        남강 중권역의 수자원 부존량과 용수 수요량의 비교 평가

        Water demand and resource at a watershed scale were investigated to prepare for long-term water planning of the Namgang sub-basin. The quantity of water resource was defined as average annual runoff by a simple Tank model with three serial tanks, and water demand for public, industrial, agricultural and the other uses was determined using the per-unit method employed in the Water Vision 2020, the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. The results showed that total amount of water resources in the Namgang sub-basin was estimated as about 935,414×103 ㎥/yr for a 10-year period from 2000 to 2009 and the water withdrawals in public, industrial, agricultural and other sector were derived as 105,493×103 ㎥/yr, 32,686×103 ㎥/yr, 243,194×103 ㎥/yr, and 81,615×103 ㎥/yr, respectively. In addition, the Namgaram Inno-city project could increase the overall water demand by 17,156×103 ㎥/yr due to the population influx. 본 연구의 목적은 남강 하류의 중장기 물이용 계획을 위하여 기초적인 용수 수요와 공급가능성을 검토하는 것이다. 중장기 물이용 계획을 담고 있는 수자원장기종합계획이나 낙동강유역조사보고서를 바탕으로 수자원단위지도의 표준유역별 자료를 생성하여 목적별 용수 수요와 수자원 부존량을 추정하였다. 수자원 부존량은 단순 3단 TANK모형을 이용하고 표준유역별 용수 수요는 농업용수, 공업용수, 생활용수, 기타 용수 등으로 나누고 원단위 기법으로 계산하였다. 남강 하류 10개 표준유역에서의 총유출량은 925,414천 ㎥/년이고, 총 용수 수요량은 연 462,988천 ㎥인데 이중 농업용수와 생활용수가 각각 243,194천 ㎥, 105,493천 ㎥이고 공업용수가 32,686천 ㎥, 기타 81,615천 ㎥이었다. 남가람 진주혁신도시 건설을 영향을 고려한 경우는 수자원 부존량의 변화는 미미하나 신규 인구의 유입에 의한 생활용 수 수요로 17,156천 ㎥의 추가 용수가 필요할 것으로 분석되었다.

        전반사 미러와 반도체 광 증폭기가 집적된 새로운 마이크로 링 공진기

        본 연구에서는 대용량 광전송 시스템에 집적화를 할 수 있는 신개념의 마이크로 공진기 파장가변 필터를 제안하고, 효율을 크게 증대시킬 수 있는 최적화된 구조를 통해서 소자를 제작하여 그 특성을 측정 분석하였다. 전반사 미러가 삽입된 구조는 Self-Aligned 공정을 통해서 구현 하였고, 제작을 통해서 측정된 전반사 미러의 손실은 한 개의 미러당 1.4 dB를 얻을 수 있었다. 마이크로 링 공진기의 결합기로는 다중모드 간섭기를 이용하여 빛이 광 도파로를 따라 진행할 때 링으로 결합되는 파워를 높였다. 다중모드 간섭기의 길이는 390 µm이고 폭은 15 µm이다. 링 공진기 내부의 광 도파로와 전반사 미러에서의 손실을 보상하기 위해서 링 공진기 내부에 길이가 365 µm인 반도체 광 증폭기를 집적하였다. 이때 얻어진 FSR (Free Spectral Range)는 대략 0.8 nm (97 GHz)이고 소광비는 8 dB이고 FWHM (Full-Width Half-Maximum)는 0.152 nm이다. 여기에서 Finesse는 5.2이고 Q 값은 10,322이다. 이러한 공진기는 대용량 광전송 시스템 집적화에 다양한 기능을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

        농촌테마공원 실태분석을 통한 창원단감테마공원 활성화 방안

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.

        농어촌용수 및 농업생산기반시설에 대한 기후변화 취약성 관련인자 중요도 평가

        As the impacts of climate change have been emerged all the way through society, the potential risks specifically on agricultural water and facilities are recently getting concerned. Evaluating vulnerability of agriculture to climate change on is a time-tested strategy. While a number of researches on the adaption and mitigation of climate change were performed in various aspects for sustainable agricultural production, the vulnerability of management system for agricultural water and infrastructure has not been investigated yet. This study is aimed to clarify the definition of vulnerability to climate change, find the major indicators able to presume the vulnerability, and finally determine the relative importance of the indicators based on the specialist questionnaire survey and its analyses. The lists of indicators for major parts of agricultural water management such as, water use, flood control, reservoir related issues, and pumping and drainage systems are initialized referring to the related precedent studies. The primary survey was conducted in the form of Delphi to complement the list and methods and the main survey was then conducted using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique to quantitatively prioritize the indicators. The results derived in this study would be directly adopted in weighting importance of indicators to investigate the indicator-based vulnerability analysis to climate change in agricultural water and infrastructure management.

        그린케어(Green Care) 도입을 위한 시설과 프로그램 유형분류 및 중요도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the operating state and characteristics of domestic and foreign green care, prioritize the facilities and programs for green care introduction through expert survey of importance, and thereby to provide a basic material for introducing green care in facilities in Rural Development Project districts, including domestic rural experience facilities. Domestic and foreign literature was analyzed in order to classify the necessary facilities programs, of green care, and the analysis results were modified and supplemented through Expert Delphi Survey. Based on the results, AHP based importance survey was conducted. In terms of the facilities and programs for green care introduction, necessary facilities (H/W) were categorized into four types (accommodation facility, resting facility, experience facility, therapy facility) and S/W programs into three types (learning experience type, therapy type, and care type). To verify the reliability of the AHP based importance survey, Consistency Index (C.I.) was analyzed. As a result, the C.I. value of nine respondents ranged from 0.000 to 0.083 so that the survey was found to have high consistency. The importance of S/W programs was 0.627, and that of H/W facilities was 0.373. For green care introduction, programs were found to be more important. Regarding the categories of necessary facilities, therapy facility had the highest value, or 0.348; experience facility 0.253; accommodation facility 0.211; resting facility 0.188. Therefore, therapy facility and experience facility were found to be important. In case of S/W programs, therapy type had the highest value, or 0.499, and learning experience type (0.255) and care type (0.246) were similarly important. Generally, the categories that had high importance values tended to show a remarkable difference in importance of their sub categories. In particular, facilities or therapy programs using natural ecology and forests were found to be highly important. In conclusion, it is required to actively review the introduction of active programs using resources, such as existing experience facilities and accommodation facilities and villages forests, and programs making the body and soul comfortable, such as natural ecology experience, Green Shower, and horticulture activity.
