        노인마취레의 임상적 고찰

        To evaluate geriatric anesthetic experience, 1,441 cases of patients aged over 60 years, out of 29,692 surgical cases admitted to St. Mary's Hospital from January 1971 to December 1980 were analyzed according to age, sex, surgery, preoperative condition, technique of anesthesia, duration of anesthesia, anesthetics, and mortality. The results were as follows: 1) The percentage of geriatric cases were 4.9% in average which ranged between 3.9% and 6.0% and showed steady numbers in this period. The distribution of the number of patient according to the age were 1,150 cases (79.8%) in the group of 60-69 years, 262 cases (18.2%) in 70-79 years, 29 cases (2.0%) over 80 years. 2) There were 833 male (57.8%) and 608 female (42.2%) cases. 3) 833 cases (57.8%) were in general surgery; the most prevalent diagnosis were empyema of gallbladder and cholelithiasis which amounted to 196 cases (13.6%0 4) The rates of elective to emergency surgery were 75.4% (1086 cases)to 24.6% (355 cases). 5) Premedicants were mainly atropine with sedatives (785 cases, 61.2%) and atropine with analgesics (220 cases, 17.1%). 6) Preoperative hemoglobin level ranged between 10.1 and 12.0 gm/dl in 40.1% of the patients. 7) The techniques of anesthesia were (1.234 cases, 85.6%) general anesthesia, (75 cases, 5.2%) intravenous anesthesia and spinal anesthesia (60 cases, 4.2%). 8) The duration of anesthesia (500 cases, 34.7%) were 1-2 hours in average. 9) The inhalation anesthetics were Halothane (1,110 cases, 90.0%), Methoxyflurane (112 cases, 9.1%), N_2O (6 cases, 0.5%), and Ether (6 cases, 0.5%). 10) The preoperative chest X-ray and clinical signs showed that 963 cases (64.3%) were normal, 159 cases (10.6%) had emphysems, 152 cases (10.1%) had pulmonary tuberculosis and 41 cases (2.7%) had bronchitis. 11) The preoperative EKG and clinical symptom revealed that 952 cases (62.1%) were normal in cardiovascular aspect, 232 cases (15.1%) showed hypertension, 124 cases (8.1%) had arrhythmia, and 79 cases (5.2%) had myocardial ischemia. 12) During the surgical procedure cardiac arrest were experienced in 5 cases (0.3%) and sudden hypotensivee pisods in 18 cases, which successfully resucitated. There were no operative mortalities within 48 hours. In summary, the patients over the 60 to 80 age group had a poor surgical risk but they were able to withstand this risk when properly managed with modern anesthesia.

        Research on the Difficulty of 9th Level Dan Promotion Test of Taekwondo

        Purpose: This study aims to analyze the essential Poomsae difficulty of Taekwondo 9th level Dan promotion test with the awareness of the problem. This will help standardize the Taekwondo curriculum in order to meet the Taekwondo education goals pursued by the Kukkiwon, the headquarters of the World Taekwondo. Method: The literature research and in-depth interviews with people to be tested were performed to analyze the difficulty of essential Poomsae of Taekwondo 9th Dan promotion test. Results: As a result of questioning and analyzing the level of difficulty of the 9th level Dan promotion winner, it was concluded that the level of difficulty of Illyo Poomsae of the 9th level Dan promotion test is not appropriate. Courses to be completed for Color and Black Belts must comply with the completion time of the essential course and the selection course. Basic courses for Black Belt (Poomsae, breaking, sparring, and KTA personality) must be completed as mandatory courses, and in-depth courses (KTA self-defence techniques, KTA practical hand skills, and KTA core exercises) must be assigned. Conclusion: It is thought that Taekwondo 9th level Dan, the highest stage of the competition held at the Kuk-kiwon of the World Taekwondo Headquarters, should be educated to learn, guide, and evaluate Taekwondo ac-cording to the standard curriculum. However, the standardized Taekwondo curriculum should be distributed in consideration of the current Taekwondo training population, where the standardized Taekwondo curriculum has not been established. Taekwondo leaders will contribute to the educational use of Taekwondo by analyzing the essential Poomsae and curriculum of Taekwondo 9th level Dan promotion test and presenting the evaluation rules based on the Taekwondo standard curriculum.

