discomfort in indoor life. These volatile organic compounds include benzene, toluene, acetone, and styrene, as well as the representative formaldehyde, and these substances are slowly released over a long period of time, causing acute or chronic diseases to residents. As a method for removing organic volatile substances, physical methods using adsorption, chemical methods for converting volatile substances to other substances, or a mixture of the two are mainly used. In this paper, a sustained release chlorine dioxide gel pack obtained by a method for controlling the reaction rate of a reactant and the release of a product is mixed with a zeolite adsorbent having an optimized hole diameter to adsorb and decompose and remove formaldehyde suspended in the air. I would suggest an effective method. 새 집으로 이사를 가거나 집, 사무실 등의 벽지나 바닥재를 바꿨을 때, 인테리어 공사를 한 뒤에 나타날 수 있는 코를 찌르는 매캐한 냄새와 눈이 따가워지는 등의 현상이 새집증후군으로 새집을 장만한 기쁨을 누리는 것도 잠시 뿐이다. 새 건축물이나 새 가구에 사용되는 건축자재, 접착제, 벽지, 페인트 등에서 나오는 휘발성 유기화합물들은 거주자들의 건강과 실내 생활의 불쾌감을 유발시킨다. 이 휘발성 유기화합물들은 대표적 물질인 포름알데히드를 비롯하여 벤젠, 톨루엔, 아세톤, 스틸렌 등이 포함되어 있고 이러한 물질들은 장시간에 걸쳐 서서히 방출되어 거주자들에게 급성 또는 만성적인 질환을 야기한다. 유기 휘발성 물질들의 제거 방법으로는 흡착을 이용한 물리적 방법과 휘발성 물질을 다른 물질로 전환시키는 화학적 방법 또는 두 가지가 혼합된 방법이 주로 사용된다. 본 논고에서는 반응물질의 반응속도와 생성물의 방출을 제어하는 방법으로 얻어지는 서방형의 이산화염소 겔 팩과 최적화된 홀 경을 가진 제올라이트 흡착제를 혼용하여 공기 중에 부유하는 포름알데히드를 흡착, 분해시켜 제거하는 효과적인 방법에 대하여 제안하는 바이다.

농산물 유통 신선도 유지방안 연구

The increase in single households, changes in consumption behavior, and the size of marts are becoming larger, whereas the packaging form is being changed to small packaging containers, small packages are being exported when exporting agricultural products, especially fruits and related crops, leading to CO2 at the time of export. Although it was processed, it was difficult to guarantee the freshness of the crops inside the package during the transportation period. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new method of maintaining freshness for application to agricultural products distributed in small packaging containers as a freshness retention agent to prevent deterioration of crops by microorganisms due to changes in product temperature during transportation or display during distribution of agricultural products. I was researching ways to bring about innovation. 일인가구의 증가 및 소비행태의 변화, 그리고 마트는 대형화 되고 있는데 반하여 포장 형태는 소포장 용기로 바뀌고 있으며, 수출되는 농산물 특히 과일 및 관련 작물의 수출시 소규모 팩키지화되고 있고, 수출시점에 CO2등의 선도처리를 하고는 있으나 운송기간내 패키지내부 작물의 선도를 보장하기 어려웠다. 따라서 농산물 유통시 운송과정이나 진열시에 품온이 바뀌어 미생물에 의하여 작물이 변질되는 것을 방지하기 위한 신선도유지제로 소포장 용기로 유통하는 농산물에 적용하기 위한 새로운 신선도 유지 방법의 제공이 필요한 상황으로 윤통과정의 혁신을 가져올 수 있는 방안에 대하여 연구하게 되었다.

자동차용 후방카메라 및 응용기술

디지털 컨버젼스의 도래와 함께 자동차시장에도 카메라를 장착한 자동차들이 몰려오고 있다. 최근 자동차용 후방카메라를 개발.판매하는 회사가 급속히 증대하고 있다. 적외선 후방 카메라 및 차량 스피커 연동 후방 감지기 등의 개발.보급으로 자동차와 가정안전/보안 관련 제품이 쏟아지고 있다. 특히 최근에는 최대 $170^{circ}$의 광각을 제공하기도 하고 기존 고정식 주차경로 표시장치의 한계를 뛰어 넘은 변동 맞춤식 주차경로 표시장치의 출시로 업계의 파란을 일으키고 있다.

광계측기기 시장 동향 및 전망

광기술 발전의 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 분야는 광 계측기로 우리나라의 경우 일반 계측기기는 선진국과 큰 차이를 보이지 않고 있으나, 광계측기기를 포함한 정밀계측기기 분야에서는 뒤처지고 있는 것이 사실이다. 현대 IT 산업기술의 특징은 부품 및 반도체 소자들은 계속 고집적.고밀도로 발전하고 있으며 하드 디스크나 필름 등 기록매체도 더욱 섬세한 단위로 내려가고 있고 각종 기계공학도 더욱 매끄러운 표면처리와 정밀성을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 나노테크놀로지를 선도하기 위해서는 광학분석, 레이저 측정, 이미지 프로세싱 등 나노미터 단위의 가공 또는 계측 등을 지원할 수 있는 기기의 지원이 필수적이다.

현대자동차는 세계 주요 자동차 브랜드 중의 하나로서 판매량은 세계 10위 안에 들고 있는 회사이며, 베이징현대자동차는 2002년 설립하여 베이징기차주식회사와 한국의 현대자동차가 각각 50%씩 투자 하여 설립한 합작 법인이다. 베이징 현대자동차는 중국이 WTO에 가입한 이후 자동차 산업 분야에서 인허가된 프로젝트 중의 하나로서 최근 10년 이후 빠르게 성장하면서 연간 백만대의 생산 및 판매 체계를 성공적으로 구축하였으며 15,000여명의 직원들도 보유하고 있는 국제적 기업이다. 현재 중국현지에만 총3개의 생산기지가 있고 연간 100만대의 완성차를생산할 수 있는 능력을 갖추고 있다. 베이징현대자동차는 중국시장에서 급성장하여 베이징현대자동차는 쏘나타와 아반떼의 중간 크기 세단을 중국시장의 상위층을 대상으로 판매되며 큰 인기를 끌기도 하였다. 그러나 최근 중국의 경제제제 등과 맞물려 생산 공장 가동 및 판매에 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 베이징현대자동차의 생산자산 글로벌 운용상황과 전략에 대해 분석하고 그 위험에 대하여 논하여 새로운 글로벌 자산운용 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 통하여 효과적인 자동차시장의 생산자산 재배치 구성방안에 대한 이론적인 제언을 할 수 있을 것이다. Hyundai Motor is one of the world s major automobile brands and its sales volume is in the top 10 in the world. Beijing Hyundai is a joint venture established in 2002 and invested by Beijing Railway Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Motor of Korea by 50% each. Beijing Hyundai Motor has been one of the licensed projects in the automobile industry since China joined WTO. Since then, Hyundai Motor has been growing rapidly since 10 years and has successfully built a production and sales system of one million units annually with an international staff of 15,000 Company. Currently, it has three production bases in China and has the capacity to produce 1 million finished cars per year. Beijing Hyundai Motor grew rapidly in the Chinese market, and Beijing Hyundai Motor has sold mid-sized sedans of the Sonata and the Avante to the upper floors of the Chinese market and became very popular. However, recently, it seems that China has difficulties in operation and sales of production facilities in connection with economic sanctions. In this study, we analyze the situation and strategy of global asset management of Beijing Hyundai Motors and present a new global asset management strategy by discussing the risk. This suggests a theoretical suggestion on how to effectively rearrange production assets in the automobile market.