        기술평가를 위한평가 참조정보 생성 방안에 관한 연구 : 기술적 속성 유사성 관점에서

        Technology evaluation is generally recognized as a basis for realizing technology finance which refers to providing financial support based on the evaluation of technology innovation and commercialization capability of firms. It is naturally performed in a combination of quantitative evaluation by quantified data and qualitative evaluation by experts in relevant field. Among the both, the results from qualitative evaluation tend to directly affect the ultimate evaluation results. To facilitate the qualitative work, various institutes related to technology evaluation have tried to identify several firms that are similar to the target firm and generate reference information for the evaluation of target firm’s technology. However, the existing approaches have limitations in that they cannot reflect the features of technology itself, only considering the similarity in terms of the industrial or technological classification. This study proposes a methodology for identifying similar firms to the target firm in terms of technological features by measuring the similarity their technological contents and generating reference information from the information of the similar firms. To measure the similarity between technological context, we apply a doc2vec method which is one of the most representative deep-learning based models to represent textual document information to vector. This study can contribute to improving the efficiency and reliability of qualitative technology evaluation work by providing practical reference information in a quantitative way. 기술금융은 기업의 기술혁신 및 사업화 역량에 대한 평가를 바탕으로 적정 수준의 자금을 공급하는 것을 의미하며, 기술평가는 이를 실현하기 위한기반으로서 인식된다. 기술평가는 계량화된 데이터에 의한 정량적 평가와해당 분야의 전문가에 의한 정성적 평가의 혼합으로 이루어지며, 계량화된모형은 정성적 평가를 지원하는 역할을 수행하기 때문에 정성적 평가 결과가 최종 기술평가 결과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 경향이 강하다. 하지만정성적 평가는 평가자의 개별적 역량 및 성향 차이에 따라 일관적이지 못한결과를 도출할 수 있기 때문에, 다양한 기술평가 관련 기관들은 평가 대상기업과 속성이 유사한 기업들을 peer group으로 정의하고 이들의 평가 관련정보를 평가 참조정보로서 제공하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 방안들은 주로 산업분류 또는 기술분류 간 유사성만을 고려할 뿐, 기술 자체의 속성을 고려하지 못한다는 한계를 지닌다. 이에 본 연구는 딥러닝에서 사용되는 텍스트 문서의 벡터 정보 모델링기법인 doc2vec 모델을 사용하여 기술내용 간 유사도수준을 측정하여 평가 대상기업과 기술적 속성 관점에서 유사성을 지닌 기업들을 발굴하고 이들로부터 평가 참조정보를 생성하기 위한 방법론을 제시한다. 또한 본 방법론에 의해 산출된 결과와 기존의 peer group 정의 방안에의해 산출된 결과를 비교하고, 본 방법론의 타당성에 대한 논의를 수행한다. 본 방법론은 실용적 평가 참조정보를 정량적 방안에 따라 제공함으로써 정성적 기술평가 작업의 효율성을 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있다. 또한 평가자의 개인적 역량 및 성향에 따른 기술평가 결과의 편차를 줄여 줌으로써 기술평가 작업의 신뢰성도 증진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        Experimental Characterization of Age-Dependency of Shrinkage Coefficient of Hardening Concrete

        This study experimentally investigated the shrinkage coefficient of hardening concrete which describes free drying shrinkage per unit change in internal relative humidity. While existing studies suggested the age-independency of the coefficient, this study indicated that the coefficient had strong age-dependency. The coefficient was greater at early ages and diminished and converged to a constant as hardening of concrete progressed. The numerical analysis implied that age-dependency of the coefficient had a considerable effect on drying shrinkage stress development in concrete structures. The experimental method in this study quantitatively evaluated the drying shrinkage of hardening concrete in terms of internal relative humidity changes, which eventually allows realistic assessments of drying shrinkage stress development in the early-age concrete structures in the field.

        대기 중 이산화황 농도관측을 위한 광학적 원격모니터링 시스템 개발

        We have developed a mobile DIAL (Differential Absorption LIDAR) system for measuring sulfur dioxide in the atmosphere. The light source uses a dual-wavelenth dye laser pumped by a frequency-doubled, pulsed Nd : YAG laser. For the 3-D scan measurement, a scanning mirror on the roof is used. In some measurements, the detection limit is below 5 ppb, the range resolution is 5 m, and the system range is 0.3 to 2 km. Field measurements were performed at an oil refinery site. In this paper, the developed system and the results will be discussed. 대기중에 존재하는 이산화황 농도를 관측하기 위해 이동형 DIAL (DIfferential Absorption LIDAR) 시스템을 개발하였다. 광원으로 Nd : YAG 2차 조화파를 펌핑원으로 한 두파장 색소레이저를 사용하였고, 조사 거울을 통해 3 차원적인 공간 분포를 관측하였다. 개발된 시스템의 사양은 검출한계가 5 ppb 이하이고, 측정거리는 5 m 분해능으로 2 km 까지 관측 가능하였다. 이를 이용하여 정유공단 지역에서의 이산화황 농도를 관측하여 그 결과를 나타내었다. 개발된 시스템을 이용하여 관측된 결과는 대기 확산 모델링의 중요한 초기 자료로 활용가능하리라 여겨진다.

        마이크로웨이브 균일분산 특성을 이용한 명아주(Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum), 쇠비름(Portulaca oleracea)과 한련초(Eclipta prostrata)의 발아율 변화

        마이크로웨이브 균일분산 시스템을 이용하여 자연생태계에영향을 주지 않고 잡초종자발아를 제어함으로써 토양 및 수질오염에 영향을 주지 않는 새로운 개념의 제초제 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 명아주(Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum),쇠비름(Portulaca oleracea)과 한련초(Eclipta prostrata)의 식물에 대한 마이크로웨이브의 토양 함수량별, 깊이별 조사한 결과 균일 분사된 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 잡초 종자의 발아율 측정에서 마이크로웨이브는 토양 함수량에 따른 종자의 발아조절에는 토양 함수량 20%, 30%에서 최고의 효율이 나타났으며, 토양의 깊이에는 별 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마이크로웨이브 조사시간은 30초 이상 조사시 잡초 종자의 발아를 억제 할 수 있는 것으로 나타나 적절한 토양 함수량(20~30%)및 이에 따르는 30초 이상 조사한 마이크로웨이브의 균일분산시스템을 통해 제초제를 대신하여 잡초종자발아를 조절할 수있을 것으로 생각된다. As environmentally sound agriculture emphasize gradually as well as the importance of environment, manystudies on weed and soil nematode control of new concept which does not affect adversely environment are in progress. Forthis purpose, plant seeds which are representative weed species in field were selected and treated with microwave havinggenerating capacity of 17.73 kw/㎥, and investigated germination rates of weed seeds and the number of soil nematodeaccording to soil moisture contents, soil depth and irradiation times. The microwave effect on the germination rates wasextremely high in soil moisture content of 40% and irradiation time over 40 seconds for irradiation time, while soil depth didnot affect germination rate. In view of the results so far achieved, it seems that universal dispersed microwave system iseffective for the control of weed seeds.
